• Holly (5/5): It was inexpensive but I’ve stayed at better places in Big Spring for the same price. - The staff was nice and it was clean. You can hear the traffic on I-20 (my poor choice to choose on the location), the black out curtains aren’t long enough to block out the light (I’m a night shift nurse and sleep during the day), the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired-milk should be in cartons and nice in small containers (I like to eat after a shower and it’s hard to carry the tiny cups to your room), there was no hot water-it was barely a like warm, the bed were just ok.

• Lisa (5/5): - Who ever owned the property is not big on cleanliness. I suggest you stay at the quality inn around the corner, that’s what we did next time we were in town and found it to be better value.

• Tracy (10/5): Clean place friendly staff, we definitely recommend. - Robin was a delight to see. She was friendly and checked us in right away. We checked in a little after 1 AM and she got us taken care of right away.
• Trena (8/5): It was comfortable and conveniently located. - The parking lot was well lighted and felt safe. It was very close to I-20. The king bed was comfortable. The ice machine didn’t have ice on the first floor. It would have been nice if breakfast hours were extended on the weekend.

• Menicke (10/5): It’s a great place to stop over in your trip. - The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and easy access to I20. They offer breakfast but I slept through that time. There is a Starbucks 4 minutes away.

• Karen (3/5): Wont stay here again - Parking lot was full, sketchy, parking was full of cigarettes on the floor, dirty, my door wasn’t locking properly, lobby floors dirty And throughout property, this hotel is more for construction workers, not family friendly. Better management
• Eloisa (7/5): We needed a place to sleep and clean up so it was what we expected.. - The breakfast was good but at another hotel we had hash browns, gravy and biscuits with the eggs. It was all good.
• Cam (10/5): This is a great place to stay in Big Spring. Stop in sometime and give it a try. - Priya and her staff are always so welcoming and helpful. I always enjoy the breakfast when I stay, too!

• Brad (4/5): It'll be the last - Facility is past due for a remodel. Carpets/flooring worn and dirty. Showers had mold. The mattress had a large brown stain around the entire bottom of the head area. Coffee? Cleanliness
• L (3/5): All in all, it was OK just a little more pricey than what I think it was worth - It wasn’t anything special but definitely not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in $100 for the night still a little high $150 security deposit is insane when the most expensive looking thing in that room looks like it costed $30 the bathroom door was broken when I got the room. It had a chip broke off of it.

• susan carol (7/5): Greta value for the working person. - Convenient to the highway. Easy access. Efficient checkin. Staff was friendly. Welllll, I normally stay at properties that have more to offer. This hotel is perfect for the working person who has a set limit on reimbursement for expenses while working. It was fine, but not a plush as I normally am use to. Do t want to sound snobbish, but great value for the marking person or family traveling on a budget. No complaints.

• Zane (9/5): We were happy to stay here. - The breakfast is worth the stay. They cook sausage and eggs. Fresh OJ. Along with make your own waffles, milk, and all the other small things you would be used to seeing in a free continental breakfast. There is not much in the way of parking for oversized vehicles.

• Victor (1/5): Location and staff were fine but the condition of the showers and cleanliness of the room were bad. - Breakfast was ok. staff was friendly. Cleanliness of the rooms. My dissatisfaction was with the cleanliness of the rooms. Bathroom showers were either damaged or broken. Carpet in the room was dirty, and I could visibly see stains. I guess vacuming is not a required after every guest stay. Rooms on both nights smelled.

I had a problem with you as far as Travelocity and Expedia I could not check in right away because you did not pay the full amount on your virtual card. I had to pay $21 above what you paid which was $80 and should’ve been $104. Wait to see my credit card bill and if you charge me to full amount you need to refund me.

• Stephen (10/5): Overnight Stay - The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The shower was good but the sliding door did not close all the way. But it was hot, the pressure was good. And most important to me: the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plus I liked the expanded television channels which was an added nice touch to relax after driving all day.

• Tracie (2/5): Never Again - My bed seemed clean. The bathroom had mold in every corner of the tub. The room was old and pretty banged up. The desk clerk insisted I move my brand new bobtail I was driving to a dark sandy field behind the hotel in the dark and I’m a single female traveling alone. He told me to move it or he’d have it towed and it was in a single parking spot not blocking the driveway or fire lane. He was short with me and could care less he placed me in danger. I will never stay at this asleep Inn again.

• Fernando (4/5): Needs an urgent upgrade. - Stayed here for a break from driving. Entering, the door slides open and cockroaches scattered. Employee was nice and courteous upon check in. Our room was smelly, but so was the hallway. It smelled musty and dirty. The mattresses had black stains on some spots but not bed bugs. The walls were smeared with some black stuff as well. The shower had black grime.

• Teresa (2/5): - this hotel was in terrible shape. the shower was so bad that I could not use it. the hallways look like they have not been vacuumed in months. they shut breakfast down early so we had to eat somewhere offsite, though i am not sure that I would have eaten there anyway. i would not stay here again.

• Kristofer (4/5): - The 2 stars is for the employee that checked us in and the clean bed after 14 hours of driving. Room had stained carpet, shower couldn’t be contained by the curtain, water got everywhere. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked.
