- Turan (10/5): A good place to stay and get refreshed - The room was clean and tidy, I need to say that the 'welcome' cookies were quite tasty. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices to have a healthy and filling breakfast; this is something you need if you plan to have a long trip outside the hotel. We found the pool to be quite clean, this can be both due to the efforts of the staff and the few people around at the time we used it. The only minus was cigarette smell that came from the vents one night; most probably because of another customer. I hope the hotel finds ways to handle such improper people.

- adam (4/5): - Oh dear... nice looking hotel. With absolutely no soul or atmosphere. Have never come across such ignorant or incompetent hotel staff! I thought the turkish knew hospitality?? This lot certainly dont. The ONLY member of staff worth note is the guy in the 13th floor in thw restaurant who is excellent. The management need to go learn a few things from him on what genuine service is! Silly rule about wearing a cap in the pool. Dont bother (they dont check and just want to sell you an overpriced one) There is an abundance of hotels in the area.. i certainly wouldnt stay here again out of choice.

- Susan (9/5): Superb - The rooms 28m2 are vwry clean, kingsize comfortabe bedl and the bathroom with shower and bath. The breakdast is great continental and international halal. The spa, and hamam are for free for the guests. The swimmingpool was for me a bit to cold. Its great to walk from the lobby directly inside the shoppingmall .The rexeptionist lady and the lady of the restaurant Fatma offered a genuine hospitality. My thanks for the ladies.

Chef can’t make quality omelettes and even fried eggs. Green salad leaves were even not clean it’s not a 5star hotel standard breakfast. No vast choice of food but good for turkish local peoples.

Very helpful and kind staff. Location is good. Close to most everything. Loved the spa, indoor swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast buffet is quite a lwt down for a 5 star hotel. Not much range or variety and for 400 lira it is quite pricey.

- Ehud (7/5): Don't expect too much... - This place isn't necessarily bad, but for the rank it has and the facilities it boasts, it falls short where it matters: in the quality of service. The hotel is located right next to a large shopping mall, that has a food court with local cuisine and many shops. The hotel also has a spa floor, with indoor pool, a gym, wet and dry sauna and a hammam! The facility is clean and the room had a nice view of the plains. Foreigners beware: the staff does not know English (they make an effort, but anything involving more than yes/no response will be met with a defeated look), and are not coordinated with each other. I tried to communicate with different members of the staff on different occasions, each time it took effort and repetition to convey my message. In one occasion, a senior member of the staff registered me to a hot-air-balloon (with substantial cost), while ensuring me that I will be joining the rest of my group. In effect, I was attached to a different group (this confusion almost cost me the trip), with any attempt to resolve this issue with another staff member only resulted with repeated "I don't know" responses. I tried to resolve the issue with the original staff member after, but he just shrugged me away. The breakfast might seem luxurious, but in fact is very limited and repetitive after a couple of days - the chef does not seem interested in changing any dish on the menu, which mostly is comprised of canned products, pastry and eggs (done is only one way).

Good wifi signal. They had issues with the card machines at both the Starbucks and the restaurant but not at reception. Staff kept saying it's the machines' fault, but it was obvious they didn't know how to use it but the staff at the reception knew how to operate them. They need more training. I reported this to the reception.

- Razvannica (4/5): Club Room King Bed with Sofa - NO SOFA - Some Crowne feature have been there anyway- the standard is there- implementation no the Club Room King Bed with Sofa Smoking does not exist -is a LIE the personnel was not supportive, considering the above they redirect to discuss with booking.com as they don't know about this type of room. As we were 3 persons- 2 adults and 1 child, finally they put an extra bed, which initially intend to charge with 15 Euro/night. they cancel it after my protest. The AC system although it works, the thermostat was useless- it works like on/off. lighting system which is centralized works with deficiencies- you cannot switch on the light in toilets without centralized on, but with centralized on the lighting around TV is on. In our case with extra bed below TV ( no other place to put- as not enough space) was impossible. Due to my daily activities, where i work with this system i can tell that this does not work as intent- at list compared with Crowne standard

- Lidia (8/5): Very good - The lobby and the size of the room. Many of the staff members weren't speaking English at all and that was frustrating. I wouldn't be able to receive the required information if I wouldn't come with my Turkish speking partner.

- Satish (1/5): Terrible hotel. DON'T STAY - Nothing No hot water in the room for 2 nights and the staff didn't bother to attend to the complaints. Lousy breakfast. Poor management and rude lobby/ night manager.

- Satish (1/5): Bad - Nothing Terrible breakfast in the hotel.....no choice at all & nobody eating their ....seems like a ghost town in fact the seems to be empty. Badly managed arrogant and care damn managers in the lobby. IHG should be ashamed of the hotel. Infact I have decided to stop staying in Crowne plaza from now onwards due to loss trust in the brand after this experience. NOVOTEL IS 10 TIMES BETTER AS A FAMILY HOTEL .
