The reception also gave me a late check out without my needing to do a lot of persuasion. The late check out really helped because I could take a shower after a morning out in the sun. The airport transfer was a nice touch. Guys, do keep Reusable Containers in the room for drinking water. Plastic bottles are so uncool! The Gym had no Machine for doing Weights, unlike what is claimed in the hotel’s website.

• Subash (1/5): Very bad - Nothing the attitude of the staff was so bad so nothing else matters I had cancelled one night of my stay and the Duty Manager clearly confirmed at the property that the amount would be refunded. However, after I had already checked out and left the property, my card was still charged for that night. Despite following up through email and speaking with her again, the refund was later denied. This was very disappointing as I relied on the assurance given at the time. The handling of this situation felt unprofessional and has affected my trust in the property’s customer service. I hope the management reviews this matter seriously and improves how such situations are handled in the future.

• Anusha (10/5): Most comfortable, affordable and easy stay. - Near to airport, good food , clean property, rooms also spacious for a business trip. The staff was so friendly , i was welcomed by Chui , and till last moment she helped me with everything. Even she droped my bag to the cab. So humble . Also the front desk staff sneha helped me with easy check in and check out. She was so friendly and positive, with the ease she did my check in and out was a hassle free for me . Also there was another women staff who helped me to get my bags in room. Bravo to the women staff of this property. Amazing work . Keep it up. Food options are limited , also can increase the restaurant staff . There were less staff. Also the entrance of the property needs seat out outside so that one can wait for cabs .

• Bhadsavale (8/5): - Very convenient location from aitport. - no view from the rodrooom, - should have a free airport drop facility as it is walkable but with luggage it is diffcult. The charges for airport drop was Rs. 400/- which is very expensive for a distance of 650 mtrs.
