Номера чистые, аккуратные, ванная комната так же приятна, вода и горячая и холодная с нормальным напором, шумоизоляция прекрасная, отдельный лайк за зеркало в полный рост, да и вообще размер апартаментов очень приличный

Personal sehr nett Hacer Abla immer sehr fleißig und sauber Undichte Fenster, Balkon Türe/Fenster kann man nicht schließen immer Lärm definitiv oropax mitnehmen . Man hört alles was im oberen Zimmer passiert. Kleiderschrank zu klein für 2 Personen kein vernünftiges Geschirr im Zimmer.

• Mendoza78 (8/5): Excelente ubicación y buena relación valor-precio - La ubicación es excelente, está justo frente al parque Kültürpark İzmir, hay opciones de comida en la calle Anafartalar. El staff muy amable y servicial, les falta invertirle un poco más al Inglés, pero nos dimos a entender. Muchas gracias por sus atenciones y su esfuerzo. No es exclusivo de este hotel, lo he visto en otros lugares pero eso de poner un cristal opaco como puerta del baño es una pésima idea. A menos que quieras enterarte de todo lo que pasa en ese lugar. El baño es un lugar privado!. En general la habitación estaba muy bien, tenía todos los servicios y estaba muy limpio. Pero el asunto de la puerta del baño no es menor. Cada que alguien quería usar el baño la otra persona tenía que salir de la habitación. No es práctico.

Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos y nos sentimos realmente afortunados de haber estado allí. Su trato fue cercano, amable y muy profesional. Nos ofrecieron recomendaciones útiles, resolvieron cualquier duda o necesidad rápidamente y siempre con una sonrisa. Se nota que ponen cariño en todo lo que hacen y que valoran a sus huéspedes. Gracias a su dedicación y excelente servicio, nuestra experiencia fue cómoda, agradable y sin ningún contratiempo. • fatima Azzahra (3/5): on ne recommande surement pas - la propreté laissait à désirer, on avait demandé une chambre non fumeur, l'odeur de la cigarette était horrible dans la chambre avec des traces de brulures de cigarettes sur le canapé. on avait réservé pour 3 nuits mais on est resté au final qu'une seule nuit et on est parti sur istanbul. Aussi problème de communication avec un des réceptionnistes qui ne parlait pas anglais et qui se faisait traduire par la femme de ménage. pour les photos qui sont mises elles sont très flatteuses par rapport a la réalité.

The room was modern and clean, balcony a little small but a bonus to find a room with one nonetheless. The family running the hotel are lovely, breakfast was a good turkish breakfast. • Hazan (8/5): Nice and spacious clean room - Nice and clean. The staff were polite and very friendly. Had the amenities needed even plates and cutlery. The room took a long time to cool down because the AC was small and old and not big enough to cool down the room.

• Hugh (10/5): Happy customers :) - Lovely hotel near the Kültürpark, with even lovelier staff. For the price you pay, this place is excellent - rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, restaurants are within walking distance. But what really makes this place great is the staff - they are all so kind and polite, especially Mesut who speaks perfect English and offered to help us with a medical problem. He really went above and beyond when he didn't have to, which is why you should be giving this hotel your business. Not truly a negative, but - we were upgraded to a bigger room which had a strong cigarette smell. We asked to move and were given the initial room we'd booked. Maybe it's best to have a separate floor for smoking rooms? Smart TV with Netflix / streaming apps would be nice. We brought a Chromecast but there was no HDMI port in the TV, and no plug socket within reach anyway. Otherwise a perfect stay and no complaints.
• Bahar (10/5): Fast wie Zuhause – nur mit Hotelkomfort - Wir waren in der Suite untergebracht – sie war sehr groß, komfortabel und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, zentral und doch ruhig. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Größe und Ruhe der Zimmer – einfach ideal zum Entspannen. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und herzlich, fast wie Familie. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel. Ansonsten war alles top!

• Tugba (5/5): Für einen Kurztrip (Single/Paar ohne Kind) okay. Mit Kind eher nicht. - Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Badezimmer ebenfalls. Es wurde auf Wunsch auch nach 12 Uhr noch gereinigt. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank, worin bereits bei Ankunft eine große Wasserflasche vorhanden war. Das fanden wir sehr gut. Die Leute an der Rezeption sind wirklich sehr sehr bemüht und total freundlich. Uns wurde angeboten, die Küche unten zu nutzen, falls wir Babynahrung zubereiten wollen. Das fand ich super zuvorkommend. Es wäre außerdem möglich gewesen, Wäsche zu waschen (300 lira eine Maschinenladung). Das hätten wir sogar in Anspruch genommen - hatten dann aber keinen Bedarf nach 4 Nächten. Man riecht deutlich, dass in dem Zimmer geraucht wurde. Wir haben das angesprochen. Angeblich sei das Rauchen verboten aber einige Gäste halten sich wohl nicht dran. Bitte räumt dann die Aschenbecher weg - weil das absolut einladend ist. Hätte ich gewusst, dass in dem Zimmer geraucht wurde, hätte ich mit einem Kleinkind keinesfalls gebucht. Das über Booking zu monieren ist mir nicht in den Sinn gekommen. Hätte man vielleicht machen können, da die Zimmer als Nichtraucherzimmer angegeben werden. Die Fenster halten den Straßenlärm leider nicht draußen. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer ist sehr laut. Die Glastür mit einem Kleinkind eher ungeeignet (aber führt zu keinem Punktabzug bei meiner Bewertung). Die Regendusche sollte ausgetauscht werden, so verkalkt wie diese ist. Die Gardinen vertragen mal eine Wäsche. Das ist wirklich fällig. Das Polster des Bettes könnte auch mal regelmäßig mit einem Nassreiniger gereinigt werden. Gerade weil in dem Zimmer geraucht wird. So auch das Sofa und die Bezüge. Die Matratze des Babybetts sollte entsorgt werden. Der Anblick war echt nicht schön. Unser Kind hat bei uns im Bett geschlafen. Daher war es mir letztlich eher egal. Wie unsere Matratze "nackt“ aussieht, wollte ich dann nicht herausfinden. Der größte Punktabzug ist der Tatsache geschuldet, dass es sich letztlich um ein Raucherzimmer handelte. Bitte korrigiert die Angabe in eurer Beschreibung, damit vielleicht andere Eltern mit Kindern, denen das wichtig ist, nicht auch enttäuscht werden. Der Rauch haftet an allem und ist gerade für die Lunge von Babys/Kleinkindern nochmal mehr schädlich als ohnehin auch schon für Erwachsene. Wir sind Nichtraucher, und es war einfach wirklich auch für uns nicht schön. Ihr seid so unfassbar herzliche und hilfsbereite Leute, macht euch das nicht durch solche Dinge kaputt :)

• Mitra (8/5): - I recently stayed at a hotel in Izmir for about 10 days. The hotel was clean and well-located, making it convenient for transportation and exploring the city. However, it could benefit from some renovations to modernize the facilities and address issues like dampness in some areas. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff. Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Messut were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They truly made our experience enjoyable by guiding us and providing great recommendations. Their warmth and care were outstanding. If I return to Izmir, I would consider staying at this hotel again, mainly because of the amazing staff. However, for an even better experience for future guests, a few updates to the hotel’s facilities would be beneficial.

• Eylem (10/5): Schöner entspannter Aufenthalt. Zentral gelegen und doch sehr ruhig. - Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sind auf unsere Wünsche mit Zustellbett für das Kind eingegangen.
• Necmettin (8/5): Empfehlenswert für Kurzaufenthalte. Sehr nettes Personal. - Gute Lage. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Großzügiges Zimmer. Für einen Städtetrip und Kurzaufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Sehr zuvorkommendes und nettes Personal. Sehr hellhörig. Die Fenster sind leider nicht schalldämmend. Da das Hotel sehr nah an der Hauptstrasse liegt, war der Strassenlärm/Verkehrslärm zu hören.
