• joanaifp (6/5): Acceptable to spend one night - Location, very close to the beach and all kinds of services and shops. The house is a bit old and in need of some improvements (eg. painting and fixing the floor), lots of noise when you move around the house, open/close doors etc. Also it's a third floor without elevator. There is no kitchen, only a small room with a sink, microwave and toaster (no fridge, oven or stove). There isn't AC, only a fan full of dust.

• Santos (7/5): Estadia confortável e agradável, de uma forma geral. - Alojamento muito bem localizado, perto da praia, supermercados e parque de estacionamento. Quarto com boas comodidades e boas condições de limpeza. Último andar sem elevador, o que pode ser um inconveniente para hóspedes com dificuldades de locomoção. Cozinha sem frigorífico e fogão. Casa de banho com pouca iluminação.

• Luca (2/5): NO GOOD - The room matched the photographs exactly, which was reassuring and gave a sense of reliability to the booking.The bathroom was spacious, well-equipped, and in good condition, allowing for ease of use and adding to the overall positive impression of the accommodation. Unfortunately, there were many issues. The check-in instructions required filling out a form and providing details needed for an invoice, but the website did not work. Guests are also asked to print certain documents themselves, which felt outdated and inconvenient. Although the check-in was supposedly self-service, it still required meeting a staff member in person to pay the remaining balance in cash. You can imagine how uncomfortable it felt to hand over money without receiving a receipt — something that is practically unacceptable. The instructions stated that a staff member would collect the remaining balance at a specific time, yet instead they called (without speaking a word of English, which is quite problematic) to ask to change the meeting time — even suggesting unrealistic hours. Only after insisting that I must receive a receipt was one provided to me, and that was a full day later. On top of this, the room had numerous ants. Overall, absolutely not recommended.

• Inta (9/5): Simple, good located accommodation - Great location- close to the bus station, supermarket, restaurants. Couple of minutes to walk to the beach. Smooth check in using communication with the owner via internet. It is necessary to pay attention to the instruction sent from the hosts how to find the apartment, however all rooms are on the same top floor of the house ( you shouldn't go down, only ahead). The room is spacious, the bed - comfy. The shared bathroom is also spacious. The apartment is very clean. The cleaning staff is coming there twice a day. There is a kitchen equipped with a washing machine, a micro wave that we didn't use and also with an electric cattle. We enjoyed the stay there. There is no refrigerator. It was a small problem for us.

It’s clean and safe with a great location. - The location was great and accessing the room via emailed instructions was easy and straightforward. Bathroom and room was clean and there was access to a small kitchen for water, tea, coffee, etc. The pillows on the bed could be replaced. They felt like they’d gone through the washer a few too many times (yay they’re clean!) but they were overall really lumpy.

• Alexey (8/5): Good to stay - Good option to stay but not so long, max for 1-2 weeks. Comfy bed, clean bed linens and towels, almost clean bathroom. Not so bad shared kitchen but there're some point to improve. Points to mention: - lack of conditioner but you can ask for basic cooling fan. - no refrigerator but it was on photos. - no shared refrigerator. - lack of kitchen stove. - poor kitchen equipment.

• Lara (7/5): Good - We liked the view from the balcony and the bright room :) It seems like the cleaning person used something to wash for the sheets with chlorine, so there was a really strong smell of that in the room until the last day. It would be great if you’d use less of that next time.
• Filipe (1/5): Terrible - It was in the centre of Sesimbra. Advertisement never mentioned apartment is on 3rd floor,, very steep 4 floors of steps with no lift. The walls are absolutely scruffy and need emulsioning. The shower curtain was scruffy and needed washing. The mattress was thin. Old worn furniture with marks on. Must be at the apartment at 9pm to give the payment, if not I've to leave money in room and someone let's themselves in to pick money up without you being present. I don't want to spoil my holiday by going back to the apartment at 9pm or anyone to go in.

• Marc (8/5): Very good - Everything worked out exactly as described on the offer. Very uncomplicated. The bed was very comfortable, the room is in the center of sesimbra, less than five minutes from the beach. Still it’s very quiet at night, I slept with open windows and there weren’t any issues. There was a balcony with view of the ocean. Bathroom and kitchen offer what you’d expect. If you’re looking for a place to sleep in sesimbra you can’t go wrong for the price. To be honest, there were no negatives in my stay. It was exactly what I hoped I would find.

The location is ideal in terms of access, but extremely noisy foremost because of the oft-mentioned bus depot, and also a school right underneath during the day. Note that this is a residential building and the entrance is not obvious. Look for it as the street bends by the street number. The facility has a common kitchen, but no refrigerator. Ultimately, considering the demand in this city, and the geo-position of this place, it is worth the money

It comfortable and very clean. it is very efficiently run. 1. please indicate the name of the place on the door- it took a while before I found it. 2. please inform that the nearby parking is free. it took me quite some time to find out.
