• Tof (3/5): So dirty 🤮 Avoid it ! - The location, the outside area, the kindness of the security guy (Viktor). So dirty villa !!! This accomodation could be amazing, but nothing is clean ! We spent there only our last night before flying back, but I could never imagine staying in this villa for a few days... It is really disgusting. I am not the kind of person leaving many reviews just for the pleasure, but I do so in this case, only to advise future guests not to book it (or maybe make the company in charge of it aware of the dirtyness and, hopefully, improve it).

• Ashika (1/5): Rating is wrong. I only booked due to high rating. - The location of the property was great as it’s a short walking distance from the beach and seminyak square. There is night time security and parking space. The property is in bad need of renovation. Bathrooms are old and showers have a slow trickle of water. There are rats in the kitchen and garden. Kitchen was dirty and I had to ask for the floor to be moped. After seeing rats in them we didn’t use. Beds are comfortable but top level has squirrels running around in the roof and lots of mosquitos. Sofas in the sitting room are destroyed. There were no utensils. Only 4 glasses which we were served welcome drinks in. We only had one bath towel each. Hand wash soap only. Windows needed securing and are easy to break in.
• Marlee (7/5): - Location of this villa was great, walking distance to cafes and the beach hot spots. Villa is a great size, didn’t feel clustered at all travelling with 6 adults and 3 kids. Staff were amazing and proactive when an we had an issue or needed help with drivers ect. The cleaners were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is very detached from main area, very run down and we saw a lot of rats. Bathrooms are also well overdue for an update and the water pressure was pretty dismal. The couch was super uncomfortable and old also. I didn’t feel like the price justified the Villa facilities.
• Kowhai (10/5): Great for large families - Property was clean, spacious, enclosed living, catered for big families. There was ample bedding for our family of 12 and some others stayed a couple of nights. Ayu was an amazing cook and made beautiful food each morning. Recommend opting for breakfast. Cleaning and maintenance was done each day. The property was down a lane off a very small road which is difficult to access by car. Road is bad but has close coffee shop, mart etc. It’s not the best location but not too far from the main streets
• Suraj (10/5): Brilliant stay, would come again - Everything was perfect. Friendly staff, great location, very clean, beds were comfortable Nothing
• Noah (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach with lovely cafes on the way.

• Saga (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was super fresh, pool was clean, bathroom was huge, beds were comfortable and warm, ac worked well. Water filters were really appropriated as well.

• Radhika (7/5): great stay and very helpful / responsive staff - easy access to beach, massages and food. staff is very responsive to any feedback, complaints and resolves immediately in addition to keeping place clean. Aircon was not working and was replaced the very next day. pool is quite deep and not accessible to small kids, babies.We couldn’t lock the bathroom doors.

• Tony (8/5): Good for big group - Stayed 2 nights with friend’s family in 7 people in total. This facility can be accommodated 3 families as there are 3 bed rooms. Pool in front of villa was really great to play with kids and staff was really friendly.
