• Guest (9/5): Staff, room and breakfast were amazing - The room was very clean and comfortable The ambiance, it was very loud and rowdy when we arrived. It was like walking into an indoor beer garden. The bar is open all night and most of the patrons had taken advantage of that. Not the hotels fault but there were definitely signs everywhere encouraging drinking and we didn’t feel safe so we went to our room immediately.
• Kayleigh (9/5): Pricey but fantastic! - The atmosphere and decor was fantastic! The games in the reception was a fab touch. The cost, and no early shuttle options to Heathrow so had to pay another £17 for an uber.

We have a lovely arrival cocktail and on departure we were allowed to take a coffee with us. Very welcoming. My partner would have liked and extra pillow in the room.

• James (7/5): Overall pretty good. - Breakfast was very good. Staff all very friendly. Room very clean and comfortable bed. Air con didn’t work so room was very hot throughout the night. Car parking charge.
• Rachel (7/5): - It was a very convenient location to the airport and public transportation into the city. Even though the staff came to clean every day, they didn't clean everything every day. Some of the days the glass shelves beside the bed and near the TV were not cleaned even though they were clear of items. Also, the room could have used a mini refrigerator.

Great breakfast. - I was very pleasantly surprised, as I did not know that the Moxy was part of Marriott and I was worried about what the hotel may be like given the area it was in. I chose the hotel becausee it was pet friendly and in close proximity to Heathrow Animal Aircare, where I collected my pet.

• Kirsty (9/5): Better than the average airport hotel before an early flight. - Comfy room, very friendly staff, loved the tea and coffee bar and the food was good! I like the Moxy vibe, it has character. The shuttle was great and the car rental next door made the entire stay easy. There's nothing I didn't like.

Bij aankomst moet je £30 waarborg betalen zonder dat je uitgelegd wordt wat voor, en ik heb mijn waarborg nog steeds niet terug gezien
• Lisa (7/5): Convenient and reasonably priced - I like that there is in site parking (even though it is not free) and how close it is to the airport. The bedding was nice. The immediate area isn’t great so it’s nice the Moxy offers food and drinks so you don’t need to leave.

Kept insisting I use the booking.com change of dates process even though that was the process we were communicating through - seemed unable to understand that “yes this is already the process you are telling me to use”. Very frustrating, hotel is indistinguishable from any other in the area, stay somewhere easier to deal with

• Ashton (3/5): Frustrating customer service bot - It is a box with a bed by the airport, meets expectations Could not tell if their customer support was a bot or just poorly trained. Kept insisting that I use the booking.com process to request a change of dates even though that was the process we were communicating through - did not seem capable of understanding that we were already in the process it was insisting on. Would not stay here again, too frustrating to deal with.

• Matthew (8/5): Great hotel for proximity to Heathrow Airport - Location for Heathrow was perfect, plus shuttle bus makes it very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner food was good, breakfast was very good. Bed was ok, pretty hard and pillows were a bit uncomfortable
• NikhilsReviews (2/5): LOUD - it has a loud sound in all the rooms, cant really rest properly due to the noise in the room - Issue with ACClimate control in all the rooms, you cant turn off the sound, so it has a constant loud noise in all the rooms, such a shame as ive stayed in Moxy hotels before and always had a good sleep. I didnt get any sleep at all in this hotel and they showed me its like that in all the rooms

• Z9159OCjeremyh (10/5): Great Stay. - I am not sure I am the demographic that this brand is meant to appeal to, but even so had a really comfortable stay and the staff were great. Room a little small with no hanging space so not sure I would want to spend more than a night or two here. When aeroplanes landing on one of the runways a little loud in room, but great view of them at low altitude more than made up for that ! (Also they don’t fly through the night). Not that close to T5, but easy enough to get to central airport (bus 111 goes from outside).

Guitars weren't playable, as the strings had been broken by other users, which was a bit of a disappointment for the group as they were all musicians, but we didn't expect them to be there, so only a minor thing.

• Marilyn (10/5): I would book again. - Fun, friendly, different. Relaxing. The staff were very helpful. Kind. A shuttle to the airport, was why I chose this location. Also private bathroom. Restaurant. There was even a gym . Good value for money. There really wasn’t anything not to like. Free breakfast, plenty of danishes, sweet pastries. I did see someone else complaining about the eggs. They were prepackaged. So not freshly made. At least that was my opinion. But for free. Pretty good.

• HullPhil (8/5): Nice hotel on major bus routes to Heathrow Central - I stayed here for one night in late April. It’s situated on Bath Road about 2 miles from Heathrow and it’s easy to get there on local buses. Numbers 105,111, 222 and 81 pass the hotel. Check in was friendly and the room was good and not as small as some budget hotels. The soundproofing was excellent. The only irritation is I could not see how to switch the fan off in the room and since there is no phone in the room to call reception I couldn’t ask advice. Otherwise a nice hotel.
