• Paulius (7/5): Not perfect, but hotel offers value for money - Location, value for money, breakfast had some Hungarian dishes Room was shaking from passing trams or metro. It could have been cleaner. Haven't been refurbished for a very long time. Lots of homeless people around Blaha Lujza station.

• Elenija (6/5): Неплохо, но цена завышена за такой. И оценка тоже. Поставила бы твёрдую 6 и только за локацию - Расположение очень хорошее, единственное за что плюс. Близко к метро, магазинам и пешком до разных интересных мест. Неплохой завтрак, выбора немного, но голодными не были. Утром уезжали рано в аэропорт и попросили заранее еду с собой, дали пакет со всем необходимым Номер очень неудобный, окно выходило в общий коридор, где ходят люди, поэтому не могли даже открыть занавески, чтоб в комнате было светлее. Было душно в номере , а окно не открыть. Хотели включить кондиционер, но пульт приделан к стене и не работал, приходилось становиться на стул, чтоб его включить. Расстояние от кровати до стены очень маленькое и неудобное, бились коленями, у кого высокий рост и длинные ноги, будег некомфортно. Убрки нет, только если оставить табличку, приносили только полотенце и пару раз забыли принести полотенце для ног в душе. Наволочки на подушках были несвежие, видимо, забыли поменять, было неприятно. В душе мыло вообще не мыло, берите с собой и мыло и шампунь. Вообще не мылилось, длинные волосы не возможно помыть, да и на тело тоже, выльешь всю их банку в душе, пока помоешься.

HSK open ny door without even knocking.. no applogies from reception. The guy at the reception seemed not to care .. coffe Maschine was only the motor.. not the glssmaker .. so no coffee even though it was posted there is a coffee Maschine in the room. Lots of Junkies outside the building .. looks depressive .

• Andrii (8/5): - Я був одну ніч, для мене все було цілком добре. Зловив дуже гарну ціну, за такої ціни, повністю адекватне розташування. До ценьру не далееко, вокзал близько. Попалися трохи шумні сусіди, і зарахунок того що вікна виходять в двір, було дуже чутно коли сусіди вночі поверталися додоиу.

• Samaras (3/5): Would not stay again - The only things I genuinely liked were the breakfast, which was good and fresh every morning, and the lady at the reception who was extremely polite, welcoming, and kind throughout my stay. She was professional and made me feel respected as a guest. The room was very dirty upon arrival, and there were hairs everywhere in the bedsheets, which immediately made the room feel unhygienic. The shower system was also extremely frustrating, it was button-operated and I had to press it every 15 seconds just to keep the water running. On top of that, there was only boiling hot water available, making it almost impossible to shower comfortably. I normally enjoy very hot showers, but this temperature was genuinely unbearable. The beds were heavily worn out and visibly deformed from overuse, to the point where you could clearly see the shape left in the mattress. Comfort and sleep quality were therefore very poor. Also the curtains were very high and probably i was visible from outside. The sink was also not draining fast enough and smelled. Another issue was the lack of staff knowledge. The male receptionist did not seem familiar with the hotel layout and could not even explain where the electrical sockets were located in the room. Finally, the sound insulation was practically nonexistent. I could hear everything happening around the hotel and in nearby rooms, which made it difficult to relax or sleep properly.

• Laura (1/5): Struttura pessima e disonesta - La posizione è comoda per spostarsi sia a piedi che con i mezzi Le camere sono sporche e maleodoranti con moquette piena di macchie, le lenzuola chiaramente usate perché piene di peli, capelli e liquidi corporei, abbiamo chiesto allo staff di cambiare camera, ma anche nella seconda camera abbiamo trovato lenzuola sporche, ci siamo lamentati subito con lo staff e ci hanno detto che avrebbero cambiato le lenzuola il giorno dopo perché le cameriere erano andate via, ma abbiamo visto che c’erano ancora in giro carrelli con biancheria, inoltre lo staff si è premurato di chiarire che l’albergo è situato in una bella zona ma lo standard della pulizia è questo e dal momento che era inaccettabile soggiornare nella struttura abbiamo lasciato immediatamente l’albergo e trovato un’altra struttura in zona. Inutili sono stati i nostri tentativi per richiedere indietro il pagamento che avevamo appena fatto e purtroppo ad oggi dopo 12 gg è dopo vari reclami presenti anche a Booking ancora non abbiamo ricevuto nessun rimborso ed è una situazione inaccettabile dal momento che non abbiamo usufruito del servizio dovuto allo stato di scarso igiene . Sconsigliamo vivamente a tutti di soggiornare in questa struttura.

• María (2/5): 0 RECOMENDADO - Ña ubicación estaba cebtrico al menos. Pues que no tiene nada que ver con lo que se ofrecía. La foto que te ponen es otra cosa distinta. Te ofrecen en instalaciones una plancha ,escritorio,cafetera... ni escritorio habia imaginate el resto... las luces de fuera no iban bien y me tocaba abrir y cerrar con la luz de la linterna. Las almohada tenia bollos y tuve que pedir otra y tampoco habia control del aire acondicionado que tuve que pedir. Olia a tuberia cada vez que entraba.... tenia que dejar ventilando todo el dia,una ventada que estaba rota. El baños tenia el lavabo flotante, pegado a la pared con silicona desgastada y rota y hacia que se balancease y en cualquier momento se cayese.. el poyete de la ventana con una suciedad... el cabecero estaba echo con corcho mugroso y las sabanas le quedaban pequeña a la cama y podias ver el colchón que mejor ni lo describo... todo esto con fotos que tengo claro, me faltó echarle una fotito al cortapichas que habíaen el baño. Pd: en el baño se caian hasta los tornillos del aparato que sostiene el papel higienico

• Rafa (7/5): Hotel en Budapest - Lo mejor fue la ubicación y el servicio de desayuno. Lo que no nos gustó fue la limpieza de las camas, las sabanas estaban llenas de pelos. Además el colchón era muy incómodo.

• Yuliia (7/5): Could be improved, but overall OK - Room has everything you need, heated towel rack was a big plus. No place to put your amenities in the shower, but not a huge issue. Location is good, a lot of shops nearby, and the main train station is within a walking distance. The building is old, I think, and there were a lot of weird sounds at night like pipes flushing water, screeching etc., not easy to fall asleep. Staff was overall helpful but not very friendly. Breakfast buffet choice is very limited.

The breakfast is decent and the rooms are very spacious The towels were smelling of mold, the toilet had shit stains, the ventilation is all dusted, the bed squeaks a lot when you move it is not stable at all, room was somewhat cleaned

• ANA (3/5): Nefasto …un servicio malísimo en todos los sentidos no recomendable ! - Lo único positivo para valorar en el alojamiento es donde está ubicado a 20 minutos andando del Parlamento y muy céntrico,muy bien comunicado para moverte por la ciudad . Es un hotel muy desordenada tanto en limpieza como con los servicios q ofrece .Solicitamos q arreglaran la TV porque no funcionaba y en los 5 días q hemos estado han hecho caso omiso.Por otro lado tuvimos q solicitar toallas limpias y q limpiaran el cuarto ya q no lo hacían. Y para rematar teniendo el desayuno incluido avisamos q nos prepararán para llevar el desayuno del domingo y no nos lo prepararon. Un despropósito de hotel y q decir de las personas encargadas de recepción poco preparadas y muy poco simpáticas y el desayuno repetitivo ,no volveremos !!

• Aitor (6/5): Acceptable - Te un pati interior molt bonic, però les habitacions son petites. Podria estar més net, estava decent. El buffet poc variat de un dia a l'altre.
• Mayra Yulieth (1/5): Esperaba que fuera mejor - En el momento de hacerlas reservas pedí una de colchon doble, me dijeron que estaba aprobada cuando llegamos al hotel resulta que dicen que ninguna de las habitaciones tiene cocho doble y que eran 2 colchones individuales, que en todo momento se separaban y se deslizaban y era muy incómodo dormir. La base de madera sonaba muchísimo. Y la limpieza del hotel fatal. De 3 noches. Ninguno cambiaron ni siquiera las toallas. Y no creo que hayan cambiado las sábanas anteriores porque olían mal.

Literie inconfortable (obligé de dormir avec les matelas par terre car les sommiers grinçaient) - lavabo bouché - pas de ménage pendant le séjour - linge de toilette usé. Très bruyant malgré le double vitrage - sirènes toute la nuit. Rideaux occultants trop courts - il fait jour dans la chambre.

Було дуже шумно, буле все чути що люди говорять, одним словом я не поспала! Дуже погана звукоізоляція, через двері все було чути і неможливо було заснути! А так самі умови не погані! Звукоізоляція

Появился запах отвратительный запах во всех комнатах, постельное бельё всё грязное, в каких-то пятнах, персонал разговаривает недружелюбно, утром на завтрак все ходят вверх-вниз пешком, потому что единственный лифт окупирован уборщицами, которые постоянно перемещают свои тележки, дождаться лифта ни на одном этаже не возможно. Много раз был в этом отеле, но больше, наверное, не поеду
