• Carole (4/5): Ce fut une expérience 😅 - Le personnel à l'arrivée comme au départ était sympathique. Le système de badge pour rentrer quant on veut en soirée. Le manque d'aération dans la salle de bain/WC, les traces de moisissures dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre juste au dessus des lits! Et que dire du bruit de pas, de cris au dessus et a côté de votre lit lorsque vous essayez de passer votre nuit! Le petit déjeuner ok si vous ne mangez pas de déjeuner à l'anglaise.

• Martin (1/5): I arrived early and assured I could leave my luggage on the boat, only the boat wasn't there..! - NOTHING! The boat wasn't there!! I tried numerous times calling but no answer. I had to find alternative accommodation eventually. I have had no offer of a refund or apology. I spoke with another boat owner on the dock, and he told me that they keep losing business because they sail off, and he's told owners this several times. Stick with a hotel that doesn't swan off... The boat would have been nice if it was there !

• Petra (8/5): - Die Atmosphäre eines Schiffes.....mal was anderes als ein Hotel! Das Schiff war sehr schwer zu finden - keine Beschriftung mit "Neptune" und auch auf der Tafel des Liegeplatzes war nur das Schiff "Amsterdam " aufgeführt.

Als je moest douchen kon je beter op de wc gaan zitten , alles werdt toch kletsnat in een veel te kleine ruimte !! Je kon je jas nergens ophangen of je kleding ... alles moet op de grond !! Geen bekertje om je mond te spoelen na het tandenpoetsen en ga zo maar door !! Dit is echt veel te duur voor 1 nachtje slapen ... de helft zou nog te duur zijn !!

• Alberto (4/5): Fracaso absoluto - La ubicacion, a 15 minutos andando del centro. El desayuno era correcto. La relacion calidad-precio, 200 euros por noche una habitacion minuscula. Las escaleras de acceso a las habitaciones muy poco accesibles, las sabanas y toallas muy humedas. Mi nordico sucio y el baño olia muy mal. Es increible que el check in sea de 16:00 a 20:00 y el chech out hasta las 10:00. No recomiendo a nadie este hotel es un engaño total. Habitacion de 2 x 2 mm
• Irene (1/5): Boat ghosted us day of. Owners never got back to us. - Got an email saying the booking was cancelled the afternoon i was supposed to check in. Got to the pier and the boat was not there. Asked around and some guy from a bike rental said i was not the first person that day. They didn’t pick up my calls nor replied my email, texts, messages on booking. This is a scam If I’d ever saw it I could maybe have an opinion.

• Kaitlyn (5/5): It's a hostel boat, not a hotel boat - The boat was clean, the property managers were very nice, I felt safe. It was a cool experience to sleep on a boat, the beds were comfy. The location was excellent, a short walk to Centraal station one direction and to Artis (the zoo) in the other. The place itself is why I still give 5 stars. It's a boat. The rooms are very tiny, the walls are paper thin, and it's difficult to adjust to not flushing any toilet paper down the toilets. It was nice to have a private room, but the rooms are the size of a closet and the toilet is IN the shower (yay constantly wet feet and don't even bother trying to use a blow dryer in there) and also randomly really tall? Like I know Dutch people are typically tall but I had to actually make an effort to get on the toilet and I'm not even that short (169cm or 5'7). Also, again, it's a boat, so there are not many windows and the little port holes you do get are level with the neighboring boat so there is no breeze. It makes the room quite stuffy. Unfortunately someone in a different room had an alarm going off for over an hour at 5 or 6 in the morning which could be heard CLEARLY and kept both my sister and I awake, even though we were already awake, because once the staff member gets up to make breakfast there is no way to sleep since he is RIGHT above us and let me tell you, he does not care about trying to be quiet before dawn on a Sunday. This was very unfortunate as it was my sister's birthday and we had been celebrating, so we were quite drunk when we went to bed, and really needed to get some decent sleep (my hangover after 3 hours of sleep and no access to water was so, so, so, so bad). It's basically a hostel boat, I would never call this place a hotel, and for the price you are better off booking a hotel room or going to an actual hostel so at least you know what you are getting into. Also, I was really excited to meet the family dog that the owners had messaged saying they had, but I never saw a dog, and that was very sad. Oh and in the room there was only a plug on one of the lights, and the other light only has a USB slot to plug a charger into. Turns out this is a problem if you don't have a USB charger or a meter long charging cable.
• Pavlo (10/5): - Excellent location, very lovely host, place is super clean and you can tell that hosts really trying to provide best possible services. Great breakfast is also super nice touch! Out of all other affordable boats it was the best one so far! 5* Pillows are bit too big to my taste, but I like to sleep even without them sometimes.
• Brk (8/5): Wir kommen wieder! - Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen, man kommt innerhalb von 10 min fußläufig zum Stadt Zentrum. Die Kajüte ist natürlich klein aber damit muss man rechnen! Wir fanden dies überhaupt nicht schlimm, sogar ehr gemütlich. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und engagiert, wir hatten kurzzeitig keinen Strom um die Handys zu laden und es wurde sich direkt drum gekümmert. Die Kajüte war sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Frühstückt war ebenfalls gut! Für jedermann was dabei ob süß oder herzhaft! ( man darf natürlich nicht vom 10 Sterne buffet ausgehen ). Alles in allem ein super gelungener Aufenthalt und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

• Esmeralda (8/5): Enorm genoten, voor herhaling vatbaar. - Ontbijt was helemaal prima, genoeg en ruime keus. Bedden lagen lekker. Locatie voor ons doel was perfect. Al met al echt genoten, voor herhaling vatbaar. Eigenlijk niet veel slechts te melden. Wel wat gehorig, mensen die de trap op en af gaan als je op bed ligt..maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Kamer niet groot, maar voor ons hoofddoel; slapen, was het meer dan prima. Persoonlijk zou ik graag ergens 1 of 2 haakjes zien, zodat je bijvoorbeeld je jas kan ophangen, al is het maar in de badkamer.

Todas las noches se ponía a gotear paredes y techo de la condensación, pero por las mañanas, ventilando, se solventaba.. El cuarto baño no tenía bombilla.. y no nos lo arreglaron.. almenos nos devolvieron el dinero del impuesto, unos 20€, por las molestias.

• Domenico (1/5): Caduta Libera con Gerry Scotti? No, alloggio da evitare ! - Ho soggiornato 3 notti pagando circa 500€, cifra che altrove avrei speso decisamente meglio. La struttura è stata consigliata da Booking in seguito alla cancellazione di un'altra prenotazione, altrimenti non ci sarei mai andato. Ero in camera con una ragazza disabile non udente, e nonostante questo non c'è stata alcuna attenzione o sensibilità da parte della gestione. La scortesia di chi gestisce è stata il punto più alto (in negativo) del soggiorno. Avevo chiesto gentilmente se fosse possibile far spostare o invitare le persone a non fumare proprio sopra la nostra camera, visto che tutte le camere hanno un unica finestra che si affaccia su un pontile dove gli ospiti possono sostare. Mi è stato risposto che "ognuno è libero di fare ciò che vuole". Il risultato? Fumo in camera, rumore fino a tardi e sonno compromesso da chiacchiere continue sopra la nostra testa. Alla richiesta di una semplice ricevuta, mi è stato detto di no. Ricordo che è un mio diritto riceverla. Per non parlare della pulizia: a dir poco discutibile. A tratti mi sembrava di essere finito in una puntata di “Caduta Libera” con Gerry Scotti, aspettandomi che da un momento all’altro qualcuno potesse cadere dall’alto nella stanza. In tutto questo, ci si dimentica di un principio fondamentale: la libertà personale finisce dove inizia quella dell’altro. Una struttura del genere, in molti altri paesi, sarebbe già stata chiusa per motivi ben più gravi.

• Alena (7/5): Nice concept, but a party at night was annoying - Nice and original concept to try One night it was really loud :( Around 10 pm we went to sleep, and some kind of party started later till almost the morning hours. The next day we should travel by bus back, so it was really pity to not get a proper sleep this night.

• Michael_Mon (7/5): Interessante Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. - Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, die Innenstadt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Fahrräder konnten an Deck abgestellt werden. Das Frühstück war inbegriffen!

• Chanelle B (4/5): Not a great experience - Was easy to walk to major attractions. There were multiple boats and trying to find staff sometimes was hard. The toilet flooded in my room in the middle of the night and apparently it is a known issue when they turn off the pump or something. Not sure why they let people stay in that room if it is a known issue. Had to then pack up all belongings and change rooms in the middle of the night.

We booked a room my daughters and I and one of my daughters works home office and was there at the dinning area and she said everyone was so nice. Good WiFi and they let us storage our suitcase because our departure was a bit late. Everything great There was no A/C but the nights where fresh and that’s that we traveled last days of June, so we had no problem that there was no A/C

• Alexandra (4/5): Für eine Nacht okay, wenn man keine Ansprüche hat und kompromissbereit ist - Handtücher und bezogene Betten vor Ort, Frühstück zum satt werden, auf Nachfrage gab es sogar Margarine, aus dem 500 g Pott konnte man sich mit dem Messer etwas nehmen, leider keine Butter dabei... Aber Kaffee lecker. Wir sind nicht auf der Noorderzon eingecheckt worden aufgrund Platzmangel, wurden auf einem Nachbarschiff fremdquartiert. Das Deck war nicht aufgeräumt, alles lag noch rum und wirkte sehr verlassen, zumindest fegen wäre toll gewesen, lieblos vier Stühle hingestellt und ein Aschenbecher, kein Tisch. Unser 4 - Bett - Zimmer war räumlich getrennt durch eine Toilette, die von links und rechts durch eine Schiebetür jeweils geschlossen werden konnte, um wenigstens etwas Privatsphäre genießen zu dürfen. Fußboden bzw. Teppich dreckig, Toilette und Dusche musste ich erstmal mit selbst mitgebrachtem Sagrotan reinigen, da Rückstände vom Vormieter!!! (Durchfall im Klo). Vermutlich wurde einfach nur die Grundreinigung vergessen. Extrem hellhörig und sehr kurze Betten. Ab 1,80 m Körpergröße wird es knapp... Sind daher auch schon einen Tag früher abgereist.

• BrookLin (3/5): The boat stay was uncomfortable due to the heat, noise, dirty beds, and strong smell of weed. - The location is a great spot. It is close to the center and walking distance from most places we went to visit. It is a unique experience to stay on a boat. It was also nice that we could drop off our luggage before check-in. Unfortunately, our stay on the boat was not very comfortable. The cabins got extremely hot at night, making it hard to sleep, and the beds were dirty when we arrived. Since the windows stay open for airflow, dust and debris often blew in and landed on the beds. It was also quite noisy at night due to people talking and hanging out outside. Another downside was the strong smell of weed from people smoking on the deck, which easily drifted into the rooms with the windows open. While a few staff members were genuinely kind and helpful, others were not as friendly. Overall, the experience didn’t meet our expectations.
