• Monica (10/5): My son and I had a great time in Valencia - What I liked most was the location and how nice the apartment was. Since it’s right by Valencia City Hall, in the city center, you’ve got the best restaurants, malls and overall the best atmosphere in the city all around you. It’s also really close to Nord train station, and getting around by public transport is super easy if you want to go somewhere like Malvarrosa Beach or even to the airport. Also, the beds were really comfortable, and the building offers bike rentals, which was a lot of fun since I used them with my son.
• Brando (10/5): The charm of Valencia's city center - We loved the apartment's location, how beautiful and clean it was. We wished we could have stayed longer, as its central location meant there were so many things to do, (even we try the agua de valencia and the cheesecake! nice!) and we didn't get to try all the restaurants or shops. The nightlife is fantastic in this part of town. We hope to return soon, as it's a great place for a couple's getaway.

Położony w samym centrum, w odległości spaceru od najważniejszych obiektów. Do plaży daleko około godziny spaceru, dlatego proponuję rower, autobus albo taxi. W około mnóstwo świetnych restauracji i sklepów. Zdecydowanie polecam! My byłyśmy zadowolone, nic nie brakowało. Proces check in trochę trwa, bo trzeba wcześniej zainstalować specjalną App, ale później ułatwia to szybkie i bezproblemowe dostanie się do apartamentu. Niedaleko apartamentu znajdziecie wyśmienitą restaurację, gdzie jedliśmy śniadania - Honest Greens-Eat Real!

Die Lage ist es war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung, der aber anscheinend von Abflussrohren im Haus hervorgerufen wurde. Aber es war sehr unangenehm.
• Veronica (1/5): Our stay was severely impacted by nonstop nighttime mechanical noise, making the apartment unusable - Location is in the center and walking distance. The apartment did not match the advertised description, as severe nighttime mechanical noise made the bedrooms unusable and prevented my family from sleeping throughout the stay. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the property refused to refund, relocate us, or address the problem, leaving us without the service we paid for. Mattress is also super thin. Not comfortable at all about 10 inches thick. the property states it is soundproof that is false advertising, maintenance team to respond quickly is false advertising and unable to resolve all issues. Booking.com did not help and Property declined to resolve the issue at all. No matter how many ways we provided they could assist. They did not work at night therefore, cannot resolve an issue that cannot be identified as the noise only happens at night and did not care that we slept or not even when recording of the noise was provided. Maintenance team agreed that is a noise that you may not sleep through. But again they did not care. Even if they have four units they did not bother to move us to another unit, nor refund us to be able to obtain a different place to sleep.

• Nicola (8/5): Very good stay, we loved the city center, thanks to the perfect position we could visit a lot in a short stay. 15 minute - Very central position, comfortable and very good facilities The apartment was cold, 2 days to warm up, but we came in the coldest period of the year in Valencia… apartment was on the first floor and the light on the stairs of the building was broken, not host fault, but need to be fixed :)

Building access via app is quirky but not terrible. Great specialty coffee right below apartment, plenty of grocery stores including El Corte Ingles nearby. Apartment worked well for two families with small children. There was an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms, a sewage smell which went away but could be smelled later during our stay a bit. Hosts were responsive to offer to send someone to check it out. Kitchen is a bit awkward for use as the top elements are protuding too much. Apartment of this size should have a dishwashing machine, it would save everyone money and time. TV mount is unhinged, I would recommend hosts to fix that.

O ar condicionado praticamente não existia, ninguém informou o seu funcionamento. Ausência de cabides ou suportes para pendurar roupa, principalmente nos quartos onde faltava cobertores. Os dias estavam frios e chuveu. Faltava guardanapos na cozinha. As janelas na frente precisam de ser melhoradas.

The location was central to restaurants, shopping and the train station. This place needs a decent upgrade. There was a foul smell as we entered the apartment. I purchased air freshener to rid the odor there. For the size of this apartment, it, lacked packing space for our cloths and toiletries. The bedrooms lacked decent cupboard space, we asked for additional hangers only 3 was extra was provided. The balance of our cloths remained in our suitcases. The bathrooms did not have any vanity packing space.

• Patricia (3/5): Viel tegen - Centrale ligging. Er werd snel op e-mail gereageerd vanuit het hoofdkantoor van de accommodatie. Schimmelranden en kalkranden bij de badkamers, geen aflegruimte in de badkamers (geen kastje of plankje), wifi werkte niet of heel slecht. Bed stond niet stabiel, we hebben zelf 3 poten moeten vastdraaien (waarvan er 2 waren doorgedraaid). Nergens een haakje om kleding of een jas aan op te hangen: niet in de woonkamer, niet in de slaapkamer en niet in de badkamer. Slechts 2 handdoeken voor 5 dagen. Gezien de eerdere reviews zou je denken dat ze dit inmiddels hebben aangepast. We hadden zelf een extra handdoek meegenomen en hebben 2x een wasmachine laten lopen, maar ik vind het klantvriendelijker om standaard ervoor te zorgen dat er ruim voldoende handdoeken zijn voor het aantal dagen dat je er bent. Er was een mini flesje voor douchegel wat onvoldoende was voor 5 dagen, shampoo was niet aanwezig. Belangrijkste minpunt: de ramen in de slaapkamers zijn geblindeerd en kijken uit op een lelijke schacht met buizen en een airco en zit helemaal onder de vogelpoep (en dus ook op de ramen). Bij deze accommodatie was een gratis luchthaven transfer inbegrepen, maar dit is alleen voor de heenreis geregeld en niet voor de terugreis. Dat had Booking er wel even bij mogen vermelden want dat was helemaal niet duidelijk. Het is logisch dat je ervan uitgaat dat die transfer ook inbegrepen is voor de terugreis en als dat niet het geval is dan is het wel zo fijn als dat van tevoren duidelijk wordt gecommuniceerd. Taxi naar de luchthaven kost iets van 17 à 18 euro dus is te doen, maar het gaat ook hier weer om de klantvriendelijkheid. Als ik dit allemaal van tevoren had geweten had ik dit appartement zeker niet geboekt.

• Reed (2/5): Location is the only good thing about this property - The location was the only good thing about this apartment. Close to sights, subway stop, shopping, etc. When we reported an issue with the air conditioner, the staff responded quickly. However, they wouldn't have needed to come to the apartment if they had simply provided some simple written instructions. This is the most basic of accommodations, i.e. it has been cheaply refurbished and furnished. When it rained, the ceiling in one of the bedrooms leaked, and it was obvious that it had happened several times before. The ceiling looks like it might fall down. The walls have no insulation and there was a group of young men partying in the apartment next door the entire week we were there. We reported the problem and the staff said they warned them, but there was no improvement. There is a group of homeless men living on the steps of the business next door and the smell of urine is overwhelming everytime you enter or leave.
• Pablo (10/5): Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a perfect location - The perfect location, the amenities and how beautiful and comfortable it was. The only thing was that the air conditioning was not that cold especially in the rooms and we had to buy a fan to be able to sleep in the temperatures we are used to. The only other thing was that the pillows were very firm. For these reasons I would recommend the you have an extra fan in the apartment and a couple of softer pillows. Thanks for everything.

• Janet (8/5): Great location in this beautiful city - Clean and spacious. Had everything we needed included. In the city centre next to a main square. Most sights within walking distance plus many shops, restaurants and cafes. The city is beautiful. Great to have 2 bathrooms with 4 of us. The bedrooms are at the back so no traffic noise. The staff at the offices were very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage there as we arrived very early. No problems with the app to open the doors. Felt secure. Even with the air conditioning off, there was a constant mechanical noise heard in the bedroom all night. There was also an occasional louder mechanical noise. The air conditioning was OK for June but it wouldn’t be cool enough in high summer. More towels would be appreciated. There is no oven.

I think it was water pipes, air conditioning! it was extremely loud for a 30 seconds duration. it did not happen during the night. it was quiet in the evening as the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment.

Apartments were spacious and clean. Hot water didn't last very long. Considering 2 showers in each apartment that sleeps 6, we were groups of 5 and 4, and staggered shower times the hot water ran cold constantly within 2-3 mins. We called hosts who were to send maintenance person. They didn't arrive.

• Erin (7/5): The location is great and it great size for a group of 5 - The property is located in a great area close to everything There wasn’t anyone available at check in which was very confusing. We downloaded the app but expected someone to greet us or give us more details of what check in would be like on our own. The building was under construction so the entire building was covered and we were not aware of that. The entry and stairway had a weird smell. We had family stay in the same building and there’s was much more updated. Our couch was uncomfortable. It had no fluff to it when you sat down it was hard. Our families was a brand new couch from what it looked like. The bedroom pillows were very hard but the bed for the most part was comfortable. It was nice having a wash machine and 2 full bathrooms making it roomy enough for our group.

Central location was excellent for easy access to old Valencia and newer areas too One toilet had issues intermittently running water after flushing but wasn’t a huge issue. The kitchen amenities were ok but missing some basics like spatulas and dish towels. Had to use our bath towels to dry dishes. English instructions for the clothes washer would have been nice but we figured it out.

Auto mobile door entry, via a diwnloaded app was far too complicated and had no way to lock doors from the app. Outside door to the street was not always working. To be locked. We used the set of keys provided in the apartment instead.

• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - We really loved the location of this flat, in the old city center, close to restaurants and cafes, just a few minutes of walking from subways and bus stations and a lot of atractions. The flat is big and fully equipped, with a lot of natural light from the large windows in the living room. The communication with the hosts was efficient and they were really nice. The only inconvenient were the windows from the bedrooms, since they opened in an inside patio, which wasn't very clean or nice to look at. However, we opened the living room windows when needed and it was ok.

• Zara (10/5): Perfect location and an amazing stay! - The location!! It couldn't have been more central. Everything was a stone throw away. We were there during Las Fallas, and all the celebrations and fireworks were in the square only 3 mins walk away. There is a supermarket on 1 min walk that is huge! Plus the entire shopping and food street is the right next door. We also took the 3 day Suma T3 pass, but didn't even need to use it because everything was walking distance, except when we had to go to the beach. The apartment is spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (not attached to the rooms). We couldn't figure out the heating immediately but that was our own fault, we had to press/unlock the fan button to start the heating. There is also laundry space provided inside the apartment so we didn't have to go anywhere else. A set of keys is provided in case the wifi/internet is not working to open the doors. The lock system is great, feels extremely secure. All linens and extra duvets/blankets were provided so we were very warm. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and cutlery. The apartment was super clean and the bathrooms were spacious too as compared to other bathrooms in Spanish apartments. Amazing hot water!! There is less space in one of the bedrooms (the ones with single beds) making it difficult to even open the luggage. One of the bathrooms has a small shower entry, difficult for plus size people. The faucet to turn the rain shower on/off is after the water flow, making it difficult to turn it off without going through the hot water (the water is very hot!! Which is great in winters). We had to buy the dishwashing liquid, microfibers for kitchen shelves, kitchen paper etc. other cleaning supplies were provided. The app didn't work at times so we ensured that either we had the set of keys on us at all times or one person stayed back at the apartment. Also, we couldn't open the sofa bed, but since there were 6 bed spaces, we didn't really need the sofa bed. But nothing so big to be a negative!
