• Julie (4/5): Too expensive for value. Won’t go back. - Well located between Padang Padang and Uluwatu. Big room, clean. Easy to get dinner if motorized Way too expensive for value. It should be half price. Misleading pictures. All rooms are in front of another room or a wall. No lush garden as shown. Just an outside café by the road that we can hear from the rooms. Cheap appliances (doorknobs, room door not closing…), only a small mirror, no kettle. Staff upon checking was not very welcoming. No towel hook in bathroom or deying rack for beach clothes

• Clàudia (1/5): UNA ESTAFA. Pagas por una cosa y no recibes absolutamente nada. - Nada. No tengo nada bueno que decir al respecto. Mi experiencia en Padang Padang Breeze ha sido absolutamente nefasta y, sinceramente, una auténtica estafa. Tenía una reserva del 31 de marzo al 2 de abril y pagué un extra por una cama king size porque eran mis últimos días de vacaciones y quería descansar bien antes del viaje. Al llegar, ni siquiera encontraban mi reserva. Me hicieron esperar unos 15 minutos mientras hablaban con la “jefa”, insinuando incluso que yo me había equivocado. Finalmente, me dicen que solo les queda una habitación disponible. Cuando voy a verla, la realidad fue indignante: la habitación olía a cerrado, había dos camas en lugar de una king size, estaban llenas de hormigas, y el baño era pequeño, sucio y con mucha humedad. Nada que ver con lo que anuncian en las fotos, que son claramente publicidad engañosa. Reclamé en recepción porque esa NO era la habitación que había reservado. Me pasaron con la jefa por teléfono, y su respuesta fue que “mañana lo arreglaría el albañil”. Algo totalmente absurdo teniendo en cuenta que mi estancia era de solo dos noches. Tras insistir, acordamos que cancelarían la reserva y me devolverían el dinero. Aquí empieza la peor parte: el hotel NUNCA canceló la reserva. Tuve que buscar otro alojamiento de urgencia ese mismo día. Contacté con Booking, que intentó mediar, pero el hotel dejó de responder completamente. Después de insistir varias veces, me dijeron que en 7 días me harían el reembolso. Esperé 12 días y nada. Volví a escribir y nunca más contestaron. Tras múltiples reclamaciones, lo único que he conseguido es un reembolso del 45% en el monedero de Booking. Es decir: pagué 54€ (que en Indonesia no es poco) y el hotel se ha quedado con mi dinero sin ofrecer absolutamente ningún servicio. Además, el trato de la jefa fue vergonzoso: maleducada, poco profesional y llegó a colgar el teléfono cuando no le gustó lo que le estaba diciendo. NO recomiendo este hotel bajo ningún concepto.

• Jared (9/5): Location, location, location. - The location was the best part of this place, not that the facilities were lacking. The open concept shower situation is definitely interesting, but the beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The staff was exceptional when I forgot some belongings in my room after checkout, and I had them returned. The water heat was touch and go. I could've done with an extra set of keys for the room, but truly you get what you pay for.

• Palina (9/5): - A very spacious room and friendly staff. The location is close to the beaches, which was also a plus for us (the beaches are more suitable for surfers than for swimming tho).
• Anaïs (6/5): Correcte pour être de passage et privilégiant la localisation - Le chambre était bien, l’établissement est bien placé et la décoration de bon goût. Ils ont étaient conciliant sur l’heure d’arrivée, nous on laissé entrer dans la chambre plus tôt que prévu et on eu la gentillesse de nous garder nos affaires le jour du Check out. C’était très bruyant dû à la route collé à l’hôtel, et la douche n’était pas très fonctionnelle. On ne peut pas vraiment leur en vouloir pour ça, mais cependant lors du Check out nous n’avons pas réglé notre petit déjeuner. Nous avons eu l’honnêteté de revenir le dire plus tard dans la journée quand nous nous en sommes rendus compte, et au moment de payé il manquait deux cafés. Que nous avons demandé à rajouter, toujours honnêtement. Et en contrepartie, nous avons avons payé 377k au lieu de 315k. Prix plus élevé que la moyenne pour moins de qualité (seulement deux choix disponibles sur la carte) et du jus d’orange en bouteille mixé au blender pour le style. Merci pour le supplément honnêteté ! Nous pouvons comprendre qu’il s’agit de leur business, mais il s’agirait de le faire honnêtement et correctement, nous ne reviendrons pas.

The rooms were huge and to cool them there is only a small air conditioner that is not enough. In addition, they have a motorbike rental service and the motorbikes are full of dust and also lack technical maintenance, unreliable.

They didn't even provide water, and as we all know, in Bali you can only drink bottled water. They sold small bottles at very high prices. They didn't even take their shoes off when they entered our room, something that all Balinese people in Bali do, without exception. It was a negative surprise. A strong smell of paint at all times due to the constant construction work that was being done...

Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación y no lo hicieron, tampoco nos ofrecieron ningún tipo de compensación. En definitiva, les dio igual. Además, la habitación no era como la de las fotos. El desayuno también lo atendieron a medias, y el personal fue muy antipático.

• Carla (8/5): Lovely place to stay and rest well in between Padang Padang beach and uluwatu beach. - I liked the design and good taste of the spaces, the rooms were extremely clean and well lit. Loved the fact the rooms had AC for cooling down hot nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place needs a clear sign with the name of the Accomodation. Drivers get confused and it was a bit hard to locate at the beginning. The breakfast was not tasty, the “sourdough” bread Was dry and the avocado unripe. Would recommend getting breakfast somewhere else around.

The property definitely has potential to be better. - The property was nicely decorated and in a pretty good location. To be honest, I was a little disappointed. It doesn’t really look like the pictures. The bathroom wasn’t comfortable, and a little dirty. The floor in the room was also dirty.

• Mae (8/5): Simple stay, great location, friendly staff. - We stayed in the first bungalow on site, it was very simple and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was spacious. The breakfast was also simple and delicious, I had the cheese and tomato omlette. Their fresh fruit juices were great to start the day off with! The location is right across the road from the beach, where you step out and can watch the sun rise in the morning which was absolutely glorious. It's far enough away from the mosque/temple that it's not too loud compared to being right next to it. Also the air con mostly worked. The staff were very friendly and kind. Nothing of note, the air con was a little weak but still managed to cool down the room.

Il problema é il personale maleducato sia lato proprietario che lato staff al check in. Hanno cancellato senza motivo la prenotazione dei giorni centrali di agosto senza motivo e senza preavviso lasciandoci senza un posto dove dormire in un momento in cui Uluwatu era pieno e non c erano posti disponibili . Questo é molto scorretto alla luce che erano oltre 7 g che eravamo nella stanza in 2 ragazze senza creare alcun disagio. Sono quindi inaffidabili.
