Me dijeron 3 veces de sacar la camioneta de un lugar y ponerla en otro (por cualquier emergencia), pero había 6 vehículos más en ese lugar que no los movieron, no entendí nunca su lógica.

• Mary (8/5): Great Last-Minute Stay Near Miami Airport - I stayed at Candlewood Suites Miami Intl Airport after my flight back to New York was canceled due to a snowstorm, and it turned out to be the perfect place for an unexpected extended stay. I originally booked this property for its proximity to the airport, but it ended up being so much more than that. The room felt like a true studio apartment, and since I had to work remotely during my extended stay, it was the perfect little home-away-from-home — with everything I needed to settle in comfortably and stay productive. Despite being located right next to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated. The location is also very convenient for travelers needing quick access to the airport. A nice bonus was the restaurant next door, Craft American Eatery — the food was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly. Overall, this was a comfortable, convenient, and well-maintained place to stay. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be near the airport.

Is niet meegedeeld en na navraag na 2 dagen werd de kamer schoongemaakt. Vreemd we betaalden meer dan 250 dollar per nacht. We verbleven 4 nachten en is 1 keer schoongemaakt.

• Robert (2/5): I get it but - Desk person was nice, Dated , no hot water, was told it would be on by 9 pm, as a injured vet , hot water helps my pain, hot water was not turned on till after 4 am, yet overtime I called from 11pm on I was told 1 more hour After traveling all day, I needed a shower and rest, and received neither, as my pain was severe and kept me awake. Just tell the truth.

• Pre (1/5): Avoid this property at all cost, even for free - We booked this hotel through Booking.com with our stay fully prepaid (“0” dollars to be paid at the property), yet we were treated in an appalling and unsafe manner. During check-in, hotel "demanded" a deposit only by credit card. Because of some personal reason, we were unable to provide credit card so we offered to provide the entire deposit in cash instead. Following our request, the hotel right away refused entry, refused a refund and refused to give anything in writing or any form of documentation for their refusal or even a check-out receipt. Rather than showing slightest flexibility or empathy or working out some solution (we reached hotel at 11PM and we had a flight to catch early morning, so it was just few hours of sleep that we needed), they escalated the situation in a way that felt deliberately hostile. They called security, and about 4-5 individuals grouped together, standing very close to us in an intimidating way threatening us to leave the hotel immediately. Ultimately, we were left stranded at 11 PM at night with no accommodation, despite having already paid in full, hotel receiving full payment and requesting them to work out some solution. We had to scramble to find and pay for another hotel out of our own pocket. This was not a matter of “policy,” it was a complete failure of basic hospitality and human decency. The hotel staff not only denied us services we prepaid for, they created a situation that was unnecessarily confrontational and intimidating. No guest should ever have to feel unsafe simply because they are asking for fair treatment or a solution. Avoid this property at all cost, even for free.

I emailed and got no response so i decided to wait at the shuttle area and no shuttle. I took a taxi. DO NOT DEPEND ON THEIR SHUTTLE SERVICE.

Vicino all’aeroporto di Miami, abbastanza nuovo, camera spaziosa con angolo cottura completo ma essenziale in termini di stoviglie, adatto per preparare una colazione o poco più. Pulito, materasso matrimoniale comodo ( del resto negli USA i materassi sono spesso ottimi), cuscini ok, bagno bene. La navetta all’arrivo non è facile da prenotare ( a meno che si abbia il modo e il tempo di chiamare l’hotel) mentre la mattina della partenza abbiamo prenotato l’orario che ritenevamo necessario. Ottimo il signor Ramon che ci ha portati in perfetto orario all’aeroporto. Come hotel d’appoggio per un breve soggiorno mi sento di consigliarlo.

I also enjoy the valet service. I would like if they had their own restaurant and bar. There’s a restaurant and bar that’s connected to the hotel but it isn’t a part of the Candlewood brand. I would be nice to be able to get room service.

• Melissa (3/5): Decent hotel, not the best customer service - Free shuttle to and from airport. Shuttle to cruise port (additional fee) Honestly, I have 2 big issues. The first issue is that I prepaid for my room, as we were going on a cruise I didn't want to bring all my credit cards so I left the one I paid for the room with at home. The employee checking us in wouldn't put the incidentals charge on the card I did bring, which I've done at every other hotel I've ever stayed at, she said refunded the original charge (haven't seen that charge back yet) and made me put the entire room on the only card I had left. Normally it wouldn't have been a huge deal, but we were strapped for the cash due to the government shutdown. So it was extremely inconvenient for us. 2nd issue, the room had a flyer for the restaurant attached to hotel. I ordered our meal and shortly after received a call from the restaurant saying they didn't have the items requested and also didn't take orders from the toast app or deliver to our rooms. They had no way of refunding the order. I realize that most of my issues may lay with the restaurant, however when I showed the employee there the flyer that was in our room he stated they have asked the hotel repeatedly to remove those from the rooms. So I'm out an additional $50. Other than those two issues, the rooms were comfortable enough and they did offer a shuttle service to the cruise port for an additional fee. However given the first two issues, it'll be a long time before we stay at a Candlewood property again. Updated 12/19/2025: Spoke with staff earlier this week, my night stay was refunded. However, it was refunded to someone else, not me. I can no longer contest this with my credit card due to the length of time between transactions. Please make this right and refund my stay! Really not happy with this at the moment.

Отвечают Через сервиз букинга на любые вопросы, кроме заказа трансфера из аэропорта! Уже не в первый раз пытаемся заказать трансфер, писали за несколько дней, ни ответа, ни трансфера нет!!!
