- Monika (9/5): Krásný výhled, centrální poloha a přesto klid - lokalita a výhled z apartmánu klid i přes centrální polohu možnost topení (i v květnu mohou být noci chladné) komunikace s provozovatelem wi-fi - velmi nestabilní a často pomalá překvapilo nás, že nebylo k dispozici mýdlo (jinak bylo k dispozici vše - prostředek na nádobí a úklid, kapsle do kávovaru atd.)

- Lenka (10/5): Útulný apartmán přímo na kolonádě. - Ideální poloha na kolonádě. Ubytování prostorné, stylové, čisté. Personál byl velmi nápomocný. Naprostá spokojenost. Byli sme i s pejskem, žádný problém, kousek nad apartmánem je les k venčení! Drobnosti, chyběl mi sprchový gel ve sprše.

- Mario (9/5): Alles in allem, ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in super Lage, werden jederzeit gern wieder hier her kommen und gern wied - Super Lage , an sich sehr schöne Ferienwohnung , alles da was man so braucht 👍🏻 An sich sehr zu empfehlen 👍🏻 Heizungen müssten dringend entlüftet werden ! Ein Fenster im „Turm, Schlafzimmer“ ließ sich nicht öffnen, Knauf war leider defekt. Bettwäsche war auf jeden Fall frisch gewaschen, hatte aber auf dem Laken leider einen Blutfleck …

- Alexandra (10/5): - Lokalita apartmánu ju perfektná. Máte blízko všetko čo v KV treba vidieť. Veľkou výhodou je parkovanie, ktoré si viete dohodnúť za poplatok 15€/1noc pobytu a je hneď pred ubytovaním. Apartmán je čistý, funkčný, výhodou je aj výťah v budove. Ďakujeme

- Daria (10/5): Для нас было не очень удобно пользоваться твёрдым мылом, жидкое мыло было бы лучше :) - • Отличное расположение в самом центре: магазины, рестораны, кафе и источники в шаговой доступности. • Очень гостеприимные хозяева: встретили, помогли с чемоданами, подсказали с парковкой (не успела заранее забронировать место). На все вопросы быстро реагировали, просьбы выполнялись оперативно. • Хорошая шумоизоляция — тихо как со стороны улицы, так и от соседей. • Идеально подходит для проживания с семьёй. • Просторные и комфортные апартаменты: удобные кровати, комфортный диван, плотные шторы, хорошо защищающие от дневного света. Такого нет

- Markéta (9/5): - poloha, pohodlí, výhled, dostupnost V apartmánu nebyly ani utěrky ani houbička na umytí nádobí. Vzhledem k tomu, že v kuchyňce není myčka, je to trochu problém. Pokud cestuje více osob, tak je potřeba odmývat nádobí.
- Sergeeva (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft mit Parkplatz - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Wir haben bei der Buchung uns gleich ein Parkplatz reserviert, das auch im Preis inklusive war, sodass das Auto stand sicher in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vom Parkplatz Zum Hotel wurden wir vom netten Herrn vom Hotel gebracht, er hat uns mit den Koffern geholfen( wir waren 3 Frauen). Wir hatten ein Appartement mit Balkon, wo man auch Kaffee trinken und rauchen konnte ( was ich persönlich sehr gut fand, da es meistens in Hotels bzw. Appartements auf den Balkonen in Karlsbader Zentrum nicht erlaubt ist). Das Gebäude verfügt über ein Fahrstuhl und auch ein Waschraum ( haben wir nicht genutzt). In der Küche ( Küchenzeile) sind alle nötigen Küchenutensilien und Geschirr vorhanden, sowie ausreichende Handtücher im Badezimmer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

- Matthias (10/5): Eine Woche Karlsbad, Therme und gute böhmische Küche. Schön zum Shoppen, wer will. Loving it. - Das Appartment ist sehr angenehm gestaltet, schön möbliert und absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Wir verbrachten 7 Nächte dort und hätten durchaus länger bleiben können. Super, die unkomplizierte und ausgesprochen positive Kommunikation mit dem Team von Appartments Jamp. Wer mit dem Auto anreist kann einen Parkplatz zubuchen, falls verfügbar, ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Appartment. Rund um und ohne Einschränkung empfehlen wir dieses Appartment für einen Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Karlsbad. Wir danken für alles und kommen bald und sehr gerne wieder!

- faina (8/5): - расположение прекрасное, центр, квартира просторная, чистая, есть все необходимое по вечерам во дворе дома в ресторане "у Швейка" громко поет певец - на любителя. Нигде в КВ ничего подобного нет. Нет кондиционера, когда 2 дня было 33-34 градуса, это было тяжело, лифт на нашем этаже не работал, пришлось нести тяжелые чемоданы с другого этажа.
- Ingo (7/5): Im Großen und Ganzen gehen wir das nächste Mal lieber wieder ins Hotel. Denn das ist günstiger! - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Leider hat man das Problem an der zentralen Lage wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Denn dann bekommt man nur einen Parkplatz, der 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Außerdem ist dieser kostenpflichtig und man kann ab 500 Kronen nur in bar bezahlen. Das wurde zum großen Problem, denn die unfreundlichen Servicemitarbeiter am Telefon sprechen nur tschechisch oder russisch. Des Weiteren reisten wir 20 Minuten nach 20 Uhr und hatten einen Mini Hund dabei. Für beides, die Anreise nach 20 Uhr und den Minihund mussten wir nachzahlen. Auch ein Frühstück war am Morgen in der Gegend schwer zu organisieren. Und natürlich auf Grund der zentralen Lage sehr teuer.

- Zdeněk (9/5): Za mě super ubytování a ještě víc super draho na promenádě - Lokalita a velikost apartmánu Asi jen parkování v místě není možné, pan domácí vás odveze k promenádě a asi cca 200 metrů pěšky k apartmánu s kufry, s tím je třeba počítat . Pan majitel ale velmi ochotně pomůže

Facilities is so clean and convinient for both short and long stay with a lot of good local restaurants around. Staff are so helpful and supportive during parking and check-in/out process. Nothing

- Michaela (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung - Die Lage ist einfach top, unser Apartment war groß, hell, super schick und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und alles was man brauchte war da. Also wir waren wirklich rundum begeistert. Absolut empfehlenswert!
- Anja (8/5): - Die wunderbar zentrale Lage mit Ausblick vom Balkon. Saubere Wohnung mit allen Dingen für einen Kurzurlaub. Den Parkplatz unbedingt vorher anmelden, ansonsten den angebotenen Fahrservice vom sehr guten Parkhaus zur Unterkunft annehmen.

- Vojsko (5/5): Krásná lokalita, prostorné ubytování, bohužel má své nejlepší "již za sebou", škoda. - Příjemná a klidná lokalita, pomoc od majitelů/odpovědných osob s odvozem kufrů z parkingu a předání pokoje, vše na jedničku. Pokoje prostorné, vybavení příjemné. Sama budova ubytování a chodba nádherná architektonicky. Pokoje už mají "dost za sebou", stěny jsou ušpiněné, polštáře zcupované, mezi okny dost pavučin no a na závěr - v obou obytných pokojích nepříjemný odór, něco jako myšina. Škoda.
- Lara (8/5): - The gentleman who picked us up (Niki) was fabulous. Communication was quite good. The laundry was not great but it did the trick. The room was not what I had expected with the little window seating area. I appreciated the ride from the train station so much. Thank you.
- Dee (9/5): Clean and comfortable apartment, located centrally and perfect for all amenities! - The location was spectacular! We went to watch the World Triathlon Series Championship and the view was perfect! The apartment was nice and central, and local to all amenities including some great bars and restaurants! The apartment's furnishings are getting a little tired. There was a broken window latch and curtain hook. The tables had little scratches. But most of it was perfect. Cleanliness was the most important to us - and the apartment was spotless!

- Adéla (10/5): Vřele doporučujeme. Lokalita ubytování je naprosto užasná. - Ubytování je na skvělém místě v centru Karlových Varů. Je čisté, pohodlné postele. Vše dostupné. Majitel je milý, příjemný, vyšel nám ve všem vstříc, dovezl nás z hlavního nádraží přímo až na ubytování. Naprostá spokojenost. Není co vytknout.

- Michał (9/5): - doskonała lokalizacja, piękny widok, dobra obsługa akurat gdy przyjechaliśmy nie działała winda...4 pietro wielokrotnie pokonywane w 35 stopniach nie było fajne. Ale w dniu wyjazdu naprawiali :)

Мы обычно всегда пользуемся своим, но я отметила, что в апартаментах моющих средств нет вообще. Особой похвалы заслуживают подушки, очень удобные. Да, по сути все понравилось. Может только в субботу было немного шумно, так как внизу довольно популярный ресторан с живой музыкой. Но в одиннадцать было уже тихо На фото, вид из окна..
