• nicola (9/5): Great spacious flat, very central with rooftop terrace an absolute bonus - We found the location perfect, we walked almost everywhere. there were luggage lockers 4 min walk from the appartment. The terrace was great, beds comfortable, everything was clean.would stay again. The agency are always available and respond straight away to any queries The electronic key system to get in the flat, as stated by others, you need to download an app but the door wouldnt open, fortunately we called the agency and someone arrived straight away to let us in , however the door didnt always lock properly.Also as someone else said, still only one wine glass, however the rest of the kitchen was well equipped

• John (8/5): Super bright airy modern apartment central to all tourist areas - Airy spacious modern apartment. Excellent location - walking to Old Town and Jardín del Turia within 15 minutes, else bus stops to all other attractions and areas all around - Metro up the road 5 mins. Mini market a few stops down very handy and well stocked for essentials. And the superb outdoor space terrace! Access to the property via a mobile phone app - make sure you have a phone signal or you wont get in - the main door wont work with it - physical keys available once inside - the app also doesn't have any info on how thing work in the apartment including no Wi-Fi details. Very dusty rug and sofa in main living area - needs a good hoover which wasn't available. No storage area or shelving in the bathroom including the shower. The outside terrace space while being fantastic and sunny had dirty mouldy table and sunbeds and broken awning, stagnant water in pots with plastic plants that had seen better days. Basic kitchen utilities - no real space for drying dishes - one wine glass - no beer glasses!

• Belinda (6/5): - Ligging Kleine slaapkamers, eigenlijk maar 3 slaapplaatsen, kleine boiler dus vaak koud gedoucht, buiten deur niet te openen met app. Maar 1 stopcontact in de keuken dus waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat niet gelijktijdig te gebruiken.

• Emma (8/5): Bien situado pero más antiguo de lo esperado y pequeño - Estaba bien situado y está bien pero la verdad que deja que desear. Que era más antiguo que en las fotos y sobretodo más pequeñ,, no tenía vasos para vino. La cama de la segunda habitación era súper incomoda. El check in tienes que poner la hora exacta que sino no entras. Había una luz parpadeando que era muy incomoda.

• Mark (8/5): héél leuke stad voor een city trip van 4 dagen - zeer goede locatie om de oude stad te verkennen en om fietsen te huren; praktische kleine keuken; aangenaam dakterras; geen lawaaierige airco; goed bed in de master bedroom; lekker warme douche met aangename straal. Alles zéér proper! De slaapgelegenheid is te krap voor 4 personen: de tweede slaapkamer is heel klein (te klein voor 2 personen) en het 'schuifbed' kan hierdoor amper volledig uitgetrokken worden (Zetel zit in de weg en kamerdeur kan niet meer open. Dus als je 's nachts naar het toilet wil, moet je eerst het bed terug wat inschuiven om naar buiten te kunnen). Advies om de zetel en het nachtkastje uit de slaapkamer te verwijderen en het bed te vervangen door een (klein formaat) dubbelbed. Of het appartement verhuren voor max. 3 personen. In de badkamer kan je nergens spullen zetten, in de douche ook niet (enkel op de grond). Enkel toilet in de badkamer. Geen Wifi aanwezig.

• Vela-Colina (7/5): The people in charge are very responsive. The unit is beautiful and the location is great. - Beautiful place. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, a foot sofa fell off, hair dryer was defective.

• Gerry (7/5): We loved the location and the terrace. Some improvements would make this an even better place to stay. - Location is ideal. Outdoor terrace is also a bonus. Close to all major attractions/sites, public transportation, restaurants and shopping. Couch was uncomfortable and stained. Could stand to have more seating in living room area. Beds were just okay. Patio sliding doors to terrace don’t seal well and noise from the street can be irritating at night.
• Szilard (8/5): Good choice for young people - Spacious apartment with a large terrace, very good location. The check-in can be done only through a special app, which is either very user-unfriendly or the host doesn’t know how to use it properly. I scanned all the documents, and the system didn’t send any error messages, but my access wasn’t activated, and this was only discovered at the apartment door because it wouldn’t open. I called the operator, who said the expiration dates on the IDs are not legible... Why wasn’t this communicated to me earlier via email, SMS, or a phone call??? Even after activation, the app didn’t open the street gate. It would be much smoother to get in if they just placed a key safe on the wall. Older guests should probably avoid this accommodation.
• Paolo (6/5): If you are a and you stay for two nights eating outside it may be ok. For 8 days with two toddlers in current condition - We love the location, the terrace was a feature we really used with the kids. the bedrooms/beds were ok and clean. The room layout and the whole idea of the apartment. Staff was very helpful and quickly available. The facilities in the flat have to be maintained better and the bathroom (!) needs renovation - it does not resemble the fotos at all. There are no coathangers and apart from the dining table almost no place were u can put things. The couch could have a washable cover.

• Simon (10/5): Great location! - The apartment is located in the central and near the old city. It has everything you need walking distance. The balcony is large and that is nice. The furniture is a bit used the coach and the chairs outside. But everything you need is there and the host is very nice and helpful! We had a great time in Valencia and this place was a great place for us to stay!

The electronic door app, especially when a thunderstorm knocked it out the wifi and we could get in the apartment. The second bedroom too small, especially if you need to use both single beds No emergency contact out of office hours.

• Stuart (9/5): Superb - Lovely balcony and a well set out apartment in a great, central location Not easy to find - never would have found it without a good taxi driver pointing out the door. App based lock was a bit hit and miss, taking up to 5 attempts to unlock room each time. Also no WiFi at the door, but it needed to be online to work, so had to switch on costly data roaming just to get in.
