It smelled so clean and fresh, which is a huge thing for me. For consideration, I do want management to consider providing shower mats. I have stayed at other Marriott properties and they provide a shower mat. The shower floor was a little slick and then when you cut on the water it makes for a slippery surface. And there was also no rail to hold onto in the shower. This is not a criticism. It’s just a recommendation to ensure that guests don’t accidentally slip in the shower.

You are close to main roads . You are close by foot to a few restaurants. I had a great time and recommend it

- Lisa (10/5): Awesome stay with great staff on all shifts! - The breakfast was excellent! A variety each day. Hot and plentiful. The location was great because we were secluded and it was very quiet. It took a time for the water to turn hot in the shower, but once it kicked in, it was hot.

- danakC4979VF (10/5): Greensboro's best - This hotel offers a consistently positive experience each time we travel home to Greensboro. The staff, service and amenities are exceptional. It's quiet, exceptionally clean, homey and comfortable. The desk dividing the living area and the bedroom in the rooms is our favorite layout when we travel. The complimentary breakfast caters to all types of food preferences. There is a water bottle filling station in the gym and refreshing water dispensers with lime and mint at the bar. So many thoughtful touches to enhance our stay. Always a pleasure to stay here. Thank You!

- Ann (10/5): Great staff. - We had a great experience here this weekend. We stayed for a soccer tournament and ended up eating pretty late in the lobby. The staff was so kind and tried to make sure we had everything we needed. Every person that worked the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The one cleaning lady we ran into was also super friendly. One of the best staffed hotels we have been to. Thanks for your hospitality!

- Anellia (1/5): I felt like it was false information given which gave the hotel a bad impression for me. - Due to my beginning experience it made my overall experience terrible. I do not like how fees are charged at the property that is not on booking when you purchase. Therefore you are not aware of this at all til you arrive at the hotel.

Breakfast was satisfying every day of our stay! Everything stayed stocked! My only concern was having to remind them to come refresh the rooms, so overall…4 STARS!!!!

- D8674XRnicolep (2/5): Terrible - Bed had a very short hair in it. Extremely loud motor of something in the ceiling. Used Bonvoy points. I was and still being charged a total of $150.00 for incidentals. I dint have a bar in the room. I didn’t bill anything to my room. The charges are still pending or being held. When I mentioned these issues there was no explanation. It could have been the night auditors. I don’t know why. I was told to follow up with my bank. Never again.

- Lougina (8/5): Stay was comfortable. - The location was convenient. When we first walked in, the smell that the lobby had was lovely. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. We like how we need our cars keys to enter the doors into the hotel, felt secure. The rooms are arranged well. We didn’t like how some parts of the room was clean and others were not. For example the beds, closets, and bathrooms were clean but the carpet had a sticky feeling, the couch had stains, and the door for the bathroom had grease marks all over it. Overall cleanliness 7/10

Upon check in, I was asked to verify my telephone number and email address, and the type of payment method I used was also discussed (third party) I was concerned about my privacy providing my personal information with other guests in the lobby just a few feet away from me.
