La cama aunque los baños están dentro de la habitación abierto el techo y sin ventilacion. 1 muy desagradable la persona que nos recibió. 2 nos cobraron un impuesto . 2 no nos ayudaron con las maletas el ascensor dañado. El desayuno regular . Y nos robaron justo en la esquina del hotel

Las habitaciones más económicas son muy chiquitas.

Notre chambre etait un petit peu petite. Il manquerait de quoi poser les valises si vous avez 2 valises (ou deux gros sacs à dos). Il manquerait également une chaise. La penderie était petite pour deux personnes.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful. There is hot water in the shower (for those that don't know not every hotel/apartment in Cartagena has hot water)

Snídaně je velmi průměrná Rozhodně nic neodpovídá inzerovanému ani 4⭐️ cena neodpovídá kvalitě nabízeného

- Juan (7/5): Well located - Location was strategically well placed to walk around hystorical places (walled city and San Felipe castle) The breakfast can have more options, if you’re a colombian citizen but you are another country resident who doesn’t do taxes in Colombia, make sure you are patient enough to discuss with the counter represantive acout the tax deduction (1 - 2 hrs) and have your tax declaration with you

Pequena piscina e jacuzzi no rooftop bem agradável. Café da manhã bom. Boa limpeza. Atendimento seco e frio da recepção. Pouca disposição para informações requisitadas. A questão que me incomodou muito foi o preço cobrado da estadia que divergiu bastante do que informava o site da booking. Foi o único hotel que aconteceu isso até hoje. Mesmo questionando disseram que era por conta do câmbio do dia, que mesmo assim divergia do câmbio oficial do dia.
- Crystal (7/5): Ok but not great - Some of the staff were nice and helpful, others less, but none were terrible. The hotel is small, but well kept. Location. There are way better locations as this is on the limit of the walled city and does not feel very safe and is very dirty. Really a shame... One of the people in our group had their necklace yanked right off their neck by someone on a motorcycle about 100 feet from the hotel. When we went walking to the walled city and the historic center, there were much prettier areas that felt a lot safer and were more pleasant.
- MARCOS (10/5): Superior room - I read lots of complaints, but we booked a superior room, with king size bed, soundproof windows, nice bathroom and comfortable space. It was 100 %. Breakfast very good and perfect location, close to restaurants, cafes, supermarket, shopping centers, etc. Lack of hygienic douche (as in all hotels in Colombia).

- Antonio Jose (1/5): Never coming back with this management. Nunca volveré aqui. - Professional receptionist, NOT the management. I booked two nights in this hotel. I requested a change of the dates through booking.com, and the price was less this time. I messaged them and they suggested to have a private chat by WhatsApp. They never approved the change of dates on Booking, only by WhatsApp, telling me that the price will be the original one and not what Booking.com was showing. The receptionist was very nice and professional, I asked please to ask for clarification and they called Kiara. She told me that she was too busy to speak on the phone she was eating at 8pm. No attempt of communication was done. After trying to explain my concerns she did non stop interrupting, politely asked her to please explain all at once until she called me rude and claiming that I don't need any kind of clarification: " this is how it was no matter what was showing in the website" ( I had screenshots). "Así son las cosas, maleducado ". The lack of professionalism, service customer, communication and leadership goes above any limits with Kiara. The abuse of power she shows when dealing with their guest is ridiculous. I will never go back to this place, what a awful experience. Facilities are ridiculous, nice picture with a wide angle of the pool, no more than 4 people can get in at once. Plugs not working. Hair dryer not working. Breakfast was "ok" and the cooks were nice too.

The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the modern amenities like the TV with cable and the reliable internet connection. I believe a few minor adjustments would greatly enhance the guest experience. It would be helpful to have the option for early check-in, and I found that the water pressure in the shower could be improved. Additionally, providing a microwave in the room or offering guests access to the kitchen at all times would be a convenient feature. Also, ensuring the mini-bar is consistently refilled would be a welcome service. Lastly, a more flexible policy on visitors who are not staying overnight would be appreciated, as it felt restrictive to be charged for a guest who was only visiting for a short time.

- Giuseppe Bosco (4/5): estremamente deludente - la pulizia la posizione è comoda ma è ai margini del quartiere Getsemani, ci sono molte altre strutture più centrali nello stesso quartiere; appena arrivati fanno firmare un modulo con condizioni prestabilite dall'hotel mai rese note al cliente al momento della prenotazione; tra queste condizioni vi è quella secondo cui per ogni ingresso di un non ospite (amici, fidanzati etc) anche solo per stare in piscina un'ora senza entrare in camera applicano una penale di 150.000 pesos colombiani per ogni singolo ingresso; naturalmente l'esistenza della penale (che incide notevolmente sul costo del soggiorno) non è mai comunicata prima del check in; colazione da una stella, scarsissima per qualità e quantità, con prodotti di bassa qualità, pochissima scelta ( tre piatti a base di uova o toast) , caffè annacquato, orario scomodo dalle 7,00 alle 9,30; piscina minuscola e spesso idromassaggio non funzionante; di notte porta chiusa e bisogna bussare manualmente per farsi aprire dal receptionist di turno

La ubicación es muy céntrica, el edificio es pintoresco y tiene detalles llamativos y la niña que prepara los desayunos es demasiado amable. La habitación que nos dieron daba a la esquina y las aberturas eran antiguas y de madera entonces era lo mismo que dormir en la calle llena de ruido. La 2da era menos silenciosa pero estaba la cama llena de hormigas. El desayuno no es tipo americano. No me merece la calificación de 4 estrellas.

While the property itself has a beautiful aesthetic and the morning breakfast was enjoyable, the overall experience left much to be desired. The room felt more like a basic motel than a hotel, and the number of mosquitos inside made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. I’m glad I only booked a short stay. With some improvements to the rooms and pest control, this could be a much better experience considering how lovely the common areas are.

- Angela (10/5): A wonderful building set around peaceful courtyards with intriguing architectural salvage. - The location was brilliant. Getsemani is a colourful, vibrant part of the city and being on the edge the hotel was easy to find, the hotel courtyards were fabulous and peaceful, everything was in easy walking distance and the view of the castillo from the roof terrace and pool was amazing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bedroom were quiet and the beds really comfortable.

Además, María, la mesera es excelente. El hotel está súper limpio y muy bien ambientado. Utlizamos los servicios de transporte y spa. Esta cerca de Restaurantes de primera, como Celele por ejemplo y una vista maravillosa al Castillo San Felipe de Barajas y la Bahía.

Só me hospedaria novamente se estivesse sozinha no quarto, pois é super pequeno e a parede do banheiro não chega até o teto. Isso significa que você escuta aboslutamente tudo que a outra pessoa está fazendo no banheiro. A cama e o chuveiro são bons. Quarto escuro.

La zona no me pareció muy segura, había demasiadas motos afuera con gente haciendo escandalo. No es una zona tranquila. Me sentí insegura apenas saliendo del hotel. Las instalaciones son bellas.
- Theresa (10/5): Above and beyond hosts in a beautiful hotel - The staff is fantastic and the hotel is gorgeous. We were staying at the islands before coming back to stay in Cartagena. They were gracious enough to hold our extra luggage overnight. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop was wonderful to sit and admire the city. Even though we were facing a busy roundabout, it was quiet at night. The beds are very soft but I usually find the beds to be too firm for my comfort, so I slept great. I recommend staying here and am looking forward to returning.

- Darren (2/5): - I have traveled quite a bit across six continents. I've stayed in $5/night hostels and 5 star luxury hotels. That said, I like to get what I pay for. This hotel isn't that at all. The hotel is old, and has next to no amenities. The management is weird about you bringing food or beverages into the hotel. OK. But...it is absolutely NOT a luxury hotel. And its at the intersection of two major roads. The noise is incessant 24/7! Avoid at all costs. This is coming from someone who has lived in Manhattan NYC for 30 years. I mean CRAZY LOUD. Find a place deeper into Getsemani. The few blocks make a massive difference. There are many, many we have found that are cuter, quieter, and less expensive. Enjoy your stay in Cartagena. The city is lovely.

- Soul (8/5): Great location and beautiful property - The location, aesthetics and design were great! The cleaning team did a great job as well and were the friendliest. For it to be a “luxury” hotel, the amenities were subpar. No choice with the included breakfast, lack of bar and laundry services was disappointing. They closed the courtyard after breakfast, which made no sense especially since e there are no desks and chairs in the rooms. The rooftop patio was dirty, no shade, fans, and often no cushions on furniture. While staff were professional, they were not friendly or welcoming, with the exception of one that mainly worked the late shift. We stayed in the area on our last trip at GHL Collection Armeria Real Hotel, which is down the street had exceptional hospitality and amenities spoiled us, so we’re were expecting similar treatment.
