Os funcionários eram muito educados! Elevador era meio agressivo, fechava na gente se não saisse rápido, tv não funcionaou nenhum dia avisei na recepção mas não deram muita importancia, no check-in me cobraram um valor diferente do booking pois no sistema deles estava somente 1 pessoa, eu vi na tela, mas como eu tinha a reserva no email que confirmava 2 pessoas, eles pediram desculpas e mantiveram o preço. O café da manhã era sofrido, tem um restaurante super legal no hotel mas as comidas do café da manhã lá são eestranhas, não tem gosto de nada, nem salgado nem doce.

Soundproofing could be improved. You can hear noises from neighboring rooms, as well as suitcases rolling on the pavement at 5 a.m. The TV offers only a few channels. It would be nice to upgrade it with Netflix and YouTube.

Не смогли оплатить часть услуг картой - то ли намеренно, то ли случайно платёжный терминал на ресепшн не отправлял запрос на оплату в Банк - вынуждены были оплатить наличными

Llegamos por la mañana y nos dejaron ingresar a la habitación antes de la hora de check in y adelantar el desayuno que nos correspondía el día siguiente porque no íbamos a poder tomarlo ya que salíamos temprano. El agua de la ducha no estaba lo suficientemente caliente. El desayuno podría mejorar, comparándolo con los desayunos que tuvimos en otros hoteles y riads de Marruecos.

• Ericka (7/5): Excellent location and very helpful staff, with a few room quirks! - We had a great stay here. The location is perfect for sightseeing—it’s only a 10-minute Uber ride to the Hassan II Mosque, and we loved that we could easily walk to Arab League Park, the Sacred Heart Cathedral, and Mohammed V Square. Our room was very spacious and well-equipped with both effective A/C and quality blackout curtains, which made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a highlight! They served delicious scrambled eggs with a great variety of breads and, of course, fresh mint tea to start the day. Also, on the day we arrived, we had lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, and both the chicken tagine and chicken pastilla were very good. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even helped us arrange a taxi from the hotel directly to the airport, which made our departure stress-free. There were two downsides to the setup. First, the shower lacked a curtain or sliding door, which unfortunately meant the bathroom got quite messy and wet every time we took a shower. Additionally, you could hear the noise of motorcycles from the street in the afternoon (poor noise isolation in the windows).

• Filip (9/5): - Das Hotel war ein gut geführtes Hotel in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Leise, die Betten waren bequem, das Zimmer sauber, das Personal freundlich . Man hat uns einen der drei verfügbaren Parkplätze umsonst gegeben. Das Restaurant am Hotel war sehr gut, wenn auch recht hochpreisig. Drumherum ist ein sicheres, sauberes Ausgehviertel mit vielen Restaurants. Das ist nicht überall so in Casablanca. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Die Lage ist günstig, etwa 2,5km zur Moschee Hassan II und so 1,5km zum Art-Deco Viertel. Für uns hat alles gepasst.

It's small, facilities and rooms are very basic, but clean. Location was good in that there were some good restaurants around and quiet.

• Shane (10/5): Beautiful hotel with genuine hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere. - This was easily one of my favorite stays during my entire month in Morocco and Spain. The hotel is beautiful with awesome decor, especially in the restaurant, and my room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with a big shower and reliably hot water. Everything just worked perfectly - great WiFi, comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful atmosphere throughout. But what really elevated this place was the front desk guy who was incredibly friendly, down to earth, and genuinely funny. I walked here from the train station (which dropped me at the wrong place) and arrived sweating profusely - he immediately made a lighthearted joke about it that broke the ice. I asked him questions throughout my stay, and at one point he laughed and said "Oh, more questions?!" His warmth made the stay feel personal. I left him a little note when I checked out telling him to take care. The location is excellent - walkable and felt safe, with easy access to Marché Central (Central Market) on foot and Habous Market by taxi. And here's a bonus: it's close to an incredible coffee shop called BONDI where I had the best flat white of my entire life. Seriously, if you're a coffee person, don't miss it. The hotel restaurant deserves mention too - while breakfast was just okay, I went for dessert one night and it was awesome. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Good to know: It's a bit spendy compared to other Morocco accommodations, but totally worth it for the quality and experience. No coffee maker or electric kettle in the room - I really think these should be standard in every hotel room! The breakfast was meh - boring with a limited selection. Not terrible, just nothing special compared to other places I stayed in Morocco. OVERALL: Sometimes everything just comes together perfectly - the comfort, the location, the hospitality, the vibe. This was one of those places. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Casablanca.

Op de eerste verdieping met venster naar de straat: Lawaai en sterke tabaksrook in de nacht van vrijdag op zaterdag (afkomstig van een naastgelegen café of restaurant).
