- Martin (5/5): Limpio, y Buen Personal. Pasable si uno esta solo, pero no para familia. - Lo mejor es el personal. Todos muy corteses, profesionales, y amables. Siempre que necesitaba algo, todos immediatamente se esmeraban en responder. El baño es muy pequeño, en lo que se refiere a espacio para poner utileria como ( perfumes, cremas, etc). El desayuno es pasable, pero aunque el horario era de 7 a 10 AM..despues de las 8:30 AM si se acaba la comida, ya no re-llenan los containers. (uno tiene que pedir para que le den porciones individuales por cada producto deseado: yogurt, jugo, huevos, etc). Lo bueno es que la persona a cargo ( especialmente en dia de semanas) tenia muy buena disposicion, y era amigable y eficiente.

- NataliePierina (5/5): No lo recomiendo, desayuno básico y debe mejorar la limpieza - La amabilidad de su personal en general estuvo buena, la cama era cómoda El lugar no era acogedor ni me sentía que estaba en buen hotel ya que por su precio debería serlo. Había una luz en la noche que daba directo a la posición en la cama y era super fastioso, el baño era demasiado antiguo e incómodo, incluso cuando se jalaba la palanca al rato el baño estaba encharcado, pésimo! Deberían tener mas cuidado con la limpieza. La iluminación de la habitación era horrible, una luz amarilla opaca que se sentía mas frío la habitación. Luego dijeron que el desayuno era buffet, lo cual al momento que nos tocó el desayuno nos dimos con la sorpresa que NO ES DESAYUNO BUFFET ojo con eso porque tanto en la página de booking como en la misma recepción te dicen que lo es, ademas de ello desayuno fue demasiado básico para lo que te cobran , ya que hay mejores hoteles con un precio mas bajo de mejor calidad en las instalaciones y con un buen desayuno. Definitivamente no regresaría a este hotel

- Misael (6/5): Hotel que se cae en detalles! - Un hotel con buena ubicación, lindas y limpias habitaciones, pero que se cae en detalles. La muestra más evidente de lo anterior, existen recomendaciones para no beber agua para los extranjeros y hotel que hace: “Vende el agua potable de botella” y cobra además si es que uno necesita aire acondicionado, el cual a mi entender hace bastante tiempo pasó de ser un lujo y de a poco se transformó en necesidad.

La habitación sencilla, cómoda pero fría para la segunda noche preguntamos si el aire acondicionado de la hab era frio/calor y nos dijeron q no estaba instalado q si queríamos nos daban otra frazada.. la cama estaba bien pero el ambiente era frío y no hubo como acondicionarlo..El desayuno super básico café pan y huevos..ellos dejan en claro q es de 'cortesía'. Me cobraron 2 soles mas x noche x haber reservado x expedia

- Verified traveler (8/5): Expedia failed to confirm reservation - Expedia did not confirm my reservation and there was a lot of confusion upon arrival. Checking took a really long time as they had no idea who I was or anything about my booking. There was also a language barrier which made it more difficult.

- Leonard (8/5): Needs one more fan - Mid-March. The hotel rooms were pretty warm during the night. 83 F with my little thermometer. Uncomfortable but not dealthy. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, toast, coffee with a strange “leche” and some kind of juice. Overall was a good stay and would book again. About 40 mins away from airport and lots of traffic. Cost for uber was $8 usd.
