Guest Reviews
- ROMULO (7/5): Great location and staff, but the room needs updates - Great location near the Convention Center and Kigali Heights. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The bed was too hard, and the bathroom needs an update. The shower is old and has poor water pressure. The mirror should be centered above the sink, and there’s no holder for a hand towel. I was only given one large towel and a small one; I had to use the small one as a bath mat, which is a necessity.
-Moustiques
- Jerome (3/5): very kind and nice staff, but the place is falling appart... - breakfast is fine, though simple. eggs and bread and fruits. the place need a thorough overall.. the beds are just wood boards, I was in a room with broken sink, useless kitchenette, right behind a religious hall extremely loud at night... really not recommend the place

- Toma (7/5): I would stay again if I’m visiting soon. - The breakfast was good. And was prepared in time. The location is a plus, it’s close to the street and just a five minute stroll to the Kigali heights and Kigali conference center.
- Jackline (7/5): Well, not so bad. They can improve on their hygiene since they did so when we complained after checkin - It was right near the Kigali convention center where we had our conference. 10minutes walk The beddings and some towels were not clean. There are no lifts in the building.

- Mubita (5/5): Ordinary Stay - Location was excellent, the rest was either fair or bad. The staff was were just ordinary. Breakfast was bad and limited to the same things through out. It made me wander how other meals were.
- Benshi (6/5): Functional and walkable to the convention centre - The breakfast was nice - not a lot of variety. There was no way to block the hall lighting from coming into the room

- Samantha (8/5): We felt safe, it was clean, food was good, wifi worked most of the stay. Friendly helpful staff. - The buffet breakfasts included a variety of fruits, bread and some sort of protein, either deep fried mince pastries or meatballs or chicken or boiled eggs. There was also tea and coffee. The staff were amazing and helpful, Jane and Sharon were so wonderful. The room was spacious and always clean. The first day I ordered an omelet for breakfast and it was not good, avoid those. Breakfast was sometimes very slow to start which was not great when we had to leave at a certain time. The Wi-Fi was down for 2 days which was annoying for us who had no network.
- Martin (8/5): Very good -
