All around we had a wonderful experience.

The staff is super friendly and the service is exceptional. The day of check out, I was having lunch in a restaurant in another area of the city before heading to the airport and realized I didn’t have my watch. I called the hotel to see if I had left it in my room. I was going to return to the hotel to pick it up but without a moment’s hesitation they offered to send a staff member to deliver my watch to me at the airport. Now that’s 5 star service!

There are a few minor mechanical things that could use a little attention (i.e. only half of the keys on the in-room safe actually worked) but overall things were really nice. In a nice quiet part of the the town but close to the main road that runs west to east through the old city for a lovely walk. Pool area was quaint and nice although water temperature was a little chilly however they are due to install a heater soon. Nonetheless still great after a hot and sweaty day out to cool off! Contemporary rooms, lovely bathroom with big bath perfect for relaxing in. Spa was surprisingly really good for a smaller hotel with very reasonable prices. We were well looked after and would recommend/visit again for a holiday.

A hotel with wonderful service staff that give a personal touch to every service that they provide to their customers. The noted my birthday and gave me a surprise celebration during our breakfast time. They offered to pack breakfast knowing that we will be having an early tour pick up at 7am. When we return early from a day trip, they asked why are we back so early and if all is well. All these just warmth our hard. They are so attentive to every details!! Last but not least, they serve wonderful breakfast!!

A la carte breakfast is delicious and fantastically presented. Bicycles available if you wanted to ride around town but location is very central so I walked everywhere. Hotel is quiet and peaceful and so are the surroundings. My only negatives were $1500baht cash damage deposit asked for on check in. When you're on vacation you don't want to be parting with that much cash but credit card option meant it would stay on your card for a month. Yikes! I also asked for a airport transfer and was told $450baht yet getting back to the airport in a taxi cost me only $140. So I felt a bit duped there. Overall would highly recommend this property

The included breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed coffee and breakfast outside next to the pool each morning. The location is convenient to the old city, on a relatively quiet street, with many restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks.

It’s a one minute walk to the Wat Phra Sighn temple, and you wan walk all over the old city for shopping and eating. Iota quiet but just around corner from everthing.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean hotel with great location. Would of loved for the pool to be warmer to be able to swim. Staff was very nice. We had a room with balcony, next time I would just save the upgrade price because there is nothing to really look at.
