En dias frios de Mayo reciente, la calefacción instalada en cabaña no fue suficiente. Hubo que pedir frazadas adicionales. El frio se filtraba levemente por debajo de 2 puertas de acceso de cabaña - loft. Desayuno muy industrializado, quizás una mejora seria algo más regional como quesos, frutos secos y jugos naturales.

Francisco (9/5): - El entorno Nuestra estadía se vio afectada por la falta de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Con 35°C de calor en Villarrica, el encierro fue insoportable y solo pudimos dormir después de las 04:00 AM. Es fundamental que el hotel invierta en mejorar su servicio y equipamiento básico, ya que hoy en día la climatización no es un lujo, sino una necesidad para el huésped.
Antonia (7/5): Mejor quedarse afuera que en la pieza - Todo lo que son los espacios comunes, el restaurante, los jardines y piscina/muelle son preciosos, están bien equipados y ofrecen una gran experiencia. Sobre todo el restaurante cuenta con un staff super amable y con buena disposición y el precio/calidad lo recomiendo. La pieza parecia equipada a la rápida sillas que no iban con la otra, la mesa se movía, tele super antigua y no funcionaba bien, pero lo peor era la cama, era demasiado baja y el colchón muy duro, incluso las sabanas no eran lo que esperarías de este tipo de hotel.

Gabriela (7/5): - La ubicación y el restorant que realmente era muy rico Las instalaciones un poco antiguas, el baño tenía poca presión de agua y las ventanas muy difíciles de abrir, hacían matrimonios donde la música se escuchaba hasta las 4 am aprox, considerando el valor de la cabaña, creo que eso es un punto en contra bastante grande, uno reserva para ir a descansar y desconectarse pero las noches del viernes y sábado hubo mucho ruido.

Carsten (6/5): - The property charged VAT even though as non-resident foreigner paying in USD I do not have to pay VAT. I contacted the property after the stay regarding that issue (via the booking.com messenger and via email) but did not receive any reply.

Josefina (10/5): Paraíso - Como siempre el entorno, es hermoso, buenas instalaciones la comida excelente la atención de Verónica y Jorge muy amables y la visita del perrito ni que decir guardián de noche jajajaja Más que no gustar sería a aconsejable renovación en instalaciones del baño en cabaña ducha específicamente (C3) y azulejos por lo demás todo excelente.

MARTINEZ (9/5): - La vista era hermosa, además de que la habitación e instalaciones estaban siempre impecables. El personal que trabaja en el lugar eran serviciales y amorosos. Que no contarán con cable premium (mi pareja quería ver un partido y no pudo), además de que el televisor era antiguo, por lo que no pudo proyectarlo a la tv. Considero que podrían cambiar los televisores a Smart tv si no están dispuestos a contratar cable premium, así por último se podría ver Netflix u otra plataforma más interesante.

Felipe (10/5): Excelente estadía - Muy bien ubicado, excelente instalación. El restaurante para comer al regreso del paseo está muy bueno… un 10 la comida y atención.
Ruben (10/5): Un lugar que superó mis expectativas: ubicacion, instalaciones, entorno, atención, comidas. - Muy buen lugar con un entorno fantástico, jardines muy bien diseñados y cuidados. Al lado del lago. Muy buenas instalaciones. Podrían mejorar las almohadas.

RAUL (10/5): Hermoso lugar - El predio es hermoso, mucho verde. La atención de Jorge en el desayuno, la recepcionista que le hicimos mil preguntas y muy amable nos respondía. Que la cabaña no tenía conexión con la recepción.
Alba (10/5): Una experiencia inolvidable - Desde el primer momento, la calidez y la atención del personal hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera especial, sobre todo la preocupación y recomendaciones de Carla. Cada detalle refleja dedicación y cariño, logrando que uno se sienta como en casa. Las comidas son un verdadero deleite: preparadas con verduras frescas de su propia huerta, llenas de sabor y autenticidad. Y qué decir de su mermelada… un manjar que evoca la niñez, despertando emociones con cada cucharada. El ambiente es acogedor, rodeado de naturaleza y tranquilidad, perfecto para desconectarse y disfrutar. Un lugar que combina hospitalidad, tradición y calidad en cada rincón. Totalmente recomendado para quienes buscan una experiencia única y cercana.
