Vivo en Filipinas y he viajado por muchas de sus islas...creo que es la primera vez que dejo una reseña negativa tras mi estancia: Verdaderamente el resort se encuentra en medio de la naturaleza, razón por la que decidimos alojarnos aquí...pero el precio es sencillamente abusivo! Elegimos la cabaña más "sencilla", pero imaginamos que por ese precio (y por las fotografías de Booking) la calidad estaba garantizada pero: cama incómoda, mosquitera OBLIGATORIA porque la habitación no tiene ninguna protección para los mosquitos, baño bastante incómodo... Pero lo peor fue el trato tan MALO recibido por la propietaria: el día del check-out teníamos prisa para tomar el ferry, por lo que quisimos comer algo de fruta que teníamos con nosotros y preparamos un café rápido..pero la propietaria insistió en que si queríamos comer algo pagásemos un desayuno en su establecimiento (por supuesto, de precios IGUALMENTE ABUSIVOS), y se negó a prestarnos UNOS SIMPLES CUCHILLOS Y AGUA CALIENTE!

sylvie (8/5): - Le cadre dans la nature Le restaurant L accueil pas très chaleureux. La patronne qui nous dit si on n est pas content d aller se garer ailleurs où aller dans des 5 étoiles. Pas très aimable . Un gros SUV prenait toute la place . Le chalet était mal agencé. Pas de table et de chaise pour s asseoir à l intérieure pourtant avec beaucoup d espace vide .
Denise (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt! - Es war richtig toll in der Unterkunft! Die Lage war sehr zentral zu Mambajao und der White Island. Es war ein kleiner Pool in der Unterkunft vorhanden und eine schöne ruhige Fläche zum entspannen. Die Unterkunft hatte auch ein Restaurant mit leckerer italienischer Küche. Wir haben auch Motorbikes, Touren und den Flughafentransfer über die Unterkunft buchen können. Das Personal und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Man wurde immer nett und freundlich begrüßt. Gerne wieder! Es wäre toll gewesen wäre ein Föhn in der Unterkunft gewesen.

El Staff encantador y Ileana y Stefano, los dueños, muy amables y atentos. La comida del restaurante muy rica, unas gambas Tandoori brutales! Un placer haber disfrutado de nuestra estancia allí. Jan (10/5): - Nypa Style Resort was the best choice we could have made… it is stunning. The bungalows/villas are built in a charming garden in the middle of nature. The design is beautiful and cosy and everything is taking care of. The owners Ilenia and Stefano and the whole staff are super nice and helpful. We had great and tasty breakfasts and dinners in their restaurant where Asia meets Italy with the best of both worlds. We were also able to rent scooters at the resort. If on beautiful Camiguin we highly recommend to book at Nypa Style Resort.

Aurora (10/5): Absolutely perfect :) - We loved everything about our stay. The bungalow is super cute and spotless, everything was incredibly clean. The massage was amazing, the gardens are beautifully maintained, and the whole atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is incredible, especially Jane, who took care of us and helped with everything. Ilenia and Stefano were also super lovely and friendly. The restaurant is fantastic, delicious for lunch and dinner, and the breakfasts are absolutely amazing. For us it’s a 10/10, and we’ll definitely come back to Nypa. Nothing to fault.

We stayed in a traditional Nipa house that had been renovated, turning it into a top luxury room. Well equipped with all amenities and mosquito nets around the bed, fantastic bathroom. The place is lovely, well maintained gardens, very nice and friendly staff, breakfasts were top too! Located 4 km from the main town, and therefore easy to move around the island but also out from the busy and noisy areas. Definitely recommend this place! Nothing

Restaurant was excellent, water was excellent, the nypa/nipa style cottages were lovely. Everyone on staff was knowledgeable, competent and accommodating -- and most importantly, NO MOSQUITOES! The WiFi wasn't really working, but wasn't a problem for us being on unlimited data.

But our favourite part was the restaurant, we ate there everyday for all of our meals. It was just so so delicious! Highly recommend. Nothing in particular. If you really dislike insects or little creatures this might not be the place for you, once as the name say it’s a Nypa style. But it wasn’t an issue for us!

Wim (10/5): Exceptional - The place is amazing ! A big nice garden, a small sit pool, hammocks. You feel the rest. The houses are very nice en very clean. The nice owners Stefano and Elena. Make you realy feel comfortable. They make all the food by there selves. Bread jam pasta, icecream, cake etc and tast delicious. And there cappuccino..........ohhhhhhj. we also took a 2 hours masage and that was a very good choice. Stefano can also help with planning trips. Nothing !

Kamila (10/5): Wonderful stay! - We booked it last minute due to travel changes and it was the best decision! Ilenia and Stefano, along with their staff took a really good care of us. We loved the area which was green and quiet. We enjoyed eating great pasta and fresh bruschetta in their Italian restaurant on rainy days and relaxing into natural spring pool. Our bungalow was very beautiful and clean, toiletries were always replenished which is very rare and there was always free water available which helped us reduce plastic during our stay. We cannot recommend enough! Wi-Fi is only available in restaurant area and nearby but not in our bungalow and it’s not very strong, but it wasn’t a huge issue for us. If you have Filipino SIM card the signal is good though

If we could have stayed longer, we would have. - Camiguin was the final destination and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than Nypa Resort - thank you so much to Ilenia, Stefano and their amazing staff. We stayed in the Rainbow Villa (Villa with Garden View) - very comfortable bed, great bathroom and a wonderful deck to relax on in the evening. Our room was also cleaned every day and the general decor/vibe of the villa made it an amazing place to wake up in and come home to. From the moment we arrived, Ilenia and Stefano went above and beyond to help us get the most out our stay with recommendations on what to visit including the best spots for snorkelling, must-see sights and good itineraries for the days we were staying. We rented a motorbike from the resort and also booked transport to and from the airport - everything was seamless! Special mention to the restaurant within the resort - Sapore. Whether you're eating Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, you will leave with a happy and full stomach from the delicious food including homemade bread and pasta plus fresh juices. My mouth is watering as I type and think of it! Thanks again Stefano, Ilenia and all. For anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Camiguin, Nypa will be your home away from home. Roy Amog (6/5): Okay - Pros: I like the room/cottage style; it's quiet; there's a swimming pool; there's a big garden for relaxing. Cons: The location is a bit away from the city center (quite difficult for public transportation); bad WiFi connection Suggestions for improvements: types of mosquito next use in the room (not the round one but the square one); lower the price of the transportation service.
