The bathroom in our room could have used a little more disinfecting; there was mold in the shower. Sealing the shower door would be helpful to keep water from leaking onto the floor.

- halfr2026 (2/5): Don’t waste your money - This place is a dump. The carpet in the room had a lot of stains and was frayed. The furniture was worn out, and the windows haven’t been washed in years. The sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain as well. Not up to Hilton standard.

- 986travisa (6/5): Stay Away Because of Valet - The hotel itself is nice and the hotel staff were all really good. The lobby and room were clean. The valet situation makes me never want to stay there again. The valet workers were aggressively over eager. When checking in, I didn’t even know it was valet, I just pulled into the parking lot attached to the hotel. When I entered, the valet attendant met me, told me I had to use valet parking, and hovered right next to me while I was trying to check in. When he told me I had to valet, I told him “No problem, just let me get checked in”. When I came back at the end of a long second day of work, I tried to use valet, but the line was long and the road was already mostly blocked. I pulled around to park, and one of the valet team was parking a different vehicle. He proceeded to honk at me continuously like a deranged lunatic. He Chased me around the lot honking like crazy. I get out, yell to him that I already have a valet ticket and just need to park without waiting forever and blocking the road. He angrily yells at me telling me I HAVE to wait in line and that I NEED to wait for the valet. At that point, I decided I won’t be coming back and really just wanted leave, but figured I only had one more night.

- 213jpj (10/5): Super clean and well run spot. - Rodriquez with valet kicked ass and was super polite. Give that man a raise. On the ball, for real. I mean it, he was there in the night and the morning. Idk how long his shifts are but the man is a car parking machine.
- jordyn_ki (8/5): Easy, pleasant and friendly! - Clean! Easy to get to, valet experience with Rodriguez was lovely. He remembered us, was friendly, helped with bags and was nice to our dogs.

- Calvin (8/5): - Hotel is very nice and rooms and bathroom are spacious for a new hotel. Only downfall is the required valet service. Sometimes they are readily available others you have to search for help. You can tell it’s a reoccurring theme by the reactions from the front desk.

- Svetlana (6/5): Would love to love it but - Super clean brand new building Parking valet only , 27$. Downtown. The computer system was down I guess so all our cards kept getting declined. Front Desk person checking us in had a bit attitude,especially with declined cards. However next family checking after us had the same problem. Also downtown location has its moments. Overall eould not spend over 100$ for this again

- lauriw113 (10/5): Dames of the Court of Honor Convention - The hotel staff is wonderful and very accommodating for a large group that I am with. Food is very good and large meeting room was nice.
