Morgens im April in Decken eingehüllt und mit einem Kaffe auf das Meer blicken, abends der Sonnenuntergang. Es fehlte an nichts im Haus,auch Wassersport und Strandutensilien waren vorhanden. Ein wundervoller Ort, wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und das nächste Mal möchten wir nur länger bleiben ☀️🌊💫

The hosts were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the very first moment. The wine had a wonderful aroma, perfectly complementing every meal. But above all, it was the emotions — pure joy, relaxation, and inspiration — that made this trip truly special. Mallorca is a place we will definitely return to.

• Paul (10/5): - Wow what a pleasure it was to spend a few days at this fabulous place, beautifully styled, very clean and comfortable, secure parking and right on the wild beaches. Would definitely recommend and we'll be back..... What's not to like?

The perfect location right on the water Thoughtful owners who added all the extra touches to make the stay more comfortable and welcoming. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and lovely bed linen. High end finishes throughout the house.

• Tine (7/5): Nice house but overrated price in mid season - Nice house Cold house when you do not go there when in mid season (end of April). Too little light inside. Very much over priced. We could not swim because the sea was full of algues just in front of the house. Off course the owner can not control this but nevertheless we were very disappointed. It was way too expensive to pay more than 400€ per night for this house. The kitchen equipment was rather poor for the price you pay. We stayed in a lovely hotel on the the island as well for half of the price, breakfast included…
• Curtis (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed staying in the house, so much that we decided to stay an additional week. As it was in January this was possible. January is very low season so everything was closed in the town (though the bar on the way to the eastern beach was sometimes open) and there were very few people around. The wonderful aspect of the house is that it is on the beach with direct access. So our children could play in the rocks and sand by stepping out of the back door. We cooked all of our meals in the house and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the house itself is spacious. The house also has several watercraft for use, such as sit-on-top kayaks. Our only disappointment was that the walks in the nearby national park were closed for revegetation. This seems to be a many year on-going closure, so one can walk along the beach but not inland very much.

• Pt (9/5): Superb - Beautiful house with a wonderful location right on the beach. Not a cheap option! Beaches are quite close by but you cannot swim directly from in front of the house.
• Jessica (10/5): super relaxing seafront experience - the house is wonderful, the location super, in front of the sea, near Ses Covetes and Es Trenc, you can have a seafront breakfast or watch falling stars at night!
• Jake (10/5): Excellent stay at The Beach House - Beautiful beach house situated in a tranquil location with excellent ocean views. The interior was modern, well maintained and equipped with all the essentials. The host kindly added some festive decorations for our stay over Christmas (thank you - lovely touch) I would highly recommend the property for its very clean facilities; 2 bathrooms with separate bath / shower, parking, living room + upstairs snug, front & back patio etc. The house was ideal to relax in a nice quite spot on the beach front, whilst just a 45 min drive from Palma / the airport. We found the beds to be very comfy and appreciated the high quality linen and towels. The WiFi worked really well and there were plenty of board games for extra evening entertainment. Thanks again to the hosts, we will definitely check availability for the beach house on our next trip to Palma.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - We don't normally write reviews, but this place was so nice that we felt moved to comment on it. The picture is exactly correct, the back door opens onto a terrace overlooking a beautifully quiet beach and the sea. The house is well appointed, the owners friendly and helpful and a minor problem dealt with immediately. The only thing worth saying otherwise is that a car is essential, there are a few restaurants in the same street, but nothing open during low season when we were there (january) . Nearest supermarket is Lidl in Campos. Nearest breakfast cafe is in Colonia. Great place for a peaceful winter break.
