Staff were helpful and prompt to bring additional blankets and check our tv connection upon request. The room was clean in some areas and then absolutely filthy in others. The pillows were all very high and the spa pool was luke warm.

Loved the big outdoor balconies! Unfortunately our room wasn’t ready to check in by 3pm, luckily we had 2 rooms booked and could use the one room

The room was easy to access and was roomy, clean and comfortable. the suite was vell appointed and the parking was secure and easy to get to. Close to lots of eateries and attractions. Would prefer a better view next time and parking is slightly confusing and spots a little small.

We didn’t use the car parking but we think $35 a night is too expensive. It should be included in the price of the unit

• Sharon (9/5): Nice enough place but location a bit far from the train. - Clean and well equipped room. Very comfortable bed. Staff weren’t as friendly as other Meriton properties we’ve stayed in. They hardly smiled and we didn’t feel that warm welcome were used to elsewhere.
• Richard (9/5): Lovely - The lady at reception was so lovely on arrival, rewarded us a gift as our 40th anniversary which was unexpected. The pool was fab and very close to the train station to get around Sydney. Will certainly stay there on next visit to Syd. Could not fault this stay.

• Alex (7/5): Disappointing due to having much better experiences previously - The location, we have stayed here before and loved it every time, however this visit left us a little disappointed The lady checking us in was rude and awkward which I chalked up to the fact that she could be new, however we have been served by her before and that was 6months ago, we paid $80 for parking and weren’t even able to park in the designated spots and had to park in the child care facility on the other side of the premises due to the maintenance of the carpark which we weren’t told about prior to paying for the parking. The room service staff were rude and abrupt, he tried getting to an argument with me over towels… towels…
