Había un desperfecto en la caldera, y cuando te dejabas de duchar hacia como una explosión y había perdida de agua de la caldera que estaba en la cocina. Fue un técnico. Pero aún así perdía agua.

Booking. com gave us a discounted last minute booking price for the night, and so it was worth it for a nap and shower. The apartment was modern and clean and walking distance to the port and restaurants. We did not really sleep there or use their kitchen facilities, so can't tell

Acessibilidade não é a melhor pra quem tem limitações ou tem bagagem pesada, pois é necessário se deslocar entre o apartamento e o hotel na rua de cima, onde são feitos o check-in e checkout.

• Colin (10/5): Great handy location. - The location and the helpfulness of staff. The breakfast was reasonably priced and very good. An apartment was really handy. A coffee shop was next door and mini market (photo attached because it doesn’t look like one) on the next corner near Hotel Alto Andino. A Pink Laundry was only a few blocks away. San Martin (the Main Street) is only the next street. Elevator makes it easy too. Weather protected undercover entrance to the building is a bonus too. Some tips: The check-in is up the hill: perhaps leave your travel companion and luggage there to avoid dragging your luggage up and/or down. Ushuaia is on a hill so it is what it is.

Room in poor condition, very different from what was advertised on Booking.com, uncomfortable and dirty (even though I had chosen a high-end room with a sea view). Although we asked for different accommodation in the hotel (even paying the difference), the manager (who refused, leaving everything to the receptionist) told us that it was not possible. We left immediately without even staying one night. Fortunately, thanks to Booking.com and their EXCEPTIONAL ASSISTANCE (it was Christmas Day), we managed to book another excellent accommodation and obtain a full refund.

• cmnit (9/5): Living in Ushuaia bayview - New building in an excellent position in Ushuaia downtown, apartments are large and well equipped, the ones with a wonderful view on the bay are obviously better. Tip: add breakfast and you will enjoy the rooftop view at the Alto Andino Hotel. A bit on the expensive side but it's to be expected for Ushuaia city center during high season

We found the breakfast to be quite good with a decent selection of choices, which we appreciated during our stay. Just a heads-up: the apartment is close to a nightclub, so there is some ambient noise in the evening. However, it wasn't a major issue for us and we were still able to sleep easily

They offered luggage lock up when I arrived early so I could go explore the city without worrying about all my things It was a bit of a hike up and down the hilly sidewalk to get the key at the main office and then take my luggage to my room 1 block away. Some assistance or a more direct route through the back of the hotel would be great.

• TAL (10/5): - הגענו למלון דירות לסוויטה מהממת, מרווחת, עם נוף מהמם לנמל אושואויה. המיקום של מלון הדירות במרחק רחוב אחד מהרחוב הראשי סן מרטין, בערך 5 דקות הליכה. (זו עלייה) המיטה הייתה נוחה, במטבחון היה את כל הציוד לבישול, למרות שלא היינו צריכים. בחוץ היה ממש קר, אבל בחדר היה חימום מעולה. הכל היה נקי ומרוהט יפה מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר הוגשה במלון עצמו, וזו הייתה ארוחת הבוקר הכי טובה שאכלנו מזה 3 שבועות, היה הכל, לחמים, גבינות, נקניקים, ביצים, סלט פירות, עוגות, מיץ טרי, קפה ועוד ועוד, ממש נפלא וטעים. ביום שעזבנו, השארנו את המזוודות בשמירת חפצים במלון בזמן שטיילנו בעיר. אחר הצהריים חזרנו למלון, ישבנו שם ושתינו תה עם עוגה שהוגשה לנו. היה ממש שווה. הכל היה נפלא
• Roberta (10/5): - The apartment is very nice, clean and well furnished and the bed is so comfortable. We stayed at the 5th floor and we had such an amazing view from each part of the apartment. Everything was just perfect! The all staff is excellent, in particular I want to thank Angie from the reception: she has been so kind, she took care of us during all our stay ensuring everything was ok. We will for sure come back again to Departamentos La Vela. Muchas gracias por todo!
