• Nasrin (4/5): Min upplevelse under min vistelse på hotelet - Tyvärr en dålig upplevelse när det gäller hotel, sliten både i skick och sängar och soffor , gamla sängar som madrassen håller på ramla av sängen , inga soffor eller stol i vissa rum och det andra rum som fanns bord och soffa var så trasig att man vågade knappt sitta, ingen slang på duschen, avlopoet syns direkt ,inget lock, det kommet knappt någon varm vatten ,väldigt liten som man kan klara att duscha , frukosten är ok men absolut inga höjdare ,brödet var värst en torr vit baguette varje morgon , och en varm frukt dryck som knappt var värd att dricka.Personalen på receptionen var trevlig mest Adam , städningen är under all kritik ,vi skrek på hjälp för att rummet ska bli städat ,då tar de soporna och lägger toalettpapper inget annat , efter flera försök med receptionen och hotel ägaren bytte de en gång handdukar och säng kläder. Det finns ingen Aircondition, vilket rummet är jätte varm ,vi fick fläkt men ingen stor skillnad .Vill inte ge hotelet dålig ryckte men tyvärr inget hotel som jag kan rekomendera . Hotellet behöver renovering,nya möbler och sängar och lite mer ansvarfull städpersonal.

• Ali (7/5): Good value for what you pay. Good overal. - Staff was always there and willing to help. The hotel is in great location. Rooms are clean. It is good for what you pay for. Rooms size is more than what you need and better than most hotels. Breakfast is good. We stayed here for a few days. It's not very new or modern, so the rooms smell can improve (no smoking). Also, make sure everything works properly. Overal, it's good.

The room was ridiculously small — it was nearly impossible to move around without hitting something. The only chair provided was broken, the hair dryer was out of order, the soap dispenser in the shower did not work, and the towels were very worn out. Altogether, the room felt poorly maintained and uncomfortable.

Für eine Einzelperson ohne Kind oder Familie ist die Unterkunft vielleicht geeignet. Die Anbindung zu den Marken war ebenfalls in Ordnung. Die Fotos auf Booking.com entsprechen nicht der Realität vor Ort. Die Toilette und das Badezimmer waren nicht sauber – bei uns lief ständig Wasser. Beim Frühstück gab es keinen Kaffee, und die Qualität des Essens war insgesamt so so. Keine stabile Internetverbindung.

• Mohammad Reza (4/5): I would like the managers address the above issues - The size of room was decent There are some health and safety risks in regards to the staircase rails which had a very wide gaps between the rails. One of the room’s toilets flush was not working and this caused huge smells and made us uncomfortable. Another room had the soap and body wash run out and no one would come to sort these out.

Fakat genel olarak hijyen sorunu mevcuttur .duş başlığı kötü genel temizlik berbat ,su ısıtıcı kahve çay ikramı kulak temizleme çubuğu el havlusu ve baş havlusu bulunmuyor.kahvaltı kötü ciddi temizlik sıkıntıları var.bardaklar çamaşır suyuyla tanışmamış,kapkara lekeliydi.her ürün mika plastik ve kalitesiz kahvaltı çok zayıf aç kaldım resmen kesinlikle kahvaltı tavsiye etmem.Hijyen ve kalite konusunda çok zayıflar bu açıdan tavsiye etmem.

• stalitsa rom (1/5): They didn't care to direct us - City of Van and also the lake, castle etc, are very beautiful 😍 We are a middle-aged couple traveling to wherever we can reach by car from Greece. When we made the reservation we were in Kars and we checked if there was parking at this hotel. It said it was in a public area or paid. We pre-paid for the room and when we got there, it is right in the busiest part of the city of Van, we couldn't even get close. The police had blocked all the surrounding roads, everyone was driving the opposite way and parked everywhere. The hotel didn't care to direct us, nor did they respond to the message we sent. We lost our money and went to stay somewhere further out where there is no mess.

When I arrived at hotel, they just finished the renovation, hotel is situated in a great location, and if you consider the price, cleanness, breakfast, and location into consideration, the hotel is more than extraordinary.

The carpet in the floor and the bathroom towels were almost the same: old, dirty and with holes. Wifi did not work inside the room. Staff unable to reset the router when the wifi was down: I had to do it myself. Very disappointing.

• mehran (6/5): Mit ophold på park hotel i Van Tyrkiet. - Jeg opholdt mig på hotellet i 5 dage og så ikke en eneste rengøringspersonale i disse dage. Ingen bar ingen service, beskidt badeværelse tildækket af svampe i hjørnerne, fattige morgenmad uden drikke varer kun vand on te ingen kaffe ingen morgen juice. Jeg vil aldrig igen vælge dette hotel for ophold. Håndklæder blev ikke udskifte meget lille fjernsyn gammel facilitet stik kontakterne var ved at falde af plads.

• Sangmin (9/5): - 직원들이 매우 친절하며 궁금한 사항에 성심성의껏 답변해주었다. 체크인 시간 전에 갔는데도 체크인을 별도의 비용 부과 없이 허락해주었다. 침대가 편안했다. 위치가 투어 시작 장소와 가까웠고, 반 성채와 오토가르에 가는 미니버스를 타는 곳과 가깝다. 호텔이 대로에 있지 않아서 밤에 시끄럽지 않았다. 조식이 훌륭했다. 방에서 와이파이 연결이 불안정했다. 방의 창문이 건물 밖과 연결되지 않고 화재 발생 시 대피용 계단과 연결되어 있어서 환기가 어렵고, 밖이 시원한데도 방안은 더웠다.

• Mehdy (1/5): Dimet Park Hotel - Near the center of Van city in Turkey. No cleaning at all. Very bad and unhealthy breakfast. Very bad bathroom with not working dusch. No AC, just a little fan while it was hot. Nearly impossible to sleep at nights because of disturbing from traffic. Not working mini fridge and broken electric outlet. No toalett paper. One electric outlet for TV and fan so it was impossible to use both at the same time. No coffee, milk and juice. Difficult to open and lock the hotel room.

• Yasamin (1/5): - I booked for two nights. But when I arrived at the hotel, I couldn’t stay more than an hour and a half. I went to reception to cancel my stay and leave. First of all, the way the receptionist talked to me was unprofessional and rude, and they didn’t return my money. Even when I told them to deduct the first night and return the money for the second night, she responded aggressively, and I left the hotel. I just stayed there for an hour and a half.

• Hana (4/5): Why are you lying - Place was clean. Close to food places. Wifi worked. Someone at this property told booking.com that I had not shown up for my reservation and I might be charged a no show fee. This is a lie or a mistake because I definitely stayed here for 2 nights. Don't do the tour, it is really badly managed, I spent 2 hours in a van driving in a 1km circle before we actually went to any of the sights. The room was quite hot and no air conditioning so slept with the window open and the town is noisy.

• Bilge (6/5): Decent - I like the manager. They help to get us Wright room. We changed 3 rooms. I cleaned 3 rooms to get countable. But everyone was eager to help 🙄 us everywhere 🙄, especially the manager. Staff was friendly and kind. The first two rooms were cold 🥶 heading system was not on. But the last 2 nights 🌙 were warmer and much better.
