Celia (8/5): Excellent attentive host and a comfortable rural setting close to the river. - The Durian Lodge offers the opportunity to meet a hard working local family in a rural community surrounded by nature. Loan is an excellent host. She could not be more helpful. Her communication with us before and during our stay was very good. She is a good cook and her food is well presented. The bed was particularly comfortable. it’s been a tough two years with no guests and it will take Loan a little while to get everything back as she would like, but it was still an enjoyable stay.

MARTIN (10/5): Best possible Saigon location - Best possible location, opposite to the opera, and within walking distance of all things worthwhile seeing in Saigon. Good price-quality relationship. Old hotel property from the 60s, whose rooms have recently been refurbished and updated.
