• 784rusr (10/5): very nice - The apartment is spacious, clean. The heat can be adjusted according to your wishes. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. Quite well insulated, although it is a tram depot the noise is not disturbing. The only minus is the breakfast which is not varied, quite poor for a 4 star hotel.

We were worried driving towards the hotel that everything looked so run down but when we arrived the hotel stood out from everything around it, white, clean, beautifully built. The car was protected within the walls and a barrier was controlled from reception. This hotel claims to be 4* and it really is. Most hotels in Hungary are a least 1* below their claims but this was nearly 1* above. The stay was perfect. The room was cleaned and polished daily, it was spotless. The room was large enough to accommodate my large electric wheelchair and still have plenty of room. The shower was huge and was easy enough for me to get in with room for my carer to wash me. There was no seat or hand bars but I had not asked for them so I don't know if they were available. There was also not a marked disabled Parking space but one was saved when I requested one at booking. The reception staff and waiters were most helpful, providing ice to keep medicines cold. Booking in and out were speedy and trouble free. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Kelenfold travel hub where trains, metro, trams and busses are all available in 1 place. Also a large shopping centre provides anything you don't wish to go into the city for. All in all a great choice for a Budapest stay.

• Alexander (10/5): Extrem schönes Hotel mit guter Anbindung - Der Check-In verlief problemlos und auch sehr schnell. Die Zimmer waren verhältnismäßig sehr groß und sehr sauber. Diese wurden auch täglich wunderbar gereinigt. Die Lage ist gut, sogar fast perfekt. Es ist sehr ruhig und wenn man ca. 10 Minuten läuft ist man an einem Bahnhof mit großen Einkaufszentrum. Eine Tram ist direkt in der Nähe mit der man ins Zentrum gelangen kann. Die Fahrt dauert allerdings etwas länger. Parkplätze waren inklusive und direkt vor dem Hotel mit Schranke. Dieses Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen, wenn man es preiswert haben möchte und kein Problem hat etwas länger in die Stadt zu fahren.

• BambiLaFawn (8/5): Nice place, but not in the heart of the city. - This hotel was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay for the most part, but it wasn’t a 5 star review because of the location being in a neighborhood without much around it. That became an issue having arrived later in the evening after a delayed flight to find that the kitchen doesn’t take an order after nine. There was no access to food, not even snacks from a vending machine. So, it was either go hungry, uber somewhere or a walk of about 18 minutes away to a bar and restaurant. Luckily the bar was called Jonas’s craft beer bar and it was tasty. It just wasn’t convenient from the hotel. Although the hotel desk attendants were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is good enough, not too many choices,but like I said enough for a nice breakfast and of a good quality. The free parking is a super feature, we were looking for that especially.

Very friendly staff and walkable distance to Kelenfold Bus Station and a great shopping complex. Would stay again.

• Boris (6/5): War mal besser, dennoch gut! - Ich bin schon seit etlichen Jahren Gast im Hotel. Es weiterhin schön im Grünen Herzen von Budapest und gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Dennoch war die Sauberkeit nicht mehr so gut wie in den Jahren davor. Es standen Pizzakartons mehre Tage neben dem Mülleimer direkt neben dem Eingangsbereich (Sichtbereich Rezeption). Die Klimaanlage wird Standardmäßig erst in Mai eingeschaltet obwohl es sehr warm in den Zimmern war, die Eisenbahnstrecke in der Nähe macht ein schlafen Nachts sehr unruhig, die Rezeption versicherte mir dass der Zugverkehr Nachts zum Erliegen kommt. Leider wsr das nicht so.

I was particularly impressed by Team and the owner himself, who takes great care to ensure the well-being of his guests. The food was simply sensational – and since I have a gluten intolerance, which I mentioned when making my reservation, I was especially thrilled by how well the hotel accommodated my needs. There was an excellent selection of gluten-free dishes, including fresh bread from a local bakery, which was not only safe but also incredibly delicious. A truly outstanding stay that I highly recommend!

I don't appreciate being lied to by two separate members of staff. Breakfast was also stated to be included on their website.

The hotel was conveniently located a few blocks away from the Mai train station and the bus stop, the trolley #49 took us downtown in a very enjoyable ride. Good customer service too.

• Jay1001X (6/5): A good 3star Hotel but not4 Stars - Room was good with a good size bathroom and a big shower with low water pressure and the rain shower function did not work. The water in the minibar you’ve to pay this is not normal in a 4star hotel normally this is free of charge. The parking places are a lot only not when there is an event when we arrived there was no parking at all. No parking available reserved for wheelchair users like myself. The restaurant for dinner was good for a ok price level. But forget the breakfast for 14€ the quality is not worth this money. A last point a 1 layer toilet paper the cheapest you can get is not 4Star!

The reception man was very nice. The room clean. I was at 09:30 at breakfast, not many options to eat, they didn’t bring more sorts of food that was finish.
• lylian (8/5): 6 jours consécutifs - Hôtel plutôt calme situé à l'écart de la ville. Pas eu de problème pour se garer. Le restaurant est très bon mais, petit bémol fermé le dimanche et comme il n'y a pas de room service non plus, il faut ou anticiper ou se déplacer. Mis à part ce petit inconvénient l'impression générale est bonne.

• John (10/5): - Despite what Expedia says, the check in doesn't end at a specific time. I thought I was too late for check-in, but to my surprise the desk was 24 hours. Not the first time I saw this erroneous information on Expedia. One weird thing though, the hotel sent me an email for online check-in that required me to acknowledge that I had possession of my key before I even arrived in the country. I emailed them about this strange request and was told to ignore that part, but you can't skip it. Turns out the online check-in isn't ready to go yet. Odd, but a small distraction. Nice quiet street yet very close walk to metro and trolley staions.
