Guest Reviews
- Guest (9/5): Staff, room and breakfast were amazing - The room was very clean and comfortable The ambiance, it was very loud and rowdy when we arrived. It was like walking into an indoor beer garden. The bar is open all night and most of the patrons had taken advantage of that. Not the hotels fault but there were definitely signs everywhere encouraging drinking and we didn’t feel safe so we went to our room immediately.
- Kayleigh (9/5): Pricey but fantastic! - The atmosphere and decor was fantastic! The games in the reception was a fab touch. The cost, and no early shuttle options to Heathrow so had to pay another £17 for an uber.
- Timothy_1980 (10/5): -
- Amanda (10/5): Comfortable and welcoming. - The staff were lovely and knowledgeable about telling us what services were best to get to the airport. We have a lovely arrival cocktail and on departure we were allowed to take a coffee with us.
Very welcoming. My partner would have liked and extra pillow in the room.
- Cale (10/5): I’ll be back! It was great - The ambiance, artwork and friendly staff The cost of breakfast
- Rene (10/5): Location and staff were great. Also loved the decor. - Location and staff were great. Also loved the decor Not applicable
- DEREK (8/5): Reasonable - Location and price Room was small. Breakfast was bare bones.
- James (7/5): Overall pretty good. - Breakfast was very good. Staff all very friendly. Room very clean and comfortable bed. Air con didn’t work so room was very hot throughout the night. Car parking charge.
- Rachel (7/5): - It was a very convenient location to the airport and public transportation into the city. Even though the staff came to clean every day, they didn't clean everything every day. Some of the days the glass shelves beside the bed and near the TV were not cleaned even though they were clear of items. Also, the room could have used a mini refrigerator.
- Robyn (10/5): Excellent, Easy and Great Value for Money - We arrived late... The room was spacious and beds were comfortable for a quick nights sleep before an early flight.
We would recommend Moxy Airport to friends and family
- Sam (10/5): A good place to stay near the airport - Great to have 24hr facilities e.g. food and drink It takes a while to get there by public transport
- Belanger (9/5): Perfectly satisfactory 1 night. Great breakfast. - I was very pleasantly surprised, as I did not know that the Moxy was part of Marriott and I was worried about what the hotel may be like given the area it was in.
I chose the hotel becausee it was pet friendly and in close proximity to Heathrow Animal Aircare, where I collected my pet.

- Explore08500042701 (10/5): Moxy London Heathrow is my favourite hotel in London! - Derick is amazing at the Moxy bar! He makes the best drinks and I also love the welcome drink at Moxy. Must try! Biiiiig thank you for always making me feel at home.
Regards,
Devina
- Kirsty (9/5): Better than the average airport hotel before an early flight. - Comfy room, very friendly staff, loved the tea and coffee bar and the food was good! I like the Moxy vibe, it has character. The shuttle was great and the car rental next door made the entire stay easy. There's nothing I didn't like.
- Lisa (7/5): Convenient and reasonably priced - I like that there is in site parking (even though it is not free) and how close it is to the airport. The bedding was nice. The immediate area isn’t great so it’s nice the Moxy offers food and drinks so you don’t need to leave.
- michael (9/5): Nice hotel, good value for money. - Clean, comfortable and quiet.
- Ashton (3/5): Frustrating service for a bog standard hotel - It was fine, basic box with bed near airport. Customer service is either a bot, incompetent or badly trained. Kept insisting I use the booking.com change of dates process even though that was the process we were communicating through - seemed unable to understand that “yes this is already the process you are telling me to use”. Very frustrating, hotel is indistinguishable from any other in the area, stay somewhere easier to deal with
- Hardeep Singh (7/5): -
- Ashton (3/5): Frustrating customer service bot - It is a box with a bed by the airport, meets expectations Could not tell if their customer support was a bot or just poorly trained. Kept insisting that I use the booking.com process to request a change of dates even though that was the process we were communicating through - did not seem capable of understanding that we were already in the process it was insisting on. Would not stay here again, too frustrating to deal with.
- Henry (8/5): -
- Matthew (8/5): Great hotel for proximity to Heathrow Airport - Location for Heathrow was perfect, plus shuttle bus makes it very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner food was good, breakfast was very good. Bed was ok, pretty hard and pillows were a bit uncomfortable
- NikhilsReviews (2/5): LOUD - it has a loud sound in all the rooms, cant really rest properly due to the noise in the room - Issue with ACClimate control in all the rooms, you cant turn off the sound, so it has a constant loud noise in all the rooms, such a shame as ive stayed in Moxy hotels before and always had a good sleep. I didnt get any sleep at all in this hotel and they showed me its like that in all the rooms
- Gillian (8/5): - Cute, quirky hotel with lots of unique touches
Very clean and well appointed. Hotel was difficult to access from the airport. The hotelhoppa was never on time . The food in the restaurant was just okay and nit very warm.
- Katheryn Margaret (8/5): - Easy location and great chill vibes.
- RANJIT (6/5): -
- Andy (9/5): - The hotel is comfy, clean and a great location. N/a

- Z9159OCjeremyh (10/5): Great Stay. - I am not sure I am the demographic that this brand is meant to appeal to, but even so had a really comfortable stay and the staff were great. Room a little small with no hanging space so not sure I would want to spend more than a night or two here. When aeroplanes landing on one of the runways a little loud in room, but great view of them at low altitude more than made up for that ! (Also they don’t fly through the night). Not that close to T5, but easy enough to get to central airport (bus 111 goes from outside).
- Leonel (10/5): - Is a nice hotel near the airport, clean, nice staff. I wish we stayed longer.
- Molly (8/5): -
- Webb (6/5): Stay was lovely but basick & staff not helpful. - Room clean and comfortable. Staff bookings very rush and not enough information.
On booking out stuff where on there phones when asking about packing. Found this very frustrating.
- Sheila (8/5): -
- JGM63 (10/5): Ideal location close to LHR - Ideal location close to Heathrow, right beside bus stop. Room was ideal with good facilities. Staff were excellent both friendly and helpful
- Gill (10/5): -
- Tanja (10/5): -
- Jon (9/5): Impressed -
- Arab (10/5): -
- Richard Twose (10/5): -
- Glenn (7/5): Stay was fine. Check-in terrible. - Room was clean. Good breakfast. Check in is a nightmare. You can ONLY book in using their app. They can not check you in at the desk which is difficult for international visitors without internet access
- Gems31 (10/5): - Could do with more pillows
- Christopher (3/5): A poor night's sleep due to faulty motion light under bed - The location is good. A very poor night's sleep due to the motion light under the bed continually coming on despite no movement in the room. No sleep from 9pm to 1.30am.
- Heidi (10/5): - All great!
Quiet and great area for working downstairs before a flight. Nothing
- Sharon (10/5): - Very welcoming and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location and parking facilities.
- Amanda_G_I (9/5): Great location and staff albeit a bit on the pricey side - Really friendly staff, helpful. Quirky interior was brilliant, kids loved it. Great location. Bit too pricey. Guitars weren't playable, as the strings had been broken by other users, which was a bit of a disappointment for the group as they were all musicians, but we didn't expect them to be there, so only a minor thing.

- jcorral (3/5): -
- Esther (8/5): Would stay again but probably won’t recommend the bar/resturant - Proximity, parking Staff were a bit slow… check in took way too long
Bar was very expensive, I know it’s London prices but >£50 for 4 drinks is extortion!!
- Val (8/5): - N/a N/a
- Charlie (10/5): - Location, staff
- Soulman (8/5): Lovely place and will come again - The staff are nice and very helpful. Breakfast is nice Lack of variety with breakfast

- Martin (8/5): -
- Anita (9/5): Staff was very kind and accomodating, room was sapcious enough. - Close to the airport and car rental. Outdated chairs in room, sintetic bedding. There was no coffee machine in double room, but there was one in family room that we booked at the same time.
- Sina- M. (8/5): -
- Craig (8/5): -
- grainne (9/5): Great location, very comfortable, friendly staff - Close to the airport. Plenty of space to relax in the lounge area. Very friendly and helpful staff
- Cheryl (9/5): -
- Brenda (8/5): Good value hotel - Very close to bus to get to and from airport. Close to a couple restaurants. No frills but good value Would have been nice to have a chair in the room. Just 2 single beds
- Julie (10/5): -
- Silvia (8/5): -
- Marilyn (10/5): I would book again. - Fun, friendly, different. Relaxing. The staff were very helpful. Kind.
A shuttle to the airport, was why I chose this location. Also private bathroom. Restaurant.
There was even a gym . Good value for money. There really wasn’t anything not to like. Free breakfast, plenty of danishes, sweet pastries.
I did see someone else complaining about the eggs. They were prepackaged. So not freshly made. At least that was my opinion. But for free. Pretty good.
- Arvind (9/5): -
- Jeff (8/5): Good hotel for an airport layover - The moxy was a standard hotel room, perfect for a layover to the airport. The bar/dining room had a nice ambiance, and reasonable prices. The bed was a bit soft.
- Roman (9/5): -
- Chad (3/5): -
- preciousi249 (10/5): Awesome service! - Lynette was super helpful at the front desk. She made sure I was well taken care off and walked me through the amenities available. Definitely a great deal to have stayed here.
- Bincy (8/5): -
- Joel (8/5): -
- HullPhil (8/5): Nice hotel on major bus routes to Heathrow Central - I stayed here for one night in late April. It’s situated on Bath Road about 2 miles from Heathrow and it’s easy to get there on local buses. Numbers 105,111, 222 and 81 pass the hotel.
Check in was friendly and the room was good and not as small as some budget hotels. The soundproofing was excellent.
The only irritation is I could not see how to switch the fan off in the room and since there is no phone in the room to call reception I couldn’t ask advice.
Otherwise a nice hotel.
- Will (8/5): - Price and convenience of location to lhr. Limited space for a 5 day stay
