Doors are super thin ( old building) and you can hear people from outside and from the building all night. really hard to sleep. If it wasn't for that there would have been amazing. Also wish they had room service with food in the evening as well.

Room was quiet and comfortable. Cleaning in shower/bathroom was the only thing that needed attention. Bar fridge unfortunately couldn’t keep things cold and no kettle was available on the first night of my stay. Overall, thanks for a very enjoyable stay with a generous buffet breakfast offering.

BoardingPass005 (10/5): Really really pleased with our 4 days experience - We like to stay in hotels in old city centres as we feel it has more character and we were not disappointed with this very modern , very hi tech , very central, very helpful Boutique hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service orientated. The buffet bfast was delicious ( not the pancakes ) and our room had one of the best aircon and mattress we ever had plus our own Nespresso machine and mini bar. . A 5 -10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants ( Oysia and Tartufo and The Steakhouse) at Old Port/New Marina. A short bus ride to Colombia Beach for cocktails . And easy access to transport to Kourion roman ruins and surrounding villages. We didn’t hear any noise - perhaps because we had a room at the back (123) or perhaps it was not fully booked as June temperatures were between 34-39 degrees. All in all we enjoyed our 4 days ……😁👍🙂

SuperJeff1 (10/5): stylish spot! - We thought this was a perfect place to stay...a block from the seaside promenade, easy walk to Agia Napa cathedral, castle, port, shops, cafes and zoo (highly recommended). It was brimming with character and stylish art deco decor, with a beautiful courtyard around an old olive tree. The staff was certainly friendly. Yes, there was a little noise in the evening, but not bothersome (to us anyway and we are old!) and it was all quiet by 10 on Thursday and Friday nights, a bit later on Saturday (not sure when...we were already asleep). And that was with the balcony door open, as we love the fresh air. Oh, yes, the bathroom was the best one of all our stays, even with the one small light in the shower we couldn't turn off the last night. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet with easy make-your-own cappuccino or espresso.

The loud street concert outside my room wasn't addressed by the indifferent receptionist. Although breakfast was provided, cappuccinos came at an extra cost, which was unexpected. Guests satisfaction was clearly not a priority.
Maps637799 (2/5): Not recommended - The location of this hotel is right in the old centre, but also across the road from a nightclub and two big bars. We were kept awake each night by loud drunk people until early in the morning. On one of our nights there was even a street party with DJ’s right underneath our room. We were never informed about this party and had to pay upon arrival (also very strange) and no consideration by the staff for our complaints. Breakfast was very average (you even have to pay extra for a cappuccino). Clean modern rooms, but overall I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
hansolofh (8/5): A very cosy boutique hotel in a perfect spot - This hotel is situated very close to the old town and just at the pedestrian street with restaurants and shops. It is a rather old house with a lot of it charm preserved. The ceelings are very high and the rooms are big and well furniture, the bed could have been just a decimetre wider. Many rooms have a small balcony, and our room also had a view to the promenade and some glimpses of the sea (room 103). The shower was large and well understandable and functional controls. And we had two wash basins but the warm krann did not function in one of them. The room was very modern and had a lot of electronics that you had to be aware of. We happened to touch a button that indicated that the cleaning lady should not come in and fixed the room the next day. The air-condition had tree buttons one for the wind intensity and on for increasing the temperature and one to decreasing it. A very odd thing was that our safety box did not function when we came and that was according to the staff due to the battery was finished and still they did not fixed it under the whole week. Otherwise, the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful and we liked them a lot. The breakfast room was mainly in an open courtyard, very cosy indeed. Hower, the breakfast was not bad but did not had anything extra. The bread was just croissants and standard toast bread not any good ray bread or nice small white bread. The worst was the scramble eggs it was the worst I have seen. It was served as hard thin pieces and was way overcooked.
NeoM8 (8/5): Tasty brunch in a cozy veranda - The brunch (eggs Benedict & eggs royale) was flavorful and featured a delightful blend of ingredients, although it was slightly undercooked to our preference. Coffee was quite good, but we had better. The service was exceptionally polite and efficient, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. We enjoyed our meal in the beautifully decorated internal veranda, complete with elegant furniture. The prices were a bit on the higher side, comparing to other brunch venues. Overall, a tasty brunch experience that is definitely worth visiting. Food 4 Service 4.5 Atmosphere 4.75
Umang (10/5): - Absolutely loved the spacious rooms, lovely interiors and a very hospitable, helpful lady at the reception. Will definitely recommend it for stays near the city centre and close to the sea front. Nice 2 cafes nearby to relax with a coffee or a drink.
kayteeMilwaukee (6/5): The outside noise ruined what might have been a very pleasant stay - The hotel was very centrally located and we walked everywhere. We really enjoyed the boardwalk and the interesting architecture of the city. Our room was clean and well appointed. However, the biggest issue we faced was the noise. First of all, the entire hotel has hardwood floors, both in the rooms and in the halls, so you hear everyone who walks around. But the biggest issue, and this was not primarily the fault of the hotel, was the street noise. We were there on a Friday night and the nightlife right outside was unbelievably loud. It started at about 10pm and went on until 5am. We felt as if we were having a party in our room the whole night. We had the windows closed and earplugs in but the talking, laughing, etc. was just too much. It really did affect our enjoyment of the hotel. Perhaps there are rooms that don't face the street but, unfortunately, we did not have one of those!

Estella2009 (6/5): Lovely hotel but same issue of fridge bar contents on check out - Second stay at this lovely boutique hotel and as usually rooms are clean and nice and location is good. However for the second time the reception informs we have taken drinks from the fridge which we didn’t have on check out. Thankfully this time we took photos at the beginning of our stay following same issue on leaving last time. So even though it’s a good hotel to stay I would recommend to take a photo of the fridge bar contents on arrival as there seems to be something fishy going on in this regard.
PDSK13 (8/5): Boutique hotel in central Limassol - This is a very nice boutique hotel near the old city and sea front in Limassol. The rooms are modern and well equipped. The lights in particular are very high tech! The bathrooms can be a bit quirky depending on which room you get. But the service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff. There is a car park but it is quite tight to get in and out unless you have a small car. Breakfast is included and very good.
WunderSnuff (8/5): Enjoyable Boutique Stay - An overall enjoyable stay. Rooms were modern and well equipped with amenities. Receptionist Niki was extremely helpful in sourcing for bus information during our stay, very much appreciated. Recommend going for rooms located at the back with an attached balcony. Daily buffet breakfast provided though serving portions were oddly 'sparse', possibly due to low occupancy. Coffee was a major letdown, worse than McDonald's! Convenient location for exploring; busses to Nicosia were also conveniently close-by. Areas for improvement: 1) serve better coffee at breakfast instead of filtered coffee. 2) provide bedroom slippers as floors gets cold during fall/winter seasons 3) flexibility in catering for early check-ins if available 4) would be good to have room floors cleaned daily during housekeeping
588russe (8/5): 4/5 But could be 5/5 - We stayed here recently. This is quite a stunning hotel very near to beach & harbour. Splendid location & the hotel is modern whilst still retaining its historical charm. The rooms as beautifully furnished & luckily enough we had a rear side room that was away from a late night club oposite. We had one super interaction with Aggis who served our breakfast on 2 of our days. He was polite, friendly & efficient although on his own with quite a few tables to cover. So thank you Aggis for your kindness. However 2 things that disappointed & unfortunately stops me marking 5/5 Our room had a toilet beyond the shower cubical & you needed to transit the shower area to get to the toilet. Now if someone has had a shower you need to transit a wet area to get to the toilet. Also the screen for the toilet / shower area did not go up to the ceiling so very limited privacy. Not good in my eyes. We were on a b/b package & was told that we could order anything from the menu that had individually priced items for those either on a room only basis or non residents. My wife ordered a second Americano that the receptionist who was doubling as a server deemed we should pay €4 Euros for. My point is is that l could of had anything from the menu & not paid more but have 2 coffees & the hotel wants to squeeze another €4 from you. We paid about €450 for our stay so felt it was penny pinching I paid but was not happy
B8292GOalexanderm (4/5): Poor restaurant service - October 16, 2022 in the morning we were waiting for our order from 9:00 to 10:30! After an hour of waiting, our waiter could not repeat our order and said that he forgot to do it. Our mood was spoiled, and we had to change plans for the day. Good design hotel in the right location, but unfortunately with poor staff. I do not recommend.
Estella2009 (8/5): A high quality boutique hotel in the centre of Limassol - A lovely boutique hotel recently refurbished with modern lighting systems in the rooms. Breakfast is served in the central yard and is a la carte and of high quality. Reception especially Theocharis are very helpful. The location is in the central Limassol area a few minutes walk from the Marina. Recommended to stay in.

Yvette (10/5): 100% Customer service - When you first enter the hotel you instantly feel the good vibes. The staff are utterly professional. Our check-in was delayed, but this was beyond the hotels control. From the moment of our arrival to us leaving the hotel management and staff more then made up for the slight inconvenience..fantastic customer service. Our room was spotless and extremely well presented. A very high standard of class and character. Definitely a hotel to visit again.

Tai Tai (8/5): - Great location! Enjoyed our stay during our break away to attend a wedding in June 2022. All the staff are super friendly. Breakfast all included in the courtyard which is a nice way to start the day. The breakfast is good and reasonably proportioned, varied options. The rooms are nice and plenty of space to get ready and lay out suitcases to unpack etc. The control pads for air con and lighting are great, love the different settings you can put on for different lighting moods. The shower is nicely sized, not the most powerful shower but still decent. My cons on this hotel is that I think the windows are only single glazing and during the night we can hear the cars drive past and there's a manhole cover that keeps getting knocked throughout the night so some night's sleep wasn't as peaceful. The toilet design is quite odd and makes it quite intrusive and not private at all. If you're staying on your own that's fine but with a partner it can be quite awkward. The room cleaning services were great, everything was cleaned and reset, the only thing is they didn't replenish the cotton ear buds after each clean and they only provided 2 at a time. For some reason one of the patterned doors was missing from the basin area which was a little disappointing. Had an Nespresso machine in the room which was nice to have a quick cup of coffee to reset. Lack of proper mirrors in the room. The only proper mirror is in the basin area, they have wall space to put more mirrors up.
Oz (10/5): Highly recommended and stylish - The hotel is beautiful, super comfortable and offers a true boutique feeling. The room was well equipped and decorated. I felt excited every time I entered the room. The breakfast was a la carte and was a bit small but that’s about the only (small) disadvantage there was. The service was very friendly and professional
adzsheff21 (10/5): Modern, clean & friendly hotel - Really smart, clean and central hotel within walking distance from the city's beautiful marina. Lovely clean, modern room coupled with nice and friendly staff. However the best element of the stay was the breakfast, one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had! Set in lovely grounds, the a la carte style was amazing. Pancakes with choco and berries along with the fruit salad I can personally recommend! All in all a lovely stay, many thanks!

Raymond (10/5): A hidden Gem! - S. Paul is a modern, beautifully restored heritage building in Limassol old town near the port. Rooms are beautiful but can be a tad noisy as there just above a main high street. But the location is so good it’s worth it.
M3398RQmichaelabm (8/5): City break - I came here with my other half for one night! The room is really elegant, clean and beautiful. My other half says it is one of the best bathroom set ups he has ever seen, he loved the big oval mirror in front of the bed with the lights around and the double sink etc. It is designed very nice. The staff was friendly and check in was super efficient We loved the breakfast, lots of options and very big portions with a coffee and fresh orange juice. My only small comment is that the courtyard is beautiful but due to it being really cold we sat inside. This inside area could definitely be rearranged a little as you could tell the hotel wasn’t busy at this time as things were covered and they use it sort of like a storage, it was quite dusty.

Mark (8/5): - The hotel is beautifully designed in an older building. My room was comfortable and attractive, but it felt like it was beginning to show a little wear. For instance, the shower handle was loose and hard to turn the water flow on and off. The building is beautiful, but common areas are limited. Parking is an adventure. The hotel is on a narrow street in the historic center. When you pass the hotel, you need to pull into the parking entrance area a few building down and then call the front desk to open the gate. A bit confusing, but nice to have free parking in this congested area. It's a short walk from the hotel to the waterfront and other sites, so once parked, the hotel is very convenient.

From the very moment you step in, it’s a unique journey of well thought through interior design elements, combining the minimal chic with 1920’s Art Deco style. And the inside garden for the morning breakfast was a real treat.

Cynthia (10/5): Scan style decor with great location - Breakfast area was charming and the breakfast service staff was top notch. Best Cyprus coffee we had on our trip! Room was spacious and had large outdoor patio. Decor was relaxing and minimalist. Nice location - close to restaurants, harbor and castle.
