- Nehemiah (10/5): - I had a very pleasant stay at Büyük Hotel in Sivas. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made a great impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept — perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also convenient for getting around the city. My only issue was that I couldn’t control the room temperature, and it felt a bit too warm for me at times. Other than that, everything else was great. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it for its service and cleanliness.

- Sengul (6/5): daha iyi olabilirsiniz. - merhaba, otel çok merkezi bir yerde. konum ve ulaşım açısından çok iyi ama otelin internetini hiç kullanamadık. bu konuda çok sıkıntı yaşadık. Aynı şekilde temizlik konusunda da eksik bilgilendirildik. Odaların birinde lambayı hiç kapatamadık. Böylesi merkezde olan bir otelde kalmak daha kullanışlı olmalıydı.
- Felizitas (8/5): - Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage sehr zentral, Zimmer trotzdem ruhig. Parkplatz am Hotel. Die Beleuchtung in den Fluren könnte heller sein!
- Can (4/5): - Im spa wurde aufgelistet das es auch ein Jacuzzi zu Verfügung steht was im Preis inbegriffen war doch leider aber nicht zur verfügün gestellt wurde das es ausgeschaltet konnte wir es auch leider nicht nutzen sowie die Öffnungszeit wurden täglich geändert . Die Damen am Personal waren sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit.

- Anne-Lise (10/5): Nice stay in Sivas - Had a short stay in Sivas - arriving at the rain station at midnight and left the following morning. Breakfast was nice and having the reception 24/7 was definitely a plus for us.
- Mehmet (10/5): exzellentes hotel mit tollem service - es war einfach hervorragend, ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Der Service und die Annehmlichkeiten waren eine Augenweide. Vor allem das Frühstück war exzellent alles war wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Ich danke dem Hotel Personal für diesen tollen Service
