- CHANTANA (10/5): ดีใจที่เลือกพักที่ รร. นี้ ราคาไม่แพง และไม่ลำบากในการเดินทางสถานีโมริโอกะ - รร.นี้ ตั้งอยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟโมริโอกะ ในแผนที่เหมือนไกล แต่เมื่อรู้เส้นทางแล้ว เดินไม่ไกล ข้ามถนนหน้าสถานี มีลิฟต์ขึ้น-ลง สำหรับสัมภาระกระเป๋าเดินทาง ใกล้แหล่งร้านค้า ร้านอาหาร เหมาะสำหรับการพักที่ รร. นี้เป็นอย่างยิ่ง ไม่มีน้ำดื่มบริการ ถามเจ้าหน้าที่ๆ แจ้งว่า น้ำประปาดื่มได้ แต่ที่ก๊อกน้ำในห้องน้ำ ไม่มีตัวหนังสือแจ้งว่า ดื่มได้ หน้าต่างเปิดแง้มไม่ได้ ทำให้ต้อง แปลภาษาและทำความเข้าใจกับการปรับแอร์ ถ้าหน้าต่างเปิดแง้มได้ ถ้าอากาศเย็นๆ ใช้อากาศธรรมชาติ จะสดชื่นกว่า

- Jeffrey (10/5): Modern hotel in a great location - Modern hotel in a fun part of Morioka just a short walk to the train station. It is right near a main street with a ton of great dining options. Breakfast is buffet-style and we found lots of stuff we liked. Laundry rooms are available on a few floors and were very easy to use (and the machines add laundry soap automatically - you do not add any soap). Would definitely stay here again!

- Dawn (4/5): There are many better places to stay in Morioka - I’d swerve this one next time. - The duvet and the pillow. No ambience. There was no coffee in the room. Considering it’s called Art Hotel, there is not a stick of art anywhere to be seen. The main lobby entrance area looks shoddy and poor. It was very disappointing. We would not consider going back.

- Au Weng Kay (9/5): - 1. Good location. Hotel is not too far from the station and has many restaurants, eateries, kombini nearby. Especially Yebisu Soba just across the street, they serve good noodles 2. Hotel assist in booking taxi (just 800 yen) to station, saving me time/effort to drag luggage Laundry services could be better. Not hotel's fault really, but some stayers do not retrieve their washed laundries promptly. Since it's password protected, it's not possible for others to remove their washed items.

- Kam Ming (5/5): Nil. - The room is small and we find difficult to manage the 3 luggages of moderate size. The hygiene condition of bathroom is unsatisfactory, with stain on toilet bowl. Hygiene of bathroom should be improved.
