Kľúč bol nalomený - po reklamácii mi ho chceli dať zaplatiť. Ponižujúce a smiešne zároveň, potom koľko som zaplatil za ich najluxusnejšiu izbu. Inak by to bolo celkom ok.

- Nick (9/5): Charming and cute lodgings + super attentive hosts. Great place to settle in and rest comfortably while exploring Venice - Cute room and comfortable. Close to everything that is important in Venice. A bit noisy - from the street and from guests entering the property. No one’s fault really - just normal city noise and an old echoey building. Everything was fine, however, during sleep hours in fact, a solid sleep on a firm mattress!

- Yussty (9/5): Excelente estética de la habitación y ubicación cerca del puente Rialto y Plaza San Marco - La estética del lugar era precioso, al estilo veneciano muy prominente. Muy limpio y cómodo el lugar para descansar después de caminar tanto por la ciudad. Tiene muy buen sistema de recepción y son muy amables para dar indicaciones previas para llegar al destino, no tuvimos ningún problema al llegar ya que nos indicaron hasta como llegar desde la estación de trenes y tomando el vaporetto. Nada!, solo quizás que si vienen con maletas grandes hay que subir un piso de escaleras, pero a pesar de eso todo perfecto.

However, when we arrived, there was only one bed suitable for two people. When we informed the staff about the situation, we were told that this was how it was supposed to be. There were also only two towels provided, even though we paid for three guests.

- Rachael (6/5): Did a job - wouldn't return - The staff were some of the nicest I've ever met. Absolutely lovely. Great location. Good sized room & bathroom The lack of sound proofing - we could hear, what felt like, every single conversation within the reception area, every door opening and closing, and all other guests going to and from their rooms, as well as the surrounding properties. This made sleeping properly (even for myself, who uses earplugs), literally impossible. Very hard bed (preference - I'm sure for others this would be favourable). The balcony. Unless you're a smoker, this adds nothing as it just overlooks other buildings.

We have been really happy about everything, during our stay: the stuff, the space, the location, everything was nice and comfortable for us to enjoy ourselves I don't like that prices are so high for everything.
