• PhilW64 (10/5): Awesome hotel, be aware of the check-in process & ZTL zone - OK, a mixed review, the room & location is absolutely fabulous, as there is a ZTL in effect in the old town of Gallipoli, you can park in the Port (outside the ZTL zone) & easily walk to this hotel with your luggage HOWEVER you are expected to check in at a different hotel 800M away from the actual room you have booked & this is NOT made clear on the booking.com page, you are sent an email advising of this AFTER you have paid for the room so less than impressed with this part of the experience, especially as we did not see/read the email until we were standing on the road outside the room & trying to get hold of someone to check in. Once this was resolved, the rest of the stay was magnificent, room is fabulous (loved the glass ceiling allowing you to view the old interior roof) & it has been wonderfully refurbished in recent times. There is a cafe/patissere within 10M of the front door so late night drinks or early breakfast is only metres away. Loved the hotel & the surrounding area, shame the check-in process is not more clearly explained PRIOR to confirming the booking !. Check in process - see main review.

• Babber (5/5): Mooie kamer op goede locatie met fijn matras maar overheersend parfum - De.ligging, matras, de kamers hebben een leuke plafondschilderingen. Er hangt een overheersende parfum geur in het gebouw en de kamers. Dit is zo aanwezig dat ik het proefde en eerst een half uur in de wind moest lopen om de geur uit mijn neus en mond te krijgen. Er was geen deken in de suite aanwezig. Omdat deze van het hoofddoel vandaan ligt konden we die ook niet meer gaan halen. De receptie reageerde 's morgens pas op ons bericht, we hebben onder een handdoek geslapen.

• Charlotte (4/5): - De locatie Niet zo propere kamer en steenharde beddes. We werden ook naar deze locatie gestuurd terwijl we eerst elders moesten inchecken in een hotel. Dat wisten we niet. En het is al een ramp om er met de auto te komen / parkeren dus alles behalve een praktische zaak.
• Bertrand (6/5): Bien placé mais décevant pour le reste - L'emplacement Personne n'est venu faire la chambre durant notre séjour (4 nuits) un tout petit flacon de produit de douche pour 4 jours
• Marina (5/5): Lugar muy ruidoso con casi nada de internet - Las camas fueron muy cómodas. Tuvimos que hacer el check in en un hotel a 600/800 metros del lugar. Al llegar a la habitación tuvimos que contactarnos para pedir la contraseña de Wi Fi. Internet casi no funciono durante la estadía. La habitación esta arriba de un bar/restaurante. Las ventanas dan a la calle, se escucho mucho ruido durante la noche y por la mañana cuando retiraron los residuos. No pudimos descansar.

Per ciò la posizione e perfetta per vivere Gallipoli antica appieno. Più bibite nel frigorifero, magari birra fresca sarebbe stato top. Più informazioni per il parcheggio e ZTL.

• Mario IVAN (8/5): - La gentilezza e disponibilità della reception, il punto centrale e una buona camera con tutti i servizi necessari. Forse un pochino di muffa alle pareti.
• Joanna (10/5): - Super lokalizacja, apartament bardzo czysty i bardzo ładny. W okolicy wszystkie atrakcje.
• Martin (9/5): - Eine super zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Zudem noch sehr ruhig. Ist sofort in der Innenstadt die Anmeldung über das Nachbar Hotel hat perfekt funktioniert. WLAN und Klimaanlage haben super funktioniert ein schönes Bad und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Mein Zimmer war im Innenhof gelegen, aber das ist nur ein ganz ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt. Dafür war es wahrscheinlich auch das günstigste. Da man im Sommer ohnehin nur einige Stunden zum schlafen im Zimmer ist, spielt das eigentlich keine Rolle.🤩🤩🤣

• notari novella (7/5): - Carino l' arredo, buona la posizione. Luce e ventilatore del bagno automatici....sì spengono dopo un po' ... c'è il rischio che l' ultimo resti al buio, o che rimangano accesi inutilmente per diversi minuti
• Rosa (8/5): - La posizione centrale, la vista sul mare, la comodità dei letti, la gentilezza dello staff Unica pecca la pulizia della stanza non proprio ottimale (polvere sulle lampade e per terra, vetri delle finestre sporchi). Per chi ha qualche difficoltà di movimento da sapere che c'è una scala in marmo con gradini alti per raggiungere la stanza
• Lara (9/5): - La struttura si trova a ridosso del centro storico, in una posizione molto comoda. Particolarmente utile il servizio di parcheggio: il personale accompagna gli ospiti presso Suite Porta Terra, prende in consegna l’auto e provvede a parcheggiarla in un garage.
• Arie (8/5): Good location - A fantastic location in the old town, with great views from the family room. The Room was quite large, and the bed was comfortable. Maybe I missed it when I booked the place, but the check-in happens in the FLY hotel, which is 600 meters from the location. Therefore, if you need to walk on foot, there are parking spaces around the suites. Additionally, the trash in the room was full when I got in.

Fantastic place Complicated check-in (that is happening 15min walk away). And check-out for that matter. Al was just unnecessarily complicated.
• Rossana (9/5): Superb - Room was great and the location is a great place to stay. There was parking available at the nearby hotel but we had a 6 minute walk back to the Suite. I had understood that we were getting a lift, but we had to walk with member of staff. Maybe the details were lost in translation. It onlh nattered because I had sore foot. There are also quite a few steep steps up to the Suite, probably nit suitable for the elderly.
• Marcel (6/5): cheap room without daylight and wifi in central location - Location near the center The key man came late, we had to wait in the shade next to the garbage cans with the suitcases. The parking is a disaster. In the room there was neither daylight nor wifi!
• Florian (4/5): A éviter - La réception se trouve à 10min a pied de l hôtel Nous avons pas été prévenu à l’avance. Le logement est sombre, donne sur une mini cour intérieure/terrasse partagée avec un autre logement et où sont entreposés un ancien meuble de salle de bain et une échelle. Il y avait même une vielle assiette en plastique. Pour finir, la montée de escalier est très penture et étroite, pas du tout pratique avec des valises Autrement la chambre est correcte
• Verified traveler (4/5): Disorganizzato - Di tutte le strutture dove ho soggiornato in Puglia, questa è l'unica che mi ha deluso. Totale disorganizzazione della reception, non trovavano la prenotazione e non sapevano il costo della tassa di soggiorno. Pessima la gestione del parcheggio, puoi ritirare l'auto solo in determinati orari e le attese per averla superano la mezz'ora (ovviamente questo non viene detto al momento del pagamento anticipato). Le camere hanno un bagno piccolo senza bidet, le tende non si chiudono bene e la mattina presto si è invasi dalla luce. WiFi non funzionante. Non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.
• Alessandro (10/5): Bellissima sistemazione in centro a Gallipoli - Staff giovane, gentilissimo ed efficiente. Camera molto bella, confortevole e in posizione ottimale per godersi Gallipoli. La vista dai terrazzini è magnifica. La notte c'è un pò di baccano nella piazzetta antistante ma questo fa parte della vita notturna gallipolina, niente di fastidioso comunque. Il soggiorno è stato fantastico e per questo ringrazio tutto lo staff.
