• Laura (7/5): - Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum! Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist der nächtliche Straßenlärm am Wochenende ein Albtraum! Die ersten Nächte wurde es noch irgendwann gegen Mitternacht ruhig und ich konnte schlafen, in der letzten Nacht war daran nicht zu denken.

• JoeGP (10/5): Buen Hotel para hacer turismo familiar - La ubicación excelente, cerca al monasterio y a la plazano tuvimos problemas con el desplazamiento, el lugar es seguro, desayuno muy bueno ofrecian un buffet pequeño pero excelente, perfecto para comenzar el día(panes, panqueques, huevos, papitas, camote, cafe quinua, infusiones,etc), las habitaciones limpias y comodas, siempre las encontrabamos ordenadas al regresar al tour, la atención fue excelente por parte de todo el personal, muy buena onda en todo aspecto

Echter, na het inchecken bleek hier niets van waar te zijn, ik had enkel uitzicht op een luchtkoker. Ik ben bij de receptioniste gaan vragen en zij zei dat dit over een gemeenschappelijk balkon met uitzicht ging op het dakterras van het hotel zelf. Echter, in de beschrijving van de kamer stond het volgende: "The single room offers a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, a terrace with city views as well as a private bathroom boasting a walk-in shower. The unit has 1 bed." Ik ging er dus van uit dat ik toegang had tot het terras omdat het letterlijk tussen elementen van de kamer stond ("Safe deposit box" en "private bathroom"). Zeer misleidend. Aangezien ik maar 1 nacht verbleef in Arequipa en ik een uitzicht wou, de kamer gelukkig kunnen annuleren en mijn geld teruggekregen.
• jose (9/5): Para ser primera vez quedé gratamente satisfecho y volvería. - Desayuno típico y básico sin mucha variedad pero cumple si objetivo para comenzar el día, frutas de estación y café de calidad Intermedia, Si el alojamiento es por varios días al menos debe haber algunas variaciones, todo era en pequeñas cantidades lo cual da la impresión que si tomas algo que te gusta, los demás pasajeros se quedan sin nada.

La ubicación del hotel es súper cerca a la plaza. Agua caliente en los baños. La tele no se podía ver bien. El cuarto que teniamos daba a la calle transitada y se escuchaba cierta bulla en el tráfico.

Nos permitieron realizar el check in antes de tiempo (y nos subieron el equipaje, considerar que no hay escaleras), nos brindaron recomendaciones de dónde comer, te preparan desayuno para llevar cuando tienes tours tempranos. El aire acondicionado está averiado y hace un ruido horrible, de modo que es difícil controlar la temperatura. Por preferencia tocó dejarlo apagado y jugar con las capas de cobertores.

Location is close to everything and the breakfast was a bit better than most of the places we stayed in Peru. Staff were not particularly friendly. Rooms on the street are really noisy. Dirty ashtrays not removed from terrace area. Asked staff to research a couple of things for me and they never got back to me. Only 1 light on one side of bed for 2 people?

Destaque para o terraço, que é um charme à parte. O Peru como um todo é um país onde o trânsito é muito caótico e as pessoas businam muito de madrugada. Por estar muito perto do centro, o hotel acaba pegando um pouco desse barulho.

• Carolin (8/5): Great breakfast - great location - We had the perfect omelette for breakfast - the breakfast in general was delicious. The rooftop terrace was also a nice spot to see the sunrise (jet lag :)) and to eat some take away dinner at night. It was also great that you are able to make yourself a tea at anytime. It was rather loud (you could hear people walking up and down the stairs - sometimes in the middle of the night). Additionally it was really difficult to get fresh air into the room (and bathroom).

• Valerie (10/5): - I was very happy with this hotel. It is in a great location within easy walking distance to the Plaza de Armas, and lots of shops and restaurants. It is one block from from the Monastery of Santa Catalina, which was really interesting to visit. The reception area is nice, the rooms are clean, and the shower was good. And the price can't be beat. The breakfast didn't start until 7:30 the morning we were there, which we didn't realize before it was too late, as we were being picked up early for a tour.

We arrived at 5am and although they couldn't give us an early check in, we were able to relax in the lobby with hot drinks and have breakfast, and they got our room ready for 9am which was hugely appreciated! Central location, good breakfast, room was nice with a big comfy bed. The hotel is on a busy road, but all the roads in Arequipa seemed busy. Window looked into the interior courtyard but this is standard for Peru

• Kirsten (9/5): Empfehlenswert - Die Lage ist super, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr Freundin. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Tolle Dachterrasse. Nur ein Fenster zum Treppenhaus. Bei dem Gehupe generell aus der Straße vielleicht aber doch als Vorteil zu sehen.

• Warick (8/5): Good location-nice place to stay - Good location, breakfast good, staff friendly and offer advice. Shower hot with great pressure. Only small things…breakfast didn’t get refilled so you can miss out on some items, bed comfy but one side against the wall, and noisy guests not being respectful-should close rooftop space at night.
