- Harris (1/5): I will be trying another hotel - The breakfast was ok and the location was great for Universal there's also a shuttle to Universal and an in-house concierge for theme park tickets. First when we arrived the receptionist didn't acknowledge us we just stood there until he looked up, he didn't explain where anything was at only breakfast was at 7a. Once in the room we found there was NO TV service for the entire stay they claimed it was a network issue, the toilet didn't flush had to call for maintenance and I put in to have the room freshened up we left at 8:45 a came back at 4:30 p the room hadn't been touched towels and garbage still in the room. The maid showed up after 5 pm. I didn't go to the pool because there were signs to beware of snakes and alligators. Oh and the pillows on the bed were like marshmallows mushy and flat. Think I'll try somewhere else next time. Oh and we have an extra $33 charged I'm looking into also.

Parqueo gratis Eramos 3 adultos, uno tuvo que dormir en un sofa cama que siempre son super incomodos, no pudimos conseguir una habitacion con 2 camas como lo habiamos solicitado. Desayuno muy pobre y siempre igual. El gimnasio pobre tambien.

Public shuttle picks up guests from the hotel and brings back from Universal Studios. Decent breakfast is included. Nothing fancy, plastic cutlery, paper dishes, standard American options. Property looks a bit outdated, renovation is already requires. Some furniture was broken in our room.

We have traveled to Orlando approximately 10 times over the past few years. We have stayed at different hotels, trying to find the best value for our adventures to Universal and Islands of Adventure. This hotel exceeded our expectations - the price was extremely reasonable for all the hotel had to offer. Everything was clean, the breakfast was fresh and provided many choices, the staff was friendly, there was no additional parking fee, the room was a great size and the beds were comfortable. In addition, the hotel was very close to the parks and I felt very safe there. While we only stayed one night, this hotel would be great for a multi-night stay due to its well-stocked kitchen area and room layout. We will definitely be back! I don't know of anything.

La lavandería también muy buena y cerca. En el lobby venden cosas. Me costó llegar ya que habían otros hoteles con un nombre similar cerca y fui a los otros primero.

- Kellie (7/5): I definitely would consider staying again but would NOT expect to use the pullout as a bed. - Location was ideal for our Universal visits. Room size and layout were great. Breakfasts were excellent with a lot of variety each day. We had 4 adults and the pull out was awful (basically very old non existent mattress with no cushion what so ever). When I asked front desk if anything could be done, I was told no that they all were like this. The only other issue is when we had our housekeeping refresh days they did not supply a new roll of toilet paper when we had almost empty roll for each time so I had to ask front desk each time.

Le lieu est calme et le parking gratuit est grand et sécurisant. Le petit déjeuner inclus est copieux et relativement' les gaufres sont excellentes ! Le lit de la chambre est confortable et la salle de bain a une douche mieux que l'habituel baignoire des hôtels américains. La propreté des lieux. La laverie mais payante. Le canapé-lit n'était pas confortable converti en lit on ressentait bien les ressorts de celui-ci et en format canapé on s'y enfonçait un peu. La table de la cuisine non adéquate pour 3 personnes et la plaque de cuisson trop petite.

I stayed for two nights with family and was given the wrong room upon arrival and staff claimed that they would move me over to the correct room the next morning and refund me the night. The next morning came and I didn't hear anything and was already busy with vacation plans so I didn't get to inquire about an update until early that afternoon. The staff then stated that I was supposed to be contacted already and moved over and that they have no more available rooms for the night... The staff member then stated that I will be refunded for both nights and I just had to speak with the manager before I checked out at the desk. I was given a complimentary late checkout. The day of departure, the manager was in a conference and was unable to speak to me but staff assured me that I would be refunded. I have not been refunded yet or contacted by anyone from this hotel.

- CHUNJUI (10/5): - 早餐如果需要隨時可以跟櫃台購買 ,房間真的超大 裡面有一個簡單廚房有鍋具,洗碗精,菜瓜布等等都有 還有一個大客廳超讚,跟一張超大的桌子,還有一個梳妝台很大 ,飯店後方有游泳池 每天中午我們都會在那邊曬太陽 超讚,游泳池有門禁管制,感應房卡就可以進去了~ 櫃台人員很友善喔~~ 大廳也有提供免費的水跟咖啡 飯店也有免費的環球影城接駁車喔~~一天有4班 叫UBER也可以,離環球超近~ 浴室的乾濕分離區 ,沖澡區後段那邊沒有玻璃,水如果開太大容易水會噴出來要留意 不過整體給予極高的評價

- ilan (9/5): - מלון נוח מאוד חדרים גדולים מיקום מעולה למסעדות קניון וכמובן ליונברסל. חניה חינם במלון צוות מאוד אדיב ניתן לרכוש כרטיסים לפארקים. אין כספת בחדרים.
- HelenHtz (9/5): - Emplacement parfait pour visiter les parcs Universal avec navettes gratuites. Piscine très agréable, pas très grande mais lorsque nous sommes venus, sur 4 nuits, on y a jamais croisé personne. La chambre studio est très spacieuse, confortable et pratique pour préparer des repas le soir en rentrant sans devoir commander. Pas de point négatif !

- Holger (7/5): Große Zimmer in guter Lage mit viel Raum für Verbesserung beim Service - Großes Studio, gute Lage zu Universal Studios Hotel war erst beim 4ten Anfragen in der Lage Handtücher zu tauschen. Seit Corona ist das Reinigen der Zimmer sowieso eher Glücksache. Trotz Versprechen alle 2 Tage, passiert es meistens nur nach mehrfachem Anfragen.
- Luis (5/5): Consejo: Revisen / Renueven sus colchones - Ubicación. Personal atento. Colchones en mal estado. Usamos una habitación para 4 personas. Cama principal con un colchón muy estropeado. Sofá cama con un colchón con más resortes que tela.
