There wasn’t info in the room for WiFi info. We were discussing using uber for the casino when staff mentioned there’s shuttle service. It would have been helpful to know in advance

- Caler (1/5): Very good until staff intervened and screwed it all up! - The freaking day staff! I work construction up to 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. I get very little time off. All I wanted to do was lay around the room and float in the pool and spend time with my girl and instead I get thrown out of my room after I stayed an entire night and then some and if I just hadn't gone down to the front desk to re-program my keys I would have been fine and completed my stay in a satisfactory way but instead my temporary ID that had been roughed up by the elements being that I work construction outside and was perfectly acceptable the first night was deemed unusable the second night and at 6 pm I was thrown out of my room and to this point haven't even received a refund. I will be contacting the BBB about these events.

- Alan (10/5): - This was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at. It was perfect. The staff worked very hard to keep the patrons safe, happy, comfortable and happy! I would highly recommend this place if you travel around Marysville, Washington.
- Krista (4/5): - The hotel was clean except for 2 bugs in kitchen area. The bed was comfortable. I requested housekeeping twice they did not show so i had to go down and get my own towels. Requested housekeeping again for next day, they only replaced 2 bath towels and took out trash. We were out of toilet paper for 2 days. Thank goodness i took our own wipes! I had to go down at 10pm when we returned to get toilet paper and more towels. Room was not cleaned and bed was not made. We stayed 5 nights. I stil have not heard back from this hotel even though i reqested a call back. Very disappointed Hiton! The breakfast the first day was okay. The second day things were cold and the coffee tasted burnt or day old. We did not go back on the 3rd day for breakfast. I have never written a bad review about any place we have been before. We wiil not stay here again while visiting family.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, it wasn't very clean, the hall and elevator stunk and the food shut down early every day. Also the location was a bummer.. you can only go right out of the parking lot and we had to wait for trains before we could turn around to get on the freeway.

- Silke (10/5): Super Hotel, klare Empfehlung! - Alles neu, ein sehr schönes Zimmer, welches wirklich alles hatte: ein tolles Bad, viel Stauraum und der Küchenbereich war mit Tellern, Besteck, Gläsern und einigen weiteren Utensilien ausgestattet und auch ein Geschirrspüler war vorhanden. Der Laundryroom mit je zwei Waschmaschinen und Trocknern kann rund um die Uhr genutzt werden und kostet $1,50 je Vorgang. Bestes Hotelfrühstück, das wir bisher in den USA erlebt haben. Bagel, Waffeln und sogar Obstsalat. Richtiges Geschirr, kein Plastik und Pappe - zumindest am ersten Tag. Schöner Innenpool, Loungebereich mit Feuerstelle im Außenbereich. Am 2. Tag gab es zum Frühstück nur Plastikbesteck und bei den Tellern und Schalen war jeder 2. Stapel ebenfalls nur Pappe. Auf meine Nachfrage nach „richtigem“ Besteck hieß es zunächst, dass es das heute nicht geben würde. Etwas widerwillig wurde es mir dann doch gereicht.

- Josh (5/5): - It was easy to check in and book Our rooms tv was broken. It kept disconnecting from WiFi and shutting off. Our room didn't have a blow dryer just a bag full of weird junk. And they have continued to try and take money from our card we booked with. $250 and $150 the day we checked out and $25 again the second day after check out. Our room had already been paid plus a deposit.
- Brock (10/5): - Clean, and close to I-5 I was welcomed at 2:55pm as my family walked in. The lobby was a sweaty swamp cooler as it was difficult for employees and our family. We were told our room was We stayed in a suite, with out son and he slept great. This was surprising as we were close to a very active train track. We loved the suite, and it was very very clean. The couch was very out of place, and maybe more of a vintage style. Our son loved the pool, and had a great time. We recommend this for families and people doing busness.

I would’ve like the breakfast time to last longer and later.

The bananas were sitting there in basket. We had to be on the road and couldnt wait. Very disappointing.

- funat60plus (8/5): Great Staff - We stayed 4 nights here. We were visiting family and we were attending a High School Graduation. The Staff at this hotel is amazing! They have an answer for any questions or need you have. The bacon at breakfast was my favorite. It was thin and crispy- YUM! The pool area is nice and there are two outside areas to sit and read. or just chill out after a long day. The rooms are spacious with a full refrigerator for convenience. The bed was comfortable. There is a railroad track close by so if you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the right side.

We should have asked to change however we were so tired. Sleep was difficult due to the smell…. Was like a food smell…. Very pungent. Room was clean and tidy. Full kitchen suite would be great for families. Train whistle loud in the morning. Close to many amenities.

- vinov764 (2/5): Horrible Service, Staff, Mismanagement & Conbfrontation Galore - As a Hilton Diamond Member, this hotel truly does not uphold or follow the Hilton Standards. I have stayed at this property many times, and while the hotel is new, the rooms are often not clean and the alleged "hot breakfast" is cold. The ownership company and poorly trained management is grossly apparent. Their careless attitudes negatively impacts ALL other hotel service areas. The hotel management and staff are rude, confrontational, and tend to hide in the back office, rather than manning the front desk. The hotel management does not hold itself accountable, and or the hotel staff for that matter, and wrongly blames the guests for their issues. Stay at Hilton properties further north such as the Chrysalis in Bellingham, WA. and or Everett, WA. and south. Avoid the Hampton Inn in Burlington, WA. as it is the same management company.
- Tab (8/5): - Rooms are decent size, and modern decore. Updated tv, with the capability of sync with cell phones. Breakfast is hot, all assorted juices, teas, and coffee. Did not like the fact they did not have a hot tub. Yet thier sign reads pool and spa.

- Robert (8/5): - Our family enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. Everything went well except for a few things. The pillows were a bit flat so we asked for extras and doubled up. Also the pool was really cold which was a big bummer for our 2 kids. It was definitely not heated which was really disappointing, as well as no hot tub. The breakfast was good, although some fresh fruit would have been nice. Overall a decent stay.

They have smoking at every entrance and the place including elevators and common areas wreaked of cigarettes due to staff allowing guests to smoke directly in front of the doors. When i asked them about it the staff member was unhelpful and shrugged her shoulders. The rooms themselves were good and cleaning staff was hardworking and lovely. If this facility can correct the smoking issue it will be a great place. Sadly we left a day early due to cigarette allergies in both of my children.

The room did smell nice. The girl checking us in was kind. Parking was easy enough. I did not like that the windows to the indoor pool faced the busy road. It would be better if they were frosted so people outside could not see in. Undecided if we’d stay again.
