At breakfast good selection but an almost rude girl when asked about coffee she put a cup under a huge urn and pointed, nothing to say what it was obviously been there sometime and stewed and whoever thought pineapple and coriander jam was great with croissants 😋? We never had breakfast again, there were 2 nice staff who tried their best, the most were verging on rude, but there are other places in the area who are getting right so we ate in those after 2 nights

They went short of bread, coffee, fruits, cheese and ham before 9am. Food offered for meals is prohibitively expensive for what it is and the choice is very reduced. I would not recommend having any meal there.

Le personnel était agréable et avenant. Rien du fait de l'hôtel, ni de la situation. Il y a peu de point de restauration dans la zone et si on souhaite déjeuner ou d'hier, il faut réserver plusieurs jours à l'avance.

- Christoph (9/5): - Schönes modernes Hotel direkt am Meer mit gutem Restaurant. Modernes, geräumiges, komfortables und sauberes Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer und mit gutem Bett und schönem sauberem Bad. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und optisch schön angerichtet. Auch das Frühstück in Buffetform ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Der private beschrankte Parkplatz hinter dem Haus war leider nicht befestigt aber zweckmäßig und hatte eine Tür direkt zum Haus, die das Aus- und Einladen des Gepäcks vereinfachte. - Das Zimmer, deklariert als Superior Zimmer hatte kein TV. - Der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus gleicht einer Buckelpiste mit Schlammlöchern. - Auf dem Parkplatz gab es eine Ladestation des Betreibers ChargePoint, die ich leider auch nach Installation der App des Betreibers nicht dazu überreden konnte mein Auto zu laden. Das Hotelpersonal war da leider auch nicht hilfreich, es wusste noch nicht einmal dass da auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz eine Ladestation existiert. Obwohl die Station augenscheinlich in Betrieb war, wurde sie mir in der App nicht angezeigt und somit konnte ich den Ladevorgang nicht starten. Auch alle meine anderen Ladekarten haben nicht funktioniert.
- SERGE (8/5): Une bonne escale dans un lieu exceptionnel - Hôtel situé dans un environnement exceptionnel, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté, le calme ainsi que la qualité du restaurant. La terrasse devant la chambre était peu entretenue alors que cet espace aurait pu être une vraie plus value. Par ailleurs nous avons clairement constaté que le service d'accueil manquait d'expérience et le café du petit déjeuner en version "gîte" était minimaliste (juste une petite tasse).

- Caroline (8/5): A bit pricey for a room with no view - Staff courteous, Good sized room, very clean. We hoped for a second floor room with views. This was not possible and our ground floor room's view of the sea was obscured by parked vehicles. A buffet breakfast was available for 16 euros each, the most expensive we had encountered. We didn't take it.
- Annick (7/5): Agréable au vu de l'emplacement - Emplacement exceptionnel et calme. Chambre agréable. Diners ( pour nous) élaborés, mais un peu courts en quantité. Le manque d'approvisionnement du petit déjeuner. Rien à redire sur les produits proposés, en revanche à 9H le buffet où il manque plein de produits n'est pas acceptable pour un 3 étoiles et au vu du prix . Nous y sommes restés 9 jours, et c'était tous les matins pareil!. Un jour c'était le pain, un jour c'était la confiture, le café, l'eau chaude, les charcuteries, les yaourts etc.... Au lieu de préparer les tables pour le déjeuner, il eut été préférable d'abord de s'occuper des clients présents pour le petit déjeuner (plusieurs clients rencontrés m'ont fait cette réflexion! ) Il y a tout le temps à partir de 10 H de s'occuper des clients du midi !!! En tant que clients de l'hôtel nous avions vraiment l'impression de gêner alors que l'heure maxi de service est 10H ! Très désagréable
