• Alexandra (9/5): - Die Räumlichkeiten haben mir gut gefallen. Alexassdro war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend war grün und die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 20 Minuten vom Zentrum und 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Es ist jedoch alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, aber die Nachbarn über mir waren laut.

• Krzysztof (10/5): - Dobra lokalizacja bo obok przystanek autobusowy, 5 min spacerem do dworca kolejowego. Nieco na uboczu od samej starówki ale to na plus ze względu na spokój. Podróżowanie w 3 osoby dorosły + 2 dzieci i mieszkanie spełniło moje oczekiwania. Pokoje duże i komfortowe. Nie było problemów z łóżeczkiem dla małego dziecka. Wracaliśmy wieczorem i mimo, że wymeldowanie było do 10 rano mogliśmy skorzystać z bezpłatnego przechowania bagażu do wieczora.

Comfy bed and good shower. Alex the host was so accommodating and attentive to needs. Location was probably just a bit far from the centre for us.

• Taeko (10/5): 素晴らしい、また泊まりたい！ - 広々として、モダンな室内のデザインが素敵でした。中庭に面したバルコニーも最高。さまざまな生活用品が完備されていて、スーパーも近くにあり、全く不便がありませんでした。建物の入り口のカギと部屋のカギ（二重！）でセキュリティも安心。こちらの事情に合わせてチェックイン時間を調整して下さったり、本当に感謝しています。 気になったのは洗面台の水はけが少し悪かったことくらいです。また欲を言えば、バスタブがあればさらに嬉しかったけれど、シャワーの設備もすばらしく、どちらも大きな問題ではありません。
• Jay (9/5): Great stay, well-maintained and comfortable room close to Centrale - Location is close to Bologna centrale about 12 mins walk. Host was welcoming and friendly. Apartment is spacious and complete with cooking wares and utensils. Separate bed is comfortable and cozy. Strong wifi connection and clean toilet. No sound proofing. Can hear people outside going up and down, and doors closing.

Presenti prodotti per pulizie e cucinare (qualcosa di condimento a parte il sale sarebbe stato il top) Apprezzatissime le cialde caffè e il frigo con acqua e bibite. Pulito e confortevole, posteggi davanti casa ancora se a pagamento. Sulla posizione è relativo, a noi serviva come punto di appoggio per il teatro la Baracca (a due passi). Bagno con molti appendini e punti di appoggio Per le prossime occasioni sarà sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento! Letti per noi non comodissimi, materassi un po' morbidi. Non imputabile all'appartamento in se: da segnalare pessima insonorizzazione nel condominio, ma per la nostra esperienza vicini rispettosi nelle ore notturne. Buona insonorizzazione dalla camera della letto dai rumori in strada. Altra pecca, per noi che viaggiavamo con una bambina piccola, tavolo della cucina davvero alto rispetto alle sedie. Non abbiamo chiesto ma magari un seggiolone anche basic ikea su richiesta sarebbe super

Нов чист апартамент с всичко необходимо в кухнята,кафе, чай,захар и дори туристически карти,бърз интернет,голям хладилник с комплимент просеко от великолепния домакин. Лично ни посрещна и ни предаде ключовете и ни показа всичко в апартамента.Отоплението е с парно (много комфортно регулира се по желание) , охлаждането е с климатик,удобни легла, дори има детско легло със всичко необходимо. Като препоръка: Би било добре да има еднократни чехли.

Квартира небольшая, но очень комфортная для 4 человек (две пары). Очень чисто и удобно. Недалеко от центра, вокзала и автостанции. Душевая кабина не герметична и протекает. Пришлось привыкнуть не направлять душ на дверцу.

Well furbished, quiet, nice and clean Appartment. Everything available that was needed, wonderful! Good beds. The Apartment was a bit outside of the City Center which was obvious when i booked the Appartement, but I underestimated distances.

Excellent facilities in a very well kept and clean apartment. The only 'negative' (but not something for which I can blame the host) was the noise coming from the neighbours, which resulted in loss of sleep.

• Barbara (10/5): Departamento bien ubicado, lindo y con todo lo necesario - El departamento está muy bien ubicado. A 15 minutos a pie de la estación central. El barrio es tranquilo y muy lindo. Tiene todo lo necesario para poder cocinar y hacerte un desayuno. El departamento estaba limpio y es muy lindo y cómodo. La cama es cómoda , tiene aire acondicionado y un ventilador en el dormitorio. Tiene un pequeño balcón que da a un patio interno donde entra una luz muy linda. Las fotos son tal cual es el lugar. Alex es muy amable. Te explica todo , estuvo puntual y siempre que mandas un mensaje responde. Grazie Alex por todo! Volveré :) No hay nada negativo

• Michael (8/5): 4 nights in bologna - The location was very good and only a short walk into the city centre and close to the train station. The AC worked perfectly, the shower was very good and the apartment was clean and spacious. Be careful not to pay the city tax per day as you only have to pay per night. We ended up paying Alex an extra 21 euros because of this. Also you'll need it in cash or have a pay pal account.

• Matthias (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist an sich ganz ok. Für Bologna Verhältnisse sicherlich durchschnittlich. Positiv: -Sehr tolle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Dieser ist auch sehr freundlich. - Ausreichend große Wohnung (waren zu zweit) und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht Negativ: - Sie ist dann doch schon etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen, auch wenn Teile immer wieder Mal renoviert wurden (neue Klimaanlage) - Sie war sehr hellhörig. Weniger von außen (ja, da hörte man auch den Verkehr, aber nachts war das eine ruhige Straße), sondern vor allem von oben. Die Decken scheinen sehr dünn oder aus Holz zu ein (Altbau). Man hörte von oben abends ständig Lärm, gegen Mitternacht war es dann aber auch ruhiger. Somit insgesamt dennoch eine gute Erfahrung, aber man darf halt keine moderne Wohnung mit zeitgemäßem Schallschutz erwarten.

• Allison (9/5): A clean and comfortable location - Really enjoyable stay at Bologna Suites - the host meet us at the apartment and explained the keys and apartment, the apartment is on a nice residential part of town, about a 20min walk into the centre of Bologna old town. Very close to the train station if doing day trips. The host also offered restaurant recommendations which were very good. There isn’t a lounge room but this didn’t bother us as we event in the apartment other than to sleep, but good for others to know

The apartment is kept very clean and has all the necessary amenities for a short stay in Bologna. We were unlucky to visit during a heat wave. Unfortunately the air conditioning couldn’t keep up with the heat while sleeping.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Everything good except no AC in peak summer - + Very clean, well organized, quite area, spacious, easy to get to from station, no security issue, nice kitchen features, fast communication - AC was not working for the whole 3 nights when it is 36C sunny and humid outside. Host kept on mentioning the guy is coming tomorrow morning, this afternoon, tomorrow morning… and it never happened. Whether or not it was true, the host should have offered an alternative option. I was offered with a small money compensation (50 out of over 600 payment), but my business trip was really ruined.

• Ventsislav (9/5): The stay was okay. - The apartment is clean and the location was great - close to the train station, city center and it is quite. There is a supermarket close to the apartment. We were 6 persons and the host had left only 5 coffees, there was no toilet paper and no mop to wash the floor. Sometimes water comes out of the bathroom into the apartment and there is nothing to wipe with. There is no cutting board, overall kitchen could be better stocked.
