Charlotte (5/5): You get what you pay for. - The price was really good and the size of the room was large. There was a kitchen but nothing to cook with. The elevator reeked of cigarette smoke along with the first of the hallway on the second floor. I feel like employees hide in the elevator to smoke because it is so strong at all times. Guests would not have time to smoke with how short the ride is. At times, the elevator didn’t work. You’d press the button and nothing would happen and it makes disturbing noises. The kitchen would be nice but there’s nothing to cook with. There’s no shampoo or conditioner provided but you could buy it downstairs in the vending machine. The cleaning staff let themselves into my room while I was in the shower at 9:45am. Just yelled housekeeping but didn’t give you any time to respond. Thankfully my son was there to remind them checkout was not until 11 am. This really upset me! Also our key cards were deactivated at 9am so my son could not get back into the room after trying to get ice (another unsuccessful issue). That also meant one of us had to stay in the room while loading the car or we would have been locked out of the room. At the time, the front desk clerk had stepped away. Why would your staff deactivate both cards before we even left? If anything, please deodorize the elevator someway to get rid of the very STRONG cigarette smell.

I highly highly recommend this motel 6 above all. I can't think of one single thing that I didn't like about cedar Park motel 6.

The place looks fine from the outside but it’s very deceiving - The only positive thing is that your pets can stay for free but, you will see why quickly upon arrival. it was absolutely disgusting. weird rust looking stuff on every appliance, bugs on sheet, behind the bed frame, weird black mold stuff in the corner of the room and black stuff smeared on the mirror. Looks like no one cleaned whatsoever before we got there. I don’t feel comfortable letting my animals stay there or myself.

My husband and I booked a 3‑night stay through the BringFido App and added one additional night, as reflected in the attached documentation. We specifically requested a lower‑level room to accommodate the number of bins we were traveling with, since we were continuing on to Texarkana, AR, to pick up an RV. We stayed four nights at Motel 6, and the experience was intolerable: • Room not ready at check‑in: At 4:00 p.m., we were told our room had not been cleaned. We waited 45 minutes in the parking lot before being allowed in. • Extreme noise disturbance: For all four nights, the neighboring room (Room 122) blasted sound so loudly it rattled our walls. Despite multiple complaints at 2:00 a.m. and repeated requests to the front desk, no effective action was taken. We were unable to sleep each night. • Failure of management: On the final day, we requested to speak with the manager. We were told she would call us, but she never did. • Unsafe and disruptive environment: On the fourth night, the fire alarm went off at 2:00 a.m., compounding the chaos. • Unsanitary conditions: The neighboring room housed at least four pets, and the odor in the hallway was overwhelming. We have stayed at many Motel 6 locations and understand the limitations of budget accommodations. However, this property failed to uphold even the most basic standards of hospitality, safety, and accountability. Guests should not be subjected to sleepless nights, unmanaged disturbances, and unsanitary conditions. We therefore demand an immediate refund for all four nights. If this request is not honored promptly, we will escalate the matter further.

Many of the reviewers seem to be grading it against a five star hotel, which it’s not meant to be. The rooms are a little worn and dated but comfortable, and the staff were awesome. If the owner assumes you're a junky or anything but a good looking young lady, they'll exile you to the third floor where they believe you belong. If motel 6 set the bar one foot off the ground, this location is trying their hardest to dig to china. All towels were stained with what looked like blood. Linens had to be thirty years old, including the pillows.I don't even remember a pillow like that from my childhood and we didn't grow up rich. If they put you anywhere but the 1st floor check out immediately. They're making a judgment call based on your appearance.

Dog chewed up nightstand. Nasty Cigarette smell thru hallway. Observed staff cleaning with black/dirty mop water. Beds not comfortable, felt like laying on a boxspring.

Deb (10/5): Freindly staff, Great place, Very convenient. - The friendly & helpful staff, even other residents who happily welcomed us to Cedar Park. Location was perfect for our stay: shops, food, & entertainment venue Haute Spot all within walking distance. I LOVE that long stay residents are allowed to stay with their pets.. nothing breaks my heart more than seeing people have to give up their pets in order to secure any kind of accommodation. Would much rather listen to the odd dog bark to go pee outside than know it has been surrendered to an already overcrowded & most likely euthanized. You should be rated higher on this point alone. Nothing to not like.

Shandi (2/5): Disgusting don’t stay - The place is ran down, they resuse the card sleeves which are dirty from guest hands. They cross out the guest old number and then will write your room number. The card sleeves has food and brown spots from several uses. Roaches and I cleaned sheets. Place is terrible!!!!

Fahim (4/5): - Alright for budget stay, room smelled like nasty like smoke!! Didn't find it comfortable at all so just stayed for a night.
Dave (2/5): - it was so terrible that I did not stay the night. I left at around 12:40am. By far one of the worse motel 6 I have stayed. The smell was just horrible and the condition of the rooms were awful.

Sheets had splatters of blood previously and someone just cut around the spots and put the sheet back on the bed. Wooden chair had a burn mark. Not by design. Tv was unplugged. Water was spilled between the beds ??? I got my socks wet and had to put a towel down. Please contact me for pictures. This properly should be condemned. Truthfully

Patricia (3/5): Don't waste your time or money - Staff was helpful. I was to be in a non smoking room, but the room smelled like cigars. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door, the flooring was coming up in the room. It was very noisy, dogs barking in the hotel, people were loud. If I would have known it was an extended stay, I never would have stayed there. The whole place was dirty. Very disappointing. The microwave in the room was rusting out on the inside. This hotel is hard to find, hidden behind another hotel in front. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Chaz (10/5): - The reviews are wrong.. this place is EXCELLENT!! Yeah, theres a few "long term" people there.. but they were kind and minding their own most the time. The staff was amazing, beds soft.. It is a budget room so it isnt giant stand up showers and sink.. but it is a 10/10 for a $50ish dollar a night hotel.. Mo issues with safety or noise at all.
