- Sunil (5/5): Ok for the price point but not 5 star - Room we booked was comfortable and generally all worked well. Mini bar & room service good and well priced. Breakfast was not bad given price. We booked a large room and surprisingly it had limited wardrobe & bag space. Area around the hotel is not developed and the grounds of the hotel itself overgrown. A pot of coffee was provided at breakfast but if you wanted a particular type e.g. cappuccino... it was an extra (probably not expensive though)

- Julian (9/5): Huge room with gorgeous views - We stayed in the junior suite and the view was fantastic! The room itself was very large with gorgeous views in all directions. We missed the breakfast but the staff was very kind to organise a little takeaway box for us to take as we had an early flight. Fantastic value for money here! The only thing to fault it, there isn't much nearby if you want to have a shop within walking distance or a beach. Personally it didn't bother us, we took taxis everywhere and were happy to do so.

Fick ett inrökt rum, och därefter ett mycket sämre rum flera våningar ned utan någon som helst kompensation trots nästan två timmars väntande på nytt rum. Fanns en 6-7 sidor lång pärm med kostnader för alltifrån ansiktshanddukar till sängram på rummet, där dem debiterar för lortiga handdukar (Hela syftet med handdukar är väl att bli ren med dessa? Hört talas som att tvätta dessa i tvättmaskin?). Får betala för bastu och transport till stranden trots att det står på deras egna hemsida att dessa är gratis. Ogästvänlig personal i receptionen.

- tony (10/5): Loved staying here and would most definitely stay here again when in da nang, staff were amazing - The Breakfast was amazing so much to choose from and presentation was amazing :) Had lunch and dinner there and the food again was beautiful and very big portions. The staff were very helpful and always at hand. The location was very good very quite part of Da Nang BUT easy to get to where you want. parking was very secure and very fast to get to from the airport. The sky bar is very big with a good view of Da Nang you can see all the way to ba na hills to lady buddha and the city from the hotel. The pool was great in the shade most of the day which helps as it can get really hot!!! The room was beautiful, big and bed very comfy. the gym was very small BUT was not there for the gym :) and so much more to do in Da Nang than gym :))

- Zsolt (8/5): Absolutely fine to stay here! Nice views from the rooftop bar. - Perfectly fine to stay here - especially if you wanna be a bit further from the noise of the city. The hotel is fairly new, and is in a good shape generally. The pool and the pool area are nice, however cleaning the perimeter glass panels more often would massively add to the overall impression. Unfortunately did not have the time to enjoy the spa facilities, but we've heard good feedback about those. The room was fine, but a little more thorough maintenance - again- would benefit the place. Service in the lobby was good, and even better were breakfast and housekeeping crew. Breakfast staff is great, they do an amazing job. Breakfast offer was massive - I could hardly even try all what was on offer. Surely the best aspect of all. So - sure - book this hotel any time, no issues - I can recommend it. On the other hand - there is absolutely nothing around in the area, so only stay here if you want peace and calm. Or if you don't mind a £ 0.50 grab to the beach ( 10 min drive ) - which we did not so we just took one every time we wanted to hit the city. Rooftop bar has great view and nice service! More thorough maintenance on plumbing items, and regular cleaning of the pool perimeter glass panels would help a lot in the overall impression. Otherwise a nice hotel!

Staff were rude and their customer service was appalling. If your put on a high level floor expect loud music vibrating your room until late, receptionist does nothing when ask to change to a lower floor.

- David (8/5): A stay in the DaNang area which facilitated a battery recharge - It had great views of the harbour although a little isolated from the main features of Da Nang , great if you want peace and quiet after a busy day out touring. Its isolation from the main DaNang scene, although it was only 30/40,000 vnd to take a grab. I felt the reception staff were a little curt and they could refine their manner a little. The dinning area staff are excellent
- Giovanni (2/5): Very poor - Nada Not a 5 star hotel 5 star hotel are not made not just by pool and spa but from the Service! Just arrived first thing I have been asked was the payment then not much about information and sent the room With one luggage on the hand and one in the trolley Then I asked some recommendations from dinner and things to but I got nothing The level of English is less than Poor Long story short The ac was so noisy and asked to be fixed I have told yes yes.. But I haven't slept for 4 nights without ac was too hot I booked a massage for 6 and I asked to use the sauna before The sauna at 6.20 wasn't ready yet I got a towel (attached in the picture) That left me without words, I let U describe Don't be fooled by the nice room with a view, view isn't great There is not master switch for the light The hairdryer is so cheap The view from the pool isn't nice neither Gym could be ok for someone with low fitness level (no offense) I asked for a body scale and they don't have it The location is bad So far from everything Breakfast is rich but nothing good They don't do Poached eggs They don't do espresso, there isn't a coffee machine just black coffee I just had fruits. boiled eggs and oats for all my stays They ask me to pay everything instead of charging to the room To finish this bad experience At the check out they ask u to wait meanwhile they check the room and mini bar

- Phillip (10/5): Great hotel - Hotellier was incredibly helpfull and spoke great english. We showed up with no resavation and rather than booking us through the hotel system, he directed us to booking.com where we got the room for half the price. Hotel is located outside of the cbd so requires a 1hr walk from the station or a 125,000ish taxi ride.

- Josephine (10/5): Very satisfying, relaxing and enjoyable. - Very comfortable as it is far from busyness of the city. We just like it quiet and relaxing and Alansea did not disappoint. A big plus to the service that they give with a big smile. Cam On!👍 There is nothing we didn’t like at all but may we suggest More promotion on your Hotel as it is a great hotel. More power to you and the staffs hoping to see you again in the future.
- Bianca (9/5): Luxury at an affordable price - The facilities are clean and the room is very comfortable The only bad thing about the hotel is that the breakfast is too early. It is supposed to be till 9:30 but if you get to breakfast even at 7:30 there will be very few things left which was not great.
- Nakatani (8/5): The hotel itself is perfect and wonderful. - The staff's service was exceptional. I was surprised that they provided such great service at this price. The room was spacious, with a balcony, and the view was amazing. Most of the guests were Korean, and you had to follow some Korean customs. It’s not that I dislike Korean people, but the strong sense of group mentality intensified the feeling of being in a "Korean world." I couldn't fully relax mentally. If the hotel aims to be international, this could be a negative impression for them as well.
- Lisa (8/5): Nice view, breakfast and staff - Great view and sunset! Very nice breakfast. Everything was good, we felt like really special guests! Rent a motorbike to get around or make use of the Grab app of the services of the hotel to get where you want. /
- Blake (9/5): This hotel is a fantastic option for your holidays in Da Nang - The pool was fantastic, the rooms were modern, comfortable yet affordable, the staff were exceptional. While the location is not on the beach nor in the city centre, it’s on a cool spot with views of the northern bay, the mountains, and views of the dragon bridge and city from the skybar- another major reason to visit. With that skybar, this place is a standalone venue for good sized events. We made a same-day booking, and we received nothing but above standard hospitality throughout. The only fault I could find was the fact that there were two light switches by the bed- one for the hallway and one for the high-beam down lights in the room. You flick the wrong switch when wake up to pee and you’re like a kangaroo standing in front of a semi on the great northern.
- Esha (10/5): Great stay - The staff listened and made our stay more fruitful. We complained about the air conditioning system, they made the effort to get us fan for all the rooms we booked. The unique thing was they had a triple deluxe room which have already catered for three ppl. The air-conditioning was bad. The food was quite limited for Indian customers.

- Paul (9/5): All good - Great hotel - fantastic staff- lovely breakfast - amazing room Nothing - location is a bit out of town but we knew that - a very cheap grab ride gets you anywhere in minutes - noisy Korean coach party making noises on landings early hours of the morning - we decided to give them a taste of their own medicine on our wait morning start after they ignored our request to keep quiet 😀
- Wauters (10/5): Very nice hotel. Incredible value - Very nice hotel and facilities. Plenty of staff to assist you. Very friendly and helpfull. They really search for good solutions. Good food. Try the roomservice😀. Also the spa👍. Much choice at the breakfast and every day something new. Quiet neigherhood but with grab you get to the center fast The gym did not have many weights. Really just a token room. The big pool is not heated. So i needed some time to adjust.
