Personal en el front desk, la persona del check in estuvo bien, pero la persona que me hizo el check out fue la misma a quien tuve que preguntar algunas cosas y no fue de ayuda, fue descortés y no le podía importar menos ayudarme o siquiera tratarme de forma cordial o amable, además se me hizo un cargo por desayunos que no tomé y lidiar con eso ha sido un dolor de cabeza, la atención por teléfono fue terrible y además me pusieron en hold de una forma grosera y por más de 15 minutos en la línea.

• Ouellette (7/5): Pretty good option for the area. - The location was perfect. The breakfast buffet was very good, zero complaints. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. When I say spacious, I mean like it was a little apartment. Walking distance to the parks. Heated pool. Friendly and helpful staff. The in room coffee maker didnt work. The microwave was missing a foot so it wobbled. The bathroom door didnt have a latch so it wouldnt lock. The room seemed hastily constructed. We waited 30 min past check in time before our room was ready, and there was still hair in the shower which was gross. Staff was very helpful and made it right. Given the other options in the area, I would stay here again.

• Jessica (7/5): Would stay again - The close proximity to the Falls was great. We loved that it was a short walk there. The facility was clean and seemed well taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable, I really liked that the room had a couch, so that we didn't have to eat and watch tv from our beds. All of the staff that I had to speak with were helpful and friendly. The pool was a nice size, and it was clean when we went. The staff did tell us that it was heated, but I don't believe that it is. The room was nice and warm, however the water itself was cold, not that my 9yo minded. Unfortunately there is no parking lot at the hotel, you have to pay additional to park (a discounted rate for hotel guests at least) in a really crappy run down parking garage. We were nervous that our large SUV wouldn't fit, it did but not by much, so if you have a taller SUV or taller pick-up truck, you will not fit in this parking garage. The breakfast that we paid additional for, wasn't that great. What was there was fine, but there wasn't that great of a selection. My daughter barely ate anything for the money that was paid. Also, there are not enough seats in their "dining room" for everyone during breakfast. Our stay was at the very beginning of April, so the "off season" and there was hardly enough seats when we went down for breakfast. I can't even imagine what it would be like during busy season.

• Pama (4/5): Carbon Monoxide Poisoning. - Location They were running the emergency generator and was leaking exhaust fumes into the pool area. Was getting dizzy and lightheaded. Called the staff and they called Maintenance in which they dismissed my claim saying it's scheduled. I told them about the hazard of carbon monoxide poisoning and the manger on duty said "Noone ever complained before" We never used the pool area again and will not stay in the future. Plus there was only one microwave in the whole building we can use. Why not in our rooms?

• byront556 (10/5): Awesome staff, Location and value - The staff is tremendous, and it starts with the management, Christine, and the rest of the staff. Location is the best, just blocks from the falls and the border to Canada. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The value was excellent, and this is why I continue to stay here: the staff, the value, the location, and the warm welcome that always comes with it. As for outside the culinary school, which is an awesome place to visit and eat. Just a block away. Truly enjoy thee stay and the area.
• SilviaSands (8/5): Good Stay, Great Staff, Great Location - I had a good stay overall at Hyatt Place Niagara Falls. The location was great, and the hotel worked well for what I needed. Breakfast was decent. The best part of my stay was the staff. Everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. The breakfast staff were also very kind and helpful, and the front desk team was great. I also appreciated them reminding me about the free waters each day as a Hyatt member. My only issue was with housekeeping. I had confirmed that I wanted service, but no one came to either of the two rooms I booked. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they apologized and offered to make up for it. Other than that, I had a positive experience. The friendly staff and great location were the highlights.

Told the receptionist and we were told maintenance would fix it but no maintenance showed up.

There were many families with children in the hotel but I did not hear them - nice and quiet. Cannot beat the location for access to Niagara Falls State Park - a two minute walk. Great value - I would stay here again. Parking rate at the city parking garage across the street is reasonable with hotel stay; the garage stairwell and elevators were damp, isolated and a little creepy if you're alone. Breakfast seating area is nice; the food was ok.
