Guest Reviews
- Tanner (10/5): - The cabin was super cute & the river was so beautiful. The best sleep I’ve had. However. Upon arriving I noticed a ton of dog hair in bedroom/bathroom. I also noticed a couple spots where the floor was super super sticky. Other than that, the stay was amazing.
- Michael (10/5): - Very quiet and hidden, but still very close to groceries and stores. Wenatchee river is so beautiful running behind the cabins.
- Cassandra (10/5): - Adorable clean cabin with a deck that overlooks the river. The owners communicate through text (but you can call if needed). They made check-in and out a breeze.
- Amarjit (2/5): - Location is so good, but they don’t have coffee cup or glass to drink water
- Aliona (10/5): - Amazing location and with great view.
- Pavel (10/5): - Beautiful property, comfy cabin, had all of the things my wife and I wanted for our stay. Our property manager, Yvonne, was awesome! She made sure my wife and I were very well taken care of and was easy to get ahold of for any questions we may have. Overall experience was great! Would definitely recommend the location to anyone looking for a winter/summer getaway.
- Cindy (6/5): - The beds were rock hard and the pillows offered no support, even tried using two pillows. Very disappointing for the price. Everything was good.
- Jonilo (10/5): - 10/10 would recommend
- Terry (10/5): - .
- Ethel (10/5): Best Riverside cabin - It was an amazing location by the river and was beautiful.
- Alejandro (10/5): - Great place, recommendation to the property owners to add lights on the ramp down to loge riverside.
- Julie (10/5): Raodtripping - Thanks to Richard and the whole staff we had a great stay. The house was perfect, extremely clean and quiet.
- lindsey (10/5): - We stayed in the boulder bend cabin with two rooms and one bathroom while out in Leavenworth for a couple days of hiking. It was exactly what I was hoping for. It’s right outside of the main drag, so very convenient, but also quiet. The cabin had a great deck to watch the sunset from and hang out. The beds were comfy as well. Would definitely come back next time we’re in town.
- Nicholas (8/5): - Nice. We will be back if the prices go down for the off season.
- Corrie (8/5): - There is no staff onsite other than the housekeeper whom does an amazing job. This is a great re-union gathering too. CCH Rentals was setting up for a small gathering and doing a great job. Walking distance to town, we love to walk.. about .8 miles. View is beautiful out your back deck. Clean and simple with thoughtful touches.
- AIAV (10/5): - Amazing time with stellar views and close to everything. Thanks so much!
- marcia (8/5): - No coffee
- tara (8/5): - Love the individual cabins by the river. The deck overlooks the river & there is a path to the water.
Staff was quick to respond to questions & requests.
Property would benefit from access to ice on site & hooks in the bathroom.
- Elise (6/5): - No smores basket like last time and room was incredibly bare. Last experience a couple years ago was so much nicer. Also and importantly no coffee?????? How does one survive???
- Meghan (6/5): - The cabins are nice and cozy and are right on the river. The back deck is peaceful and shaded due to the large trees and it was nice and quiet.
There were a couple of things that I did not like. The road getting to it has a lot of potholes, the ceiling fan remote had no battery in it, and there were no coffee mugs. We called the number that they gave us and no one answered so we texted the number that gave us the code and instructions but no one ever responded.
- Courtney (8/5): So good - Location was so pretty, the cabin was super cute and the hammocks were so great. The only flaw was the mattress was a little bowed in the middle. Other than that it was a fantastic stay!
- Angelina (8/5): Cute and quiet - Really cute cabin in the woods above the river. Bed was comfy. The only negative was the water pressure in the shower. Very light water pressure.
- Todd (10/5): - It is very quiet and relaxing
- Rosemary (8/5): Nice but needs a couple tweaks. - Pros- Great location. Sweet cabins. Great pillows. Free bikes, paddle boards, clean, deck overlooks river, great staff, free swag. Wireless phone chargers on lamps.
Cons- NO COFFEE MAKER! Only two towels for showering for two people. No paper towels so we had to use one of the two hand towels for the kitchen, bed was “meh”. Could not get the TV to work but did not try that hard. We booked a cabin with the idea to be able to make a meal. No can do. Light switch outside the bathroom door assures you blind your partner in the bed every time you get up to pee.
- Rachel (10/5): - Would love to stay there again!
- Matthew (10/5): - Easy check-in, nice property.
- Emily (8/5): - Very cute and comfortable cabin right along the river. The patio overlooking the water was beautiful and very quiet.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Cute cottage directly on the Wenatchee River. Everything great except for a queen mattress with a large soft spot in the middle.
- Megan (8/5): - The cabin was so lovely and really clean and well-maintained. The area was such a cool escape from the heat being down by the river. We loved staying here while we were in Leavenworth! The only issue we had was that our check-in was really stressful and frustrating. We never received the message with our cabin number and door code, and being from out of country and on a road trip, we were relying on bits of wifi when we were in certain restaurants or stores… this meant that we arrived at the property with no way of checking in. We waited for an hour and tried calling the contact number multiple times, but it wasn’t going through with our international number and we never saw any employees while we were waiting at the property. We ended up having to go to Safeway to get wifi and sent a message through a request form on the LOGE website (to which we then got an email with our check in information). In the end, we were not able to check into our cabin for an hour and a half once we were at the property. Once we got into our cabin, everything was lovely, but this check in experience did leave a sour taste in our mouths and was very frustrating. This system does not seem well set-up for people who are not from the States. Hopefully this is something that will be improved in the future!
- Ada (10/5): - Lovely location right on the river. Peaceful and tranquil.
- Inna (8/5): - Great little cabins on the river. It's about 15 min walk across the bridge to Downtown Leavenworth. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again for sure. The only things I would love to have in the cabin are a coffee maker (to make morning coffee and sit on the porch to watch the river), and a few cups and utensils. Otherwise, it was comfy, cozy and clean.
- Rajasana (10/5): - It’s so convenient to get to downtown from there.
- Nicholas (10/5): - Loved it.
- Stephen (10/5): - Tranquil and beautiful. I love listening to the river as we're falling asleep. The management has been friendly and super responsive to any questions. We've stayed here twice now and will definitely return.
- Joshua (10/5): - We loved this property and wish we had more days there. The cabins were a 10 minute walk to downtown. The cabin was affordable and had a great view of the river right off the balcony. We enjoyed how personable the staff was and responded right away via text when we needed to reach them. We recommend staying at this property and will be back again.
- Daniel (10/5): - Better then expected, very nice cabin and onsite amenities. Will bring friends next go bbq and enjoy the river. Short walk to main Leavenworth area.
- Angel (8/5): - Expedia made the check-in complicated. I booked 2 rooms and left both my husband’s name and mine but just my email for the reservation. The system couldn’t send check in info for both rooms to me. I didn’t know that until later I was able to talk to the hotel staff on phone. So when I arrived, I only got one email and very confused. I messaged Expedia but no response. This property actually has no front desk. And I had no phone service in US. Luckily, Guille the staff who was tidying up the common area helped me. She made few calls for me and let me used her cell to talk to the front desk in downtown. It took long to solve the issue and I was glad that Guille was figuring out with me the whole time.
- DAVID J (8/5): - The bed was a single mattress, very thin and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was freezing cold. But the place was pretty good other than that.
- Blair (10/5): - Great location. Easy walk to downtown. Friendly staff. Would stay again
- Zhonghua (10/5): - Staff was super friendly and helpful!
- Verified traveler (8/5): OK, nice location, a bit overpriced for what it is - It was OK. Really awesome location, you can hear the river running from your room! Great sounds to go to sleep to. And, it was tucked back off the main strip so you feel a bit secluded even though you're right by the main highway.
The sheets were stained on the bed, and the bed base was some wood, and plywood. The plywood was kind of broken. The water heater was boxed in with wood, which was an OK idea, but all the dirt and dust and everything piles up back there, and so obviously, so do spiders. So, it'd be a better idea to just leave it exposed and clean the area regularly. The bathroom and shower were nice. You get a electric kettle to make tea or instant coffee, and the sink was nice. But, the way they installed the shelving and related wood seems like it's hard to clean all the nooks and crannies.
As you imagine, it's rough around the edges, which is OK at the right price, but I'd say we paid too much for what we got. I'd return at a lower price unless I found a nicer place at the same price.
- Theresa (10/5): - Great spot off the beaten path with privacy and outdoor space. Nice change from the hotel rooms in the village. Loved spending time on the private deck with the view and ambience of the river. It's also convenient that they have virtual check in and another location in the village if you have any issues you can go to their front desk. Would definitely stay again!
- Sherri (10/5): - The mini cabins are right on the river. Picturesque. Just what we wanted. A short walk to food and drinks. Hammock, fire pit, privacy.
- Joshua (10/5): - Always satisfying and relaxing! We have been to this property many times and enjoy it every time.
- Megan (10/5): Riverside Peace and Quiet - This place is so charming and relaxing. You’re right over the river. Easy check in!
- Jennifer (10/5): - We LOVED the LOGE! This was the most relaxing location and cabin! Sipping coffee while sitting on the chairs by the river, was the icing on the cake!
- Briana (10/5): - Excellent place to stay if you like clean and simple. Easy walk into town and love how even though the cabins are close to each other, there is still a secluded feeling to it. Our only complaint would be the shower doesn't have much pressure, the water gets all over the bathroom floor, and the hot water ran out really fast. Otherwise, it was an amazing place to stay!
- George (10/5): - Awesome spot.
- Jeffrey (4/5): - The cabin heater was not working and they were clearly aware of it not working so they provided a small space heater to warm the cabin. The small space heater that was provided for the cabin did not work and the property people had to bring us another small space heater to warm the cabin.
- Shian (8/5): - Overall good quality, I will be back again:)
- Ashley (10/5): - Great clean place!
- April (10/5): Great Location and Cool Cabins! - I loved staying at Loge riverside. And if I ever come back to the area, I’d consider Loge again. It was close to everything and the proximity to the Safeway was awesome.
I stayed in this location so I didn’t have to share a shower with other guests. The cabins are right on the river and have great views. I am sure they are awesome in the summer. They seem to be newly renovated and modern. I love that these are rehabbed older cabins. At least that’s what they seemed to be.
The cabin I stayed in was lovely but had a few issues. The wall heater’s dial was missing and it was hard to get the heat right because of it. Everyone else’s deck had been cleared of snow except for the cabin I was in. So I was unable to use it. Which was a bummer. Most of the cabin was lovely, but there were scratches all over the bedroom door. It looked like it may have been from a dog who was placed inside the bedroom while the owners were out.
These are not dealbreakers in the least. But everything above besides the scratches on the door would have made it a better stay.
- Lybia (2/5): - This is my second time staying at this property. Once was last year in June/July time frame and the first time around, I loved it. So, I decided to book it again for a weekend getaway.
Unfortunately, my second time wasn’t as great as the first time.
I requested an early check-in around 2PM, which they approved and agreed on. When I went to check in at 2PM after driving hours, my code wouldn’t work so I contacted the property.
They lack in communications. When I contacted them saying my code wouldn’t work, no one responded, at all. I contacted them again and they said they were working on fixing the issue but that it was extra for “early check-in.” Which wasn’t discussed prior.
Mind you, at this point, it was 3PM.
I screenshotted my messages and sent them the picture of the prior conversation stating it was approved of early check-in around 9AM and they immediately started blaming other staff members saying that no one communicated with them and that they would allow early check in for free now.
At 3:30PM. Check-in time is at 4.
So at that point, it wasn’t even necessary.
When we checked in, there were dirt/wet snow on the ground. The sink had stains. Trash in the trash can in the bathroom… and our towels were dirty.
We ended up staying with our other friends in their Airbnb near Wenatchee and just driving into town.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was pretty easy experience. The host will text you your room code an hour or two before your check in time. If you have any questions they text you a number to speak with your host. The little cabins were spacious for 2 people. Nice view of the river from the back door. Cabins are off the road a bit, makes it quiet. Only thing was initially finding the turn in to the hotel. The road sign was not lit up and by 4-430pm, during the winter, it gets dark outside.
- charles (10/5): Clean simple getaway - The cabin was super clean, and simple to check in. All of it was automated. I needed quiet solitude, and this checked that box.
While it has a sink and a microwave, there are no plates, utensils or anything else to encourage you to dine in your room, so bring your own stuff. There are paper cups and a water kettle.
I'd stay here again when I need to be away from people. The cabin looks directly down on the river, which is particularly sweet.
- Katrina (10/5): - A quaint little space with amazing views. All of the amenities were there for a perfect last minute stay. We loved it.
- Ruben (10/5): - Just a quaint and quiet place.
- Brooke (10/5): - Reserved a room at 1:15 pm and had our room code by 4:15 pm to check in. Cute little cabin on the river with a great view.
- Leo (10/5): - I’m almost afraid to tell anyone about this treasure! What an amazing place for the price. I will definitely return and book this very cabin if I’m able with family and/or friends! Wonderful location, facilities and amenities! Nature all around in all its splendor! Loved it!
- Jeff (10/5): - The place is next to a river
- Esder (10/5): - All facilities were clean and I liked it. So much so that I want to visit again...
- Lori (8/5): Adorable cabin right on the river - This was an adorable little cabin set up. Perfect for the two of us. The space had everything we needed, but it wasn’t “fancy”. The only sink is in the kitchen so if that’s a dealbreaker for you about how the room is laid out, just know ahead.
Really our only “complaint” was that we got lots of messages about evening s’mores and were looking forward to it. We were the only people at the campsite. So we walked around, looking for a host to show up or something. I finally called the customer service number at a few minutes after five and was told that they only do that at the downtown location. We headed over and they had s'mores kits we could use. So we got our s’mores after all.
All in all, a great little location right on the river. A short walk to town.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great cabin for a couple - Very clean and comfortable cabin. The right arrow on the tv remote in cabin 2 only worked sometimes but other than that it was a great experience.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Better off literally camping - The cabin was freezing on just a typically chilly late fall day, even with the heater on, which didn’t work very well. There was also no hot water, and when I called to get it fixed I had to go through a call center who told me someone would call me back. I had to call back again an hour later and they put me through to Alex on site, who was very rude and dismissive and told me there was nothing that could be done. I had to check out without a shower. This was my second time staying here (had issues the first time too but wanted to give them another chance) but never again. I have never stayed somewhere that was so unconcerned about significant issues.
- Karen (10/5): - Great private cabin with a river view, close drive to beautiful places. Easy check-in by phone, free parking in downtown Leavenworth. The TV was a bit of a mystery, but why watch TV when you can go outside!
- Veronica (4/5): - Although they look cute, we found these tiny "cabins" to be very quickly and poorly constructed and uncomfortable. It's fine as a "basecamp" for your outdoor adventures, but it's not comfortable and absolutely not worth the $400 per night that they are charging.
The cons: mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, the kettle leaked, and floors were uneven (making it tough for folks needing accessible housing). The pros: We enjoyed the small patio with the river view, great location, and the mugs & coffee they provided. Overall: If the cost was more reasonable, we would have known what to expect and enjoyed our stay. Just not worth the cost.
- M (8/5): Very recommended. - Very cozy room. Despite being by the side of the river, there was absolutely no noise inside the room. Spacious and clean room, with some perks for skiers (boot warmer/drier; ski holders). The only downside is that my room had a vape inside the hairdryer bag, which makes me question if the cleaning looks into the details and the room is really smoke-free. Other than that, the team is very helpful and responsive for every questions/needs by text. I had a great time the weekend I spent there.
- jessie (8/5): - We really enjoyed being walking distance to downtown Leavenworth.
- Ethan (10/5): - The riverside cabins are super nice a cozy! My wife and I really enjoyed hiw quiet it was at night.
- Teresa (6/5): - It was a very cute place to stay, River was pretty too. I know you’re geared towards a younger demographic but we would have appreciated some Kleenex, paper towels, water that got hot & a tv that worked properly. Also, your driveway was very hard to locate-needs better signage.
- D Clyde (10/5): - We were here celebrating a 49th anniversary. Would not have changed a thing. Loved overlooking the emerald waters of the Wenatchee River. More accessible to downtown Leavenworth, even than anticipated. Would definitely recommend.
- Maggi (8/5): Cabin on the creek - The cabin along the river is a lovely place to stay. Small but enough room and comfortable. I’d recommend it.
- Jacob (10/5): - Super quiet area by the river. Loved the property. Staff at the end reminded us that some things inside were free. Super comfy bed beautiful views. Amazing shower and bathroom. Super cozy.
- Sandi (6/5): Beautiful view - TV reception was spotty. The signal kept refreshing every few minutes. Water took a long time to warm up, and never really got hot for a decent shower. The cabin itself was cute, and the river view was awesome.
- Claire (10/5): - Loved the river
- Gavin (10/5): - Great place to stay near a peaceful river. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The town was walking distance so very convenient. Thumbs up!!
- Lesa (8/5): - Didn’t like being close to the hiway, liked the back deck on the creek and the layout of the cabin. The bed was awful - way too soft for two people
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Beautiful property! Would stay again!
- Justin (6/5): - Close to town
- Shiori (10/5): - It's a cute cabin located near downtown Leavenworth. First time staying at LOGE Leavenworth Riverside and we enjoyed it! Will be back for sure!
- Ovie (6/5): - The staff is amazing!! The location and views equally amazing. I would have given 5 stars on everything, but the bed bad! It slumped in the middle. And while not a huge deal, the cornhole boards were falling apart.
Other than that we loved it!
- Darlene (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay in the cute little cabin by the river. The deck was nice for relaxing and watching the river and wildlife. It was clean and quiet. The bbq was convenient for cooking up the fish we caught at fish lake. However, the bbq was dirty and I had to clean it and the utensils before using it. Bring your own coffee maker!
- Lacey (10/5): - Gorgeous property and the staff is very accessible.
- Rachel (8/5): - The river view from the back balcony was beautiful! The decoration and amenities for this cute cabin were terrific! It is a short hike to downtown Leavenworth, or a super quick drive across the bridge. Loved it!
- Franklin T (2/5): - Disappointed with the unit, realizing a festival weekend but $300 plus dollars a night for what looks like a remodeled orchard dwelling! Surprised Expedia would be affiliated with a sub par property.
- Jennifer (10/5): - Great stay awesome property!
- Kathleen (8/5): - Private, cozy
- Tia (8/5): - It is a very relaxing little resort! Very close to Leavenworth. Enjoyed our one with stay!!!!
- Chad (6/5): - Great location right on the river, nice little cabins with decent amenities. However, the cleanliness was not there for us, we found other peoples hair in the shower and in the bed, and I don't know how often they mop the floor, but it's not enough, barefoot or white socks will show you why in just a few minutes...
- Bonnie (10/5): - Right on the river, beautiful view, sound of water at night. Firepit nearby. Plenty of parking. What didn't like, seemed people would park in space that should be for cabin, not sure why. Should reserve the space next to cabin for that. Staff was excellent.
- Kathleen (10/5): - We loved our stay here beside the Wenatchee river. The cabins are very comfortable and super clean. We traveled with 2 small dogs and it was perfect. If you’re expecting high-end luxury, this may not be for you. But if you want no-frills cozy, clean, updated, and relaxing, this place is perfect!
- Joseph (10/5): - We rented cabin 9 the Boulder bend cabin and it was fantastic. The cabin used to be a community center for the other 8 cabins but they turned it into it's own rentable area. Very modern cabin with a nice deck, private patio for fires, and a hidden path to the river. Fully loaded with all the needed cooking utensils and dishes and spices, but notably had no salt shaker or oil spray. The floors were hardwood or linoleum, they didn't look dirty but the bottoms of our feet were black after an hour or so. Very nice shower and bedrooms, although the beds were more firm than what we're used to. If you're bringing a dog during your stay in Leavenworth, this is a fantastic choice. Cabins 1-8 were definitely smaller, so I'd call and ask for cabin 9 when booking. Probably more expensive but definitely worth it
- Kyle (8/5): - Nice, quiet and relaxing
- Brandy (10/5): - It was great i stay everytime
- Joseph (6/5): - Staff exceptional
Original booking was not as pictured on line
- Mikel (8/5): - Second time staying will stay again
- Jerah (8/5): - I liked that it was private. The room was lovely
- Sherry (8/5): - Disappointed with the road entering and exiting the property. Unsafe to walk. there was a staircase to avoid this but it was not cleared and of snow and ice either. Cabin itself was nice and the view of the river was nice.
- Emily (8/5): - The property was great and very accommodating. One thing we were lacking was a few things for the kitchen: paper towels, sponges.
Other than that, the place was clean and had solid amenities.
- Fallon (6/5): - Really cute little cabin. Perfect for two people max. We’re had cabin number 4.
The first problem we had was the code that was texted for us to get it. It was the right code but the message said we needed to press # after for the door to work. It specifically went on to say that the door would open unless # was pressed. So we tried like 50 times and it wouldn’t work. I called the number for help and the guy on the other end said a new code would be texted in 5 mins. A new code never came for our entire stay. I tried one more time and pressed the * key instead of the # and the door opened. That was the first problem.
The second problem came the next morning. It was 14 degrees out and my husband and I wanted to take hot showers. We ran the water for over 10 mins; I know not very eco friendly 😕. We never got any hot or warm water. So we couldn’t take showers. Overall we won’t be staying here again. To many missed opportunities on their part.
