- Wendy (8/5): Great location, room was adequate, no airport shuttle service. - Property was well located, near the airport. Staff were friendly, check in was smooth and easy, and it was pleasant. The lobby is basic but did not detract from the quality of the stay. There was no airport shuttle service. Uber was $13 each way.

- Gabriel (5/5): Location is the only good thing - Location. Airport shuttle times are not respected, staff changes it without hesitation, just calling you notifying the time of shuttle arrival to hotel changed. Breakfast included is a waffle marchine and apples. AC unit had odors.

We didn’t use the shuttle because of time & stops to get to and fro - It was clean, interior colours were modern and fresh, king sized bed was clean and comfortable. Quiet and could block the light for sleeping after a late flight. Bathtub plug was non functional for running a bath. No Kleenex tissue, the shampoo was partially used and not sure about breakfast?

Perfect for a night before or after a flight. Comfy beds, good wifi. Another pillow each would have been great. Breakfast very basic and coffee awful. Shuttle doesn't run late at night.

The free shuttle back to the airport was very useful and well appreciated. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The room felt dated and wasn't particularly well maintained. Things like fraying shower curtains, a fridge that wasn't switched on upon arrival, and a swelling wooden TV cabinet.

Also the guy gave me the worst room with a window facing the wall in a cornel full of chemicals and dead insects. And the lighting I’m the room was neon cool. Felt like a dentist office also no bed lamps.

- Marston (7/5): Reasonably-priced no-frills hotel near IAH but not a great airport shuttle - I needed a place to stay overnight after the ridiculously long wait time for TSA security checking at IAH caused me to miss my connecting flight, and so I was happy to find a good place to stay nearby at reasonable cost. It was clean and comfortable, and about as good as I expected. The (free) airport shuttle is used by at least 7 different hotels, and took about 90 minutes from when I ordered a ride on it until I got to this hotel. So as not to waste even more time I got an Uber (at USD25) the next morning instead. Also the air-conditioning in my room was a bit noisy, so I switched it off. Luckily the room temperature was moderate.

The room was large and clean, with both a bathtub and shower. The shuttle service saved me quite a lot of money which would otherwise have gone on taxis, and the hotel was already good value. The breakfast is a little basic, but I appreciated it being included in my stay. The area is not an attractive or interesting one, and it didn't seem possible to walk very far in any direction.

Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Plug in & light switch by bed. Good water pressure, soft towels too. Nice size fridge in room. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, bagels, pastry, coffee & juice. Great value! I wasn't sure about the hotel when we first drove up. But was pleasantly surprised at my room. There was some airport noise but that is to be expected

- Dyan Jay (1/5): - It is close to the airport. The front desk booked the shuttle for only one person despite the fact that three of us arrived together. We specifically chose this hotel because it offers a free shuttle.

- David (7/5): Adequate for a short layover hotel. - Good location The airport pickup was horrible! Van after van had no room. We had to take a ride share as did many many others people expecting to get a pick up from the airport to the hotel. The breakfast was also minimal and very poor quality
- Yadicel Yamileth (8/5): It was a comfortable, spacious, and convenient overnight stay near the airport with friendly staff, despite a minor issu - I liked that the property was very spacious and comfortable, conveniently located near the airport, and had friendly staff who went out of their way to make our early departure easier. I didn’t like that the water felt slippery even after rinsing, which was a bit uncomfortable and unusual.
