• Nathal (7/5): Fantastisch gelegen voor uitstap/bezoek mount Nemrut - De ligging nabij mount nemruth Zwembad was leeg en beetje achterstallig onderhoud van pand en terrein.
• Alice (7/5): - The hotel is in a good location for visiting Nemrut Dag. It was clean and with help from the manager we managed to get the heating to work as it was very cold. The door did not lock and fortunately the electricity was not reliant on the key. There are no restaurants available nearby so you have to eat at the hotel. Supper is a self service buffet and costs 500 TL per person. The alcohol is expensive so it is best to bring your own if you want to drink. It is also a good idea to bring a torch as parts of the hotel walkways were flooded from heavy rain and this seemed to stop the lights from working. The manager was very responsive and helped sort out the WiFi when it did not work in the room.

• Alison (9/5): Excellent value, clean hotel with good food and parking - A simple hotel above Karadut village. The staff were friendly and we had a choice of rooms as they weren’t busy. The heating worked well as it was cold the first night. The shower was good and the beds comfortable. Parking is a little gravelly but level so no problem for our motorcycles. Breakfast and dinner is buffet style and very tasty. There was a bus group the second day and breakfast was a bit cleaned out, so sooner is better.

• Piprek (8/5): Great value, great view, great food near Nemrud Dag - Large room with fridge and kettle; renovated shower; rooms are nicer than how they look online; quiet; large breakfast room/ lounge area with fireplace and mountain view with coffee, tea, and juice available all day; friendly and helpful staff; strong internet connection; delicious and varied breakfast buffet with cheeses, eggs, various spreads and salad; delicious and varied dinner buffet available for 500 TL per person, including drinks, mana maze salads and two meat dishes (and in fact there is no other place to eat or even buy food); closest hotel to Nemrud Dag (9km); outdoor swimming pool in summer Note that the buffets are only offered if there is a large enough group staying at the property. If not the staff serve a limited version of both, still very good and worth the cost but not as much variety. A few repairs are necessary outside—lose railings, broken stairs—but these are minor things; coffee at breakfast is instant, and on our second day they had none at breakfast even though I told the staff the day before that the container was empty—best to bring your own just in case ; note that the rooms are chilly even into spring , especially the floor, even with heat on because the building is made of stone—bring slippers with a thick sole and heavy sleepwear (there are extra blankets)

• Jose Manuel (4/5): WE FELT CHEATED, IF MOUNT NEMRUT IS CLOSED THEY SHOULD SAY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, ASK BEFORE GO. - The location of the hotel was good, we choosed it due to proximity to mount Nemrut, to be able to visit it early in the morning. We were doing a route from Urfa to Gaziantep, we deviated a big distance from it to visit Mount Nemrut specifically. We called to the hotel in our way from Urfa to advise about our time of arrival and the hotel said to us that there was no problem. When we arrived the receptionist told us that access to Mount Nemrut was blocked due to rock slide in the way. We felt cheated because there is no other reason to go there, only to visit Mount Nemrut, and they should say it to us when we call them to be able to decide to go there or not. Money was not the problem, the issue was the one day time lost for nothing that we could use in other way in our vacations. GPS is not giving the correct address of the hotel, we said it to the owner of the hotel to correct it for next hosts. In the way inside the village there was no indications for the hotel, we asked to some people and they told us the location, and we were lucky because my wife speaks turkish, but very hard situation if you arrive late and dark to a village without people speaking english. If you go there call them before and specifically if mount Nemrut is open

• Jozica (10/5): Very nice hotel with views and flowers close to Nemrut National Park - Nice hotel with good self service restaurant for dinner& breakfast. Close to Mt. Nemrut National park, they can drive you to park entrance or even a bit further. There is also a pool, but it is quite caold from September on (you are at altitude 2000 metres!), so I did not see anyone swimming. The whole estate is well equipped and managed with lost of flowers and nice views. It is worthy to stay here for two days and just walk around and relax. /

Find another place. - Where to begin: * Arrived late in the evening * No hot water * LIED to by reception that water will be on in 15 minutes * Morning arrives, no hot water still * Leave and arrive back at property around 9am * Breakfast omelette tasted like rubber * Asked to make new omelette, still rubbery and oily, chef insists that the breakfast at 9am will be cold because they prepared it in the morning (it's 9am, we are guests too, why is it not fresh?) * If you are old, going up and down the stairs to the cafeteria you might fall or struggle, I had to help someone to get down safely * While I have nothing against the cats on the property, I dislike them being in the cafeteria, while the guy tried to keep them out, they come in where you eat * When asking reception why still no hot water, they say sorry and ask how they can make it up to us * We asked for a third of our money back as effectively we ate and slept for one night for 7 hours and we're leaving by check-out time * Manager was rude to my partner and said we should have stayed by the pensioner homes in town (I advise you to do so) * Tried getting support to assist us and hotel manager did not respond to them and we never got any of our money back. * Effectively our fault for booking a place with no hot water!!! We were told we should have booked a different place for a basic service you would expect to get for the money you paid for. I've stayed at hostels around the world and hotels, never have I been so disrespected and lied to.

Die Türe vor den Zimmern schließt sehr laut. Fragen Sie nach einem Zimmer weit vom Parkplatz entfernt, wenn Sie keine Besichtigung zum Sonnensufgang planen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt sehr gut, danke!

All the rooms are next to the pool and it can get noisy in the evening/morning. We didn't expect to use the pool, but didn't expect it to be so dirty either: it even had plastic bottle caps floating around.

• David (10/5): Excellent hotel, wirh great facilities in an excellent location. - The hotel is perfectly located for getting to the top of Mount Nemrut. The room was lovely and comfortable and a good size. We at dinner at the hotel and both dinner and breakfast were excellent - bottled water was available for free from the restaurant. The gentleman who checked us in and showed us around was very friendly and helpful, offering us great advice for getting up the mountain. The pool wasn’t very clean. This second point isnt the hotel’s fault, but if you’re staying, be aware that coach parties use the hotel and get up in the morning early to go up mount Nemrut for sunrise - we may have just been unlucky, but the group at the same time as us were inconsiderate, shouting and banging doors at 0430.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, um den Berg Nemrut schnell zu erreichen - es dauert nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Für eine Nacht kann man dieses Hotel ruhig buchen. Zimmer sind sehr alt. Es stinkt sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch im Badezimmer. Mitarbeiter im Restaurant können kein einziges Wort englisch und verstehen auch nicht wirklich was von ihrem Job.

• Selena (10/5): Fantastic hotel in a brilliant mountain location - worth a longer stay! - Great location very close to Mount Nemrut. We wished that we had stayed another night - think about staying longer as there is more to see in the area than just Mount Nemrut and it's a wonderful area. The hotel is traditional stone, has the most amazing view and a lovely relaxing vibe. The pool is inviting and super clean - shower was great, air con and the coldest refrigerator we'd had during our trip. Our room was 3 times the size of other hotels we stayed in and exceptional value. The owner spoke good English and gave us some interesting history and insight into the area. Dinner was really nice with wine and beer, the chef cooked us some delightful chicken and fresh eggs for breakfast. Our stay was a highlight for us.
• Shane (10/5): - Nice hotel nice pool dinner and breakfast good. The only thing was at breakfast they were packing up a bit early at 8am . Dinner started at 7 and they were packing up 8-15 and some food had disappeared, so need to make breakfast and dinner times start and finish a little more official instead of packing up because staff feel like it. Otherwise hotel great and reception very friendly

• Ian (2/5): Great potential (because of location) but none being realised due to laziness and poor management. - The evening buffet meal was nice but repetitive. The service was atrocious - manager not doing his job, and staff not interested in helping their guests (but very interested in checking on social media etc on their phones). Our room was not cleaned, or indeed entered by any member of staff, during our two night stay, and, despite the heat, we had to actively request two more small bottles of water on our second day, as well as having to dispose of our own rubbish because nobody emptied the bins. The pool was out of action because of repairs to tiling, so I suppose nothing to be done about that, but with only one water-hose in use, it looked like taking several days to refill the pool. We therefore did not particularly appreciate being patronisingly told that it would be available to use the following day when that was clearly impossible.

Pretty ugly hotel, overall. Very aged dining facilities. Sign in in buffet area stating a charge of 50 Lira for tea and coffee...

• Ting (5/5): Not enough competitors in the area for improvement? - The location is very good. It's close to the national park. Breakfast is not bad. There is septic / drain smell in the bathroom. The room will smell bad if you don't close the door of the bathroom. Also, the shower leaks... It's not pleasant that the whole bathroom is wet after the shower. There's one night that I have to shower with cold water.

• Rebecca (10/5): Perfect stay to visit Nemrut - The hotel is easy to find and is perfectly situated 15 min drive away from Mount Nemrut. The staff is helpful and speaks some English. The room was fully equipped and very spacious.

Pek çok yeri bakımsız, yerlerdeki karo taşları kırık dökük, onarılmamış, kahvaltı yemek açık büfe, ama ilgilenen kimse yok. Çok güzel havada dışarıda kahvaltı yemek yeniyor ama masayı sndalyeyi kendinşz çekiyorsunuz, peçeteyi kendiniz alıyorsunuz vs. Banyoda iki adet minicik sabun dışında bir temizlşk öalzemesi yok. Tül perde yok. Havuz çalışmıyor, fayansları lambaları kırık öylece bırakmışlar. Hadi bütün bunlara eyvallah, ama kahvaltı sonrası bir kahve içmek istedim "Türk kahvesi yok" cevabını verdiler, herhalde kahve kalmadı dedim "Hayır, dediler kahve yapmıyoruz, patron istemiyor, makine de aldırmıyor". Akıl alır gibi değil! Türkiye'de bir işletmenin ısrarla Türk kahvesi servisinin olmaması akıllara ziyan, anlamlandırmak güç.
• Alexey (8/5): Very good - The hotel is well located - 15 minutes drive to Mount Nemrut, in a picturesque place. Friendly staff, quite comfortable room. Unfortunately, two buses with tourists arrived at the same time as us, so breakfast was a bit crowded and the food ran out quickly. The wines that you can take for dinner are very expensive (unjustifiably). 300 lira for a glass of table wine is, in my opinion, a bit excessive.

• Judith (9/5): Amazing location, helpful staff, comfortable room and abundant breakfast. - The room had everything we needed and was clean and modern. The building was beautiful and the breakfast restaurant area had a terrace which overlooked a mountain valley. The shower wasn’t the greatest but we were up in a remote mountain area so nothing unexpected.

Otel restoraninda yemekler lezzetli ancak ucret kisminda kafalarina gore fiyatlandirma yapiyorlar. Ucret icin itiraz edip, ses cikarmazsaniz gerekenden fazla hesap odeyebilirsiniz. Odeme yonteminde ise kredi karti ile odemekte biraz zorlandik ve beklememiz gerekti.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Başarısız - Otelle alakalı güzel olan 2 şey var; birincisi en azından odalarının temiz olması. İkincisi, eğer Nemrut dağına çıktıysanız ve civarda kalacak yer arıyor iseniz 10dk mesafede olması. Öncelikle, resepsiyon ve karşılama gerçekten berbat. Hoşgeldiniz dendi ama hoş gelinmişiz gibi değildi. Otelle, hizmetle alakalı sormazsanız hiçbir bilgi verilmiyor. Resepsiyon zaten kıraathane misali leş gibi sigara kokuyor. Resepsiyon görevlisi arkadaş, TCleri bir kağıda yaziyor yanına da oda numarası yazıyor. Bizi bir ordaya götürdü, çift olduğumuz için çift kişilik yatak ayırtmıştık iki ayrı tekli oda verildi. Aradık telefondan, geliyorum dedi 10dk kendisini bekledik. Getirdiği anahtarla bir odaya girmeye çalıştı, burası doluymuş sizin oda verilmiş dedi. Ben halledip geleceğim 10 15dkya dedi. Siz surda durun bir kahve ikram çay vereyim vs asla yok. Bu süre zarfinda serin olan havada kendisini bekledik. Günün yorgunluğunu atmak için duş alalım dedik, sıcak su yok. Dağın eteğinden akar gibi buz su. Aynı anda yoğun kullanım olduğundan Su asla sıcağa dönmedi. Sonrasında kontrol ettiğimde akan sıcak su da, öyle bir soğuk tabiatta duş alabileceginiz sıcak su değil. Otelde çoğu şey kötü olduğundan inanın kahvaltısını bile yapmadım sadece uyuyup çıktık. Sabah resepsiyona anahtarı bırakmak için gittiğimde kimse yoktu.
• Chat (8/5): Very good - If you want to visit Mount Nemrut either sunrise or sunset. This is the best choice. Good breakfast and dinner too. You might come across a large tour group having dinner at the same time, which could make things a bit inconvenient.

• Ross (8/5): Amazing views for lunch - Breakfast was great, and we asked for the set Dinner which was also good. As I was leaving later the next day stayed for lunch. So glad I did, had lunch out on the patio area overlooking the valley all to my self. The hotel staff also drove us to the airport (for a reasonable fee). Remote from anything, so I wouldn’t plan to stay for more than a couple of days unless you have a car.

• Verified traveler (2/5): BEWARE: They will double charge you! - BEWARE: They will double charge you! We stayed one night at the hotel on October 9, 2024. When we booked the hotel on May 30, 2024, we pre-paid the total amount. However, when we checked out at the hotel on October 10, 2024, the receptionist at the front desk said they didn't receive the payment. He required us to pay it again. We didn't have any choice, and then paid. Therefore, we actually paid twice for one night stay. They never respond to us when we tried to contact the hotel after we were back to the United States. It was the most terrible experience that we have ever had.

• Ahmet (9/5): It was part of the round trip of South east Turkey and our trip startet and finished in gaziantep and we had to overnigh - Very nice place in the Old city walking distance to castle copper marked Old moske and lot of nice place to eat. Hotel staff very friendly and healpsom . Parking was a bit challange and i succest you to park beat castle and Call the hotel and they will come to help you
• Hans (3/5): Bad, but hardly any other choice in the Nemrut area - When visiting Nemrut, this hotel is more or less the only one you can choose close to the mountain. And given their priviledged location, the get most of the overnight tourists, regardless of the fact that the hotel itself is bad. So make the best out of it and try to be in the dining room before or after the many tourist groups attack the buffet! Staff is not very attentive, they prefer to chat, smoke or play with their cellphones instead of taking care of the customers who pay them. Pool, gardens and environment could need cleaning / removal of garbage. Food is the same every day, we had the same chicken with rice for three nights. Room service has to be asked for and when you do, then they tell you to remove all your valuables from the room. So they do not even trust their emplyees, some of them Syrian refugees.

• Zoubeir (10/5): Good place. - Wifi was good and room was clean It was hard to check out. Nobody at the desk. Asked many people at the restaurant but nobody was actaully willing to check me out. I just had to drop a key. That's it. I check out but it was a strange hassle to do this easy process of dropping a key.

• Julia (7/5): Good - The location to nemrut is perfect. The buffet dinner was good and suitable for vegetarians. The pool was pleasant. Restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a nice terrace with amazing views. My bed was very hard (I wouldn’t usually comment) although my husband and daughters were ok. The reception staff were not the most welcoming but then staff in restaurant made up for this and generally the stay was fine with a basic but clean room.

• Emily (7/5): An incredible view, but we wished staff were more responsive - The location is what really makes Hotel Euphrat special -- a peaceful mountain view, starry night sky, quiet at night, and only a 20-minute drive to Mt. Nemrut. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean (thank you!), and the showers had wonderfully hot water. The dinner buffet was very flavorful and had good vegetarian options. We also appreciated the staff adding an extra room to our booking at the last minute. The customer service left a little to be desired. When we made the booking we were excited about the pool advertised; we even called ahead the day of and requested that the pool be cleaned. However, when we arrived, it was scummy and filled with leaves. We asked several more times for the pool to be cleaned before it finally was. When we asked about the wifi password, the concierge shrugged and said "it's not working around here." We asked if it was being fixed but were told it wasn't working anywhere in the area. Several hours later, though, we were told the staff had "turned on all the networks" which implied it hadn't been an issue with the mountains but rather with employee choice. We then had to ask twice before a broken fridge was replaced. I realize these may reflect cultural differences in communication, but it was frustrating to have to beg for advertised amenities. The rooms' A/C units weren't very strong, which was difficult for some of us in the heat of summer. The hotel also experienced issues with their credit card machine.
• Joost (9/5): The perfect place for visiting Nemrut Dagi. With swimming pool!! - Location near Nemrut Dagi is. superb. The pool is large and cold! The diner buffet was really goog. Check out is at 11.30 Sp we had plenty for time for breakfast and a swim. We really loved the place
