• Renata (1/5): Me parece que un hostal con esa administración no puede estar en este tipo de plataformas, ya que uno se confia de que l - Al momento de llegar al hostal, la recepcionista y dueña, nos recibió de mala forma diciendo al tiro que no tenía ninguna reserva, se le explica la situación, le mostramos la reserva que hicimos mediante Booking y ella dice que no la vió y “que se le pasó”, o sea que no guardo nuestra reserva y por lo tanto, nosotros nos quedamos sin alojamiento a las 23hrs.

• Ralf (8/5): Sehr sauberes kleines Hostal in guter Lage - Sehr sauberes Hotel in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße gelegen.Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar .Für Pucón eine gute Wahl Das ich nach 1,5 Tagen mein Zimmer wechseln musste .Habe leider nicht alles verstanden ,Warum ?

The lady at the reception was also very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful (different breads, fruit/vegetables, cold cuts and cheese, scrambled eggs, coffee/tea/hot chocolate and juices). A wonderful way to start the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The walls are thin and not very soundproof, so you'll hear your neighbor.

Ingrid la encargada del hostal sumamente atenta y amable en nuestra estadia, nos ayudo siempre, recomiendo la estadia por su atencion y comodidad del lugar Las habitaciones son chicas con poca ventilacion, pero las camas son comodas. No cuenta con estacionamiento privado, afuera del hostal no esta medido el estacionamiento y algunas veces no encontrabamos lugar y tuvimos que estacionar unos metros atras. Sin embargo por la noche dejaban libre y ahi podes mover el auto para que quede justo afuera del hostal. Es una ciudad tranquila y segura para dejar el auto afuera

Lekker bed en fijn om een eigen badkamer te hebben De kamer had geen airco of ventilator waardoor het ‘s avonds best warm was in de kamer. De dame van het hostel sprak enkel Spaans en deed geen moeite ons te willen begrijpen in het Engels, van een beetje toeristenplaats zou je toch verwachten dat ze ook basic Engels verstaan

• Maria Pia (10/5): - The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room. She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host. The place itslef is very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient. When in Pucon, it is definitely the place to go to!

Fanns även nescafe och enklare kök att tillgå med kyl/frys, kökstillbehör och micro. Rummen var något små men annars ingenting att klaga på. Rekommenderar varmt detta stället.

• Lisa-Gry (8/5): Hyggeligt hostel med god morgenmad - Et hyggeligt hostel med rigtig god stemning. Ejerne er meget søde og hjælpsomme. Beliggenhed er perfekt ift. busstation, restauranter og søen. Det eneste man kunne ønske, er et udendørsområde, hvor man ville kunne slappe af. Morgenmaden er fin med cornflakes, brød med ost/skinke, frugt og røræg tilberedt af ejerne. Rigtig fint hostel til en meget acceptabel pris.

Fridge and dining area that is independent of the breakfast area. Guests are welcome to use the fridge and the sink and the microwave.
