The pillows are very big and they did not have anything smaller to change. Would like the path from hotel to skiing slopes to be cleaned so we could get there easier.

The beef ribs were delightful. And the view ... can't beat the view <3 There could be some general maintenance done to the place. Little things were broken that could be fixed.

Tasty breakfast with prosecco with slope view were memorable. Comfortable sauna area. Our room were little bit old but cosy and comfortable. Building with soul. Might be little bit cleaner. But in general OK.

- Iva (4/5): If you want a good food and you do not care too much about how your room look like it is fine - the best was restaurant and the staff was very nice too, food was excellent, staff was trying to be helpful location was not best for us, it is not a big ski resort there, it is located on a red slope, which is not the best for a beginner, especially if weather conditions are not good and it gets all frozen over the night, we also had a problem with not functioning TV in the room, it was said, that it is in the whole hotel, which is crazy in these days, at the end it was fine for us, but you could see, that the hotel is not equipped like it should be, but maybe for a three star hotel might be enough, I booked it by accident and will not repeat it

- Alexandra (9/5): Superb - Extremely beautiful location with good accommodation. Easy to access via car during summer/autumn visit and parking outside the hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff that were ready to make accommodations for my dog if needed, and made sure there were vegan options during breakfast and dinner. Very nice and relaxing restaurant. Easy to book and use the sauna at the hotel.
- Jok (9/5): Superb - The hotel is located on a hill away from most of the city pec pod. The view from the restaurant is amazing as well as the food there. The prices are higher than in other parts of Czech, but still worth the money. The staff is very friendly and polite. The breakfast is of good value and the rooms are clean. Overall you have to keep in mind what you pay and what you get. It is not fair to assess the stay in comparison to a 5*hotel. There were no hair dryers in the room. Upon request they have them at the reception. I think that's not optimal. Furthermore the rooms aren't in best shape (but bit better than in the photos) and there were problems with the toilet flush too. However it didn't spoil the stay for us.

They were very attentive to details and made a wonderful experience of our breakfast and dinner, small inconveniences, hiking tips and more. Facilities are a little bit dated but in good and clean condition. Also, the hotel is a bit remote and you have to get a ticket to access the nature park by car (200 krones).

The staff did everything they could to make sure our stay was a pleasant one, even offering a free drink to my husband after his rare stake got a bit too cooked. The restaurant serves great food (grilled meat especially) and the breakfast options are so good! The rooms are wooden and cozy. Would love to go back :) We liked every single thing of our stay.

The room was outdated, and there was no electric kettle to prepare hot drinks in the room for hikes. Also it would be good to have a vending machine.

Price meets the expectations, highly recommend. - The hotel staff is extremely friendly and approachable, I got a little bit sick during the stay and thankfully they were able to provide me with some paracetamol and sore throat pastils. Hotel room is rather simple but bed is very comfortable and bathroom clean. There is also free transport to and from hotel when check in and check out. Very good food - nice breakfast and delicious dinner. View from the hotel is beautiful and you can enjoy it form the sunny terrace. I reckon that a little investment to refurbishment would make the hotel superb! There is game room with table football which is not very welcoming and with a bit of creativity would be great place for fun. Hotel is located a bit "off hands" meaning every time you leave for a hike or to the city center you have to hike back. Which is not that bad at the end of the day - just saying so you are not surprised :)
