- Heather (8/5): Our holiday - The view from the 14th floor was nice, especially at night. The room was comfortable, bed and pillows were great. We were not given the room we actually booked n then told the pictures on booking.com aren't right ... not sure about that?? The egg station at breakfast was good but the rest of the food was ordinary and the bread rolls on our last day were as hard as rocks ... no joke .. like they've been putting the same ones out all week and when I complained I was told just toast them!! The location is not great, not much around it for food etc however the night market and dragon bridge is about 10 to 15 mins walk.

- Robert (8/5): Good location, clean and fair price with decent breakfast. - Rooms were decent size and comfy. Buffet breakfast was decent size and tasted good. Very central location. The rooftop pool and bar were lovely. Spent more time there than we planned. People at the bar didn't seem to know how to make drinks but if you order something simple its fine, plus food it was all pleasant enough. Would stay again when visiting Da Nang. One of the showers was slow to drain but that was the only real complaint. We asked the hotel to organise car trip from the airport. Ended up costing double what a Grabapp would have, and had to pay cash when we got to the hotel (which I didn't have on me at the time).

Having stayed here for 2 nights whilst in Danang, unfortunately the hotel did not live up to my expectations, considering all the good reviews on Tripadvisor. It has a good location to get to beach. Approx 10 minute walk. All staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Bedroom - huge bed which overpowers the room. Very little floor space for suitcases & lack of space either side of bed when getting up to use the bathroom. Poor shower & poor hot water, needing to run for about 5 minutes plus before warming up. Extensive varied choice at breakfast. My husband enjoyed the rooftop pool. 2 nights stay here was sufficient for our needs.

Balcony is too small, hardly can see the dragon bridge or beach unless you trust your head over the Balcony. Breakfast lukewarm, only ate once as not to my liking due to low temperatures. Not enough seats by the smoking area outside the hotel, loud noisey guests (not hotel's fault). Karoke type bar directly opposite the hotel, so if staying facing the street good luck with sleep! Shower leaks into the toilet area and takes a while to get hot. Not much around the hotel, riverside area much more popular and plenty places to dine, 20min walk from hotel approx. Beach area, some dining places, but nothing else. Hotel is located well if you don't mind walking!

- Gregory Michael (8/5): - the staff here were all excellent,but the hotel design was verry bad,there were no dawers or cupboards to put your belongings,so if you arrived with more than a couple of tee shirts and some shorts you would be living out of your suitcase,also the partition between the bedroom an shower/toliet was a full length clear glass wall why would the desugner think everyone would want to see someone olse going to the toilet ect

Convenient location We asked to open the safe (I accidentally closed it before entering a new password during check-in) - they never opened it. We asked to fix the air conditioner twice - they didn't fix it, it worked intermittently for 3 days, gave an error, the room was stuffy and hot because of this. After cleaning, sand and hair remain on the floor. After one of the cleanings, there were shards of transparent glass in the bathroom. Apparently, the cleaning lady broke a glass and did not clean it up. The worst thing is that a large shard was found inside a sneaker! It's good that we noticed, otherwise we could have cut our leg.

- Wander08566022583 (10/5): Good hotel, good staff - This is a beautiful and clean hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant has great food and happy hour is fun. The breakfast is included for free and is amazing! NYNA is wonderful and attentive, she is the highlight of this hotel, always willing to help and listen. The rooftop pool is beautiful and clean. The Dragon Bridge is also very close and many other attractions.

- TSUBASA (9/5): コスパ最高！ - ランドリーサービスをお願いしたが、ホテルのサービスだと私たちが受け取りたい時間に間に合わないので、外注してくれて、その日の朝出して夕方には受け取れるようにしてくれたこと。とても助かりました。 バスタブ付きの部屋はシャワーと別々で、お湯も豊富に出て、旅の疲れを癒すのに最適でした。 朝食も日替わりで違うものがたくさんあって、間違いなくお値段以上の宿です。生花がテーブルごとに飾ってあったのもホスピタリティを感じた。 隣にローカルなコンビニがあって便利だった。 大通りに面しているので、眠れないほどではないけれど車の音が聞こえます。また周りにはレストランはそんなに多くないです。 またプールの水は濁っていたので入りませんでした。

- meganpR4227UM (10/5): Fantastic hotel! - Our stay here was fantastic. We were given a free room upgrade which was nice. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice and the rooftop pool was great!! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone
