Aucune connexion internet dans la chambre toute la durée du séjour prétextant une panne la journée d’avant… TRÈS bruyant toute la nuit (musique forte de 21h aux petites heures et réaménagement de la terrasse au 9e étage jusqu’à 3h du matin suite à un party).

• Pasquale (8/5): Soggiorno abbastanza piacevole ma da un 5 stelle ci si aspetta di più. - Hotel sicuramente dí effetto con un roof top spettacolare con piscina e vista panoramica. Camere ampie e ben arredate. Buona la colazione. Letto gigante. La struttura non e recentissima e si vede, la porta del bagno era tutta sfogliata e non si riusciva a chiudere chiudeva per colpa dell’acqua uscita dalla vasca/doccia che non aveva né cristalli né tenda a protezione. Le lenzuola non erano della dimensione giusta per cui da un lato rimaneva scoperto il materasso. Un’anta scorrevole dell’armadio non si poteva aprire perché fuori dai suoi binari.

• margaret (9/5): City centre hotel used as a base for round trip to desert. - The room was well set up, with a lovely sitting area, a bath with a shower overhead and a separate toilet with a wash hand basin, along with wardrobes and a long narrow dressing area. The bedroom 415 was of enhanced quality. The 9th floor restaurant had a lovely view across the city. We ate in both restaurants and the food was good. The prices reasonable. There was no shower curtain so it was impossible to prevent the water soaking the floor, as we are old it created a slip hazard. The ceiling appeared to have been recently decorated and the smoke detector was still wrapped in protective tissue, meaning it would likely not work. One of the windows had a big crack in it.

• CARLA (8/5): - Essendo un 5 stelle ovviamente è un hotel di qualità ad un prezzo accettabile (almeno per noi che lo abbiamo prenotato la sera stessa last minute) Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante ma il cibo era di modesta qualità e misero nelle quantità. Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. In camera non funzionavano i termosifoni e ci hanno fornito due stufette elettriche. Non è un livello a 5 stelle, forse 4 riguardo la cura della stanza.

We stayed at this hotel from January 5 to January 11 in rooms 516 and 515 and unfortunately, we encountered a case of theft of our money from our rooms during our stay. Upon checkout early in the morning, we discovered that €50 was missing from my wallet which I kept in the room 515 in my absence and the same €50 was missing from my colleague’s wallet in the room 516. Unfortunately, we noticed the missing money too late and had to rush to catch our flight, which is why we were unable to report the incident to the hotel management immediately. We kindly ask you to investigate this situation and provide us with an explanation. We hope for your understanding and a prompt response.
