- rinat (10/5): היה לנו מושלם - הכל היה לנו נוח ונעים
צוות אדיב חדרים גדולים
שקט רגוע ומושלם לזוגות

- Sophie (10/5): - We really lived our stay here last week! We stayed for 4 nights and had complaints! The beds were comfortable and loved walking straight onto the beach from the balcony. The staff were all very friendly and chilled out!
The hight was the local dogs; they were beautiful

- Krishanu (10/5): Great location and stay ... - Exceptional location. They have kept only 5 cottages, with good amount of open space, which creates a very relaxed and calm vibe ... you can lie in bed and watch the beach in front of you ...it was amazing ...oh..the food was also great...we tried we other restuarants around, comparatively this place had great food as well! Nothing

loved it ✨🧿 there was shock in switch board
- soumya (8/5): - I had a great time at ur property. It's huge. The beds are large. The room is really convenient and right on the beach. The bathroom is beautiful. It's an open bathroom. The things which can be improved.
There was no water in the bathrooms every day in the morning. Flush wouldn't work at all .. only slight water coming out of the tap. I had to keep a bucket in the rain and then put in the Camode. After 8 am, it would work fine. There is no place to hang clothes. There was no restaurant at this place. All the plugs and switches had current. I was saved because I used a water bottle to switch on and off the switch. When I checked in, the room was not that clean. The next day I told the lady to clean it properly that's when the room got really cleaned. But never the less, I am sure u can improve such small things, and the property is beautiful. Thank u.

- Varma (8/5): Good place for a peaceful stay - Liked the peaceful atmosphere of this place.. Good privacy for guests Inside restaurant kitchen was not full fledged.. So we had to depend on outside restaurants for 3 times food.. Otherwise location and ambience is outstanding
- Danieluk13 (10/5): Exceptional - Private beach, location direct to the beach. Very nice restaurant in the property.

- Eline (10/5): Super lovely hostel with friendly staff and a beautiful scenery - Super friendly staff! So welcoming and helpful. We received a welcome-watermelon juice upon arrival and we were helped with our luggage and shown around the facilities by the lovely staff. They refilled their stock of our favorite beer so that they wouldn’t run out, and helped us organize a super friendly taxi driver to take us to the airport. So nice location with sun beds in the shadow of the palm trees. Breakfast at the restaurant (which was next door) was okey, nothing special, but so many other possibilities in close distance for other breakfast, so really not a problem. The AC in our room was a bit noisy, but worked fine and was not a problem. All in all, not much to complain about!
- Meroon (4/5): Good location. Very poor value for money. They can improve - The location of the cottages were right in-front of the beach . Poorly maintained property .
- Ludovica (7/5): Good - Nice, peaceful beach front huts, large spacious rooms and outside bathroom. Bed is comfortable and the room spacious, lovely shaded beach front with sun beds and housekeeping ladies were lovely! Had better experience in other huts on this beach, hut was overall a bit tired with one of the windows cracked and taped together. The reception staff could try a little harder with the guests and make them feel little more welcome. The resort also didn't accept card payment because they "don't have a card machine" which inconveniently forced us to withdraw a large sum of cash!
- Sripad (10/5): Just great! - The property far exceeded the expectations. The location, ambience, beach, the street around and the food and everything was just wonderful! Nothing :-)
- Santosh (8/5): Very good - The staff are so humble. If you had to order something you need to go to the restaurant.. No telephone was there..
- Andrew (9/5): Perfect low key comfortable lodging right on the beach - Mariposa beach grove is - a grove - a shady beach front idyllic tiny coconut grove with hardwood cabins and colourful outdoor bathrooms. Its charm is that it doesn’t shout at the beach like some of the other gaudy plastic roofed newbies and isn’t serried ranks of flimsy stacked cabins like other accommodation on Agonda, its low key, natural, fenced in by bamboo and rope. Huge comfortable bed, good fan, air-con, nice breakfast. But most of all it’s right on the beach and the view from your bed before breakfast, sun bed rest of the day is of soft sand rolling ocean and boats. Maybe some tired items need repair - but not too smart please
- Warrior (10/5): Will definitely return - Beautifully positioned on the beach but tucked away slightly under the huge trees. Rooms and bed were big with a lovely outdoor bathroom. Food was delicious and we ate breakfast and dinner several times. Lovely to sit and watch the sunset on an evening.
- Axel (2/5): Anything for that price. Completely overpriced - Very basic breakfast, huts no villas, rundown need renovations, much much overpriced. Anything for this price
- Patrick (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful bungalows right on the beach. Helpful, kind and professional staff. Nice comfortable rooms. Perfect place in the quiet part of Goa.
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Keyur (8/5): Very good -
- Genevieve (10/5): Perfect! -
- Suresh (8/5): Unforgettable trip. - Marvelous stay + Location + staff + food .
- Lorenzo (8/5): - Enjoyed the privacy and beachfront setting. Room needed some TLC. Management are very low profile and did not feel greatly welcomed, although great if you like being left alone. Beach hut had everything in terms of Wifi and air conditioning.
- Harish (1/5): Overpriced worn out and zero value for money - Only the location that it is by the beach but with hardly any views which are blocked by boats and garbage I fail to understand the good reviews for this place, because even by the most basic standards this place fails on every level. The location certainly doesn't warrant all the other stuff you have to put up with while here.
Service is non-existent, the staff loiters at the bar all day doing nothing and avoids any simple ask. Such hostile people have no business being in hospitality.
The cleanliness and hygiene factor is abysmal - the linens were extremely dirty, room has rolls of dust collected on objects. There were bugs on the bed and sheets. The blankets were extremely dirty and weren't replaced as well. With all the bugs in the bed it was very difficult to get any sleep. The bathroom was also filled with insects and lizards but I guess with an open bathroom this can't be avoided.
Room: coffee/tea packets are replaced based on if they feel like it, same is the case with toiletries and towels. The noise from the AC was extremely loud and the temperature was not able to regulate and on top of that it was extremely dusty because of which I got even sick. The fan had the same problem. Very dusty and unable to regulate the speed. For some reason the place was infested with crows and there was no peace to relax and watch the sea in day time. In the night all the dogs are gathering in front barking the whole night. The sunbeds were torn and worn out.
Each room has a view but not private access, theres a common fencing for all rooms and the access to beach is through one opening in this fence
Value for money: zilch, at 7k+ a night, you'll find much better places with the same beach view all along agonda. Overhyped and overpriced.
I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here. This is my 4th time in Agonda and I have never had such a bad experience. There are much better places for better prices and most importantly comfort and conditions.
Dirty, Worn out, overpriced and downright terrible

- Abhishek (9/5): Superb -
- Abhi (9/5): Best in Agonda - Beach view cottages are worth Nothing really, only parking is a hassle, food is not the best
- Pradeep (7/5): It was a good stay we got what we expect - The View
Food is also nice
Room Size is enough for 4 people
Value for money with the view they are providing Beaches can be more cleaner from the property end
The room should be more cleaner
- Vaishnavi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monica (10/5): I enjoyed so much the place, the people, the sea. Do you really need to close this place? - Everything, a small paradise 😁
- Zeba (10/5): satisfied - the view and the room location were perfect the house keeping wasn't up to the mark
the washrooms can use a roof, its difficult to use them during the rainy season
- Aniket (10/5): Good view made up everything! - The beach view directly from the room just made up everything and the less crowd. Food especially breakfast not included which was costly. Also beach was not clean as there were many dogs around and the sea access was having steep slope which was dangerous during the off season and scary to even go knee deep.
- Sahana (9/5): Superb -
- Mariusz (8/5): Great place - Nice, big huts with the direct access to the fantastic sandy beach. It was out of the season hence beach was fully empty. Huts are big with the external washroom. During the rain you can take a rain shower. Water wasn't hot but acceptable. There was well working internet in the room. Room was cleaned daily. At the room that was as well possibility to have a tea. Nothing
- Alba (8/5): Very good - Staff is amazing! Perfect place for families, and people looking for a relaxing experience. Very quite. Bonus: if you are animal friendly, is the perfect one! A lot of dogs waiting to be loved (and feeded). And some cats!
- Raghabendra (10/5): Beautiful location, great hosts & food - Lovely location on Agonda Beach, about ⅓ of the length down the road along the beach. The grove of trees in front of the rooms were just perfect, giving the right amount of shade to let one relax looking at the sea all through the day. Just a suggestion: some fans on the top deck above the restaurant would be just right in May when the weather gets just a bit warmer than absolutely comfortable.
- Felix (9/5): Superb -
- Gala (10/5): Excellent stay at Mariposa - Food was excellent and ofcourse the location itself was outstanding More room for improvement in the bed linens
- Malgorzata (10/5): Awsome stay! - My family of 4 really enjoyed the stay in Maripossa Beach Grove. We had both of the grand villas with sea view with private garden and lunger area with 24 hrs security. The open air wash room with real palm trees and mini garden inside was Awsome. I wish we could stay there forever. Villa no. 1 AC was not working.
- Jai (8/5): Very good -
- Nitesh (8/5): Very good - location
- More (9/5): Superb -
- Malgi (8/5): Wonderful property - Excellent location, good food and very good service Rooms could be a bit cleaner,
Rats in false ceiling
- Jha (9/5): Superb -
- Susan (6/5): we had a lovely relaxing stay on a beautiful and quiet beach. - our cottage was around 500m away from the main building along the beach. it was a lovely spacious cottage that was cleaned daily. there was a member of staff available to us 24/7 who looked after all of our needs, including bringing our breakfast to us from the main building. we had a fantastic ocean view, being right on the beach and were lulled to sleep with the sound of crashing waves every night. there was a fridge in the cottage which meant we had access to cold drinks whenever needed. there was a large verandah to sit out on and also two loungers in our beach garden. we could lounge or relax or work as we wanted. we were there for 7 nights and loved it. the beach was very quiet but safe. there were lots of beach shacks doing food and drinks all day/evening. immediately next to our cottage, on the beach was a large rubbish dump, a huge eyesore, although it didn’t smell too bad. what did smell though were the fish drying platforms also right next to us. there was a lot of rubbish dumped on the beach, although to be fair there were teams of people litter picking every day so it didn’t get out of hand. there were lots of feral dogs around and at night the barking & howling could get out of hand and be quite disturbing. they disturbed our sleep a lot as they slept on and under our verandah. the large number of cows on the beach was disconcerting but not a problem as such. our open-roofed shower/toilet was very romantic but attracted mosquitos and there was evidence of vermin as well.
- Przemek (10/5): Perfect place for a relaxing stay - Great location - directly on the beach.
Good restaurant. at place. Plenty restaurants nearby for every pocket.
Nice staff, with communicative English.
Spacious room, with all the amenities. Bathroom "outside" - enchanting.
"Concierge" - a boy named Mantesh whose task was to care about the guests' needs performed his obligations perfectly. Thanks to him our stay was wonderful. He was always there when needed, quickly learned our habits.
We even had "our" dog Lucky :) Nothing to say - everything was perfect.
- Sovan (5/5): Passable -

- Bhanuprakash (7/5): Good -
- Thakkar (10/5): Exceptional - property was great, small and very comfortable there was construction work going on and had lot of noise disturbance. no privacy in open bathrooms and rooms as only curtains available
- Mitali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kirat (8/5): - Great beachside property at Agonda beach. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay however a bit pricey in my opinion.

- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- Sushrut (8/5): Very good -
- Awanish (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect as we expected..if you are looking to relax and chill then this is the place
- Nisarg (10/5): Beautiful experience for a couple stay - location - 👌🏼 Room size - 👌🏼 Open to sky bathroom - 👌🏼we stayed at the big sized villas with the direct view of sea from the bed! Room had a nice big open porch. Room size was good and bed was extra king size, (almost 3-4 people can sleep easily) with study desk, coffee console, full size mirror, 2 shutters wardrobe. In totality it was a beautiful experience.
- Shivansh (6/5): Call Directly to property, booking charges more - View Property rates are less, it is only higher at booking.com
- Arpita (10/5): Exceptional - Our 3-day stay at Mariposa Beach Grove was a refreshing experience... Everything from the view, the ambience, the rooms, the cuisine was excellent...
And a special mention for the wonderful staff, who took every effort to make our stay a memorable one...
- Harry (10/5): amazingly relaxed with the best food cooked to order and perfection. - really enjoyed the laid back natural aspect of the premises. Staff were always accommodating with smiles on their faces.
- Ruth (8/5): I think this must be the best location on Agonda beach! - The location of the property was perfect. There are only 5 bungalows, all with an uninterrupted view of the beach. Although on the beach front, they are still very private as palm trees and other shade proving plants surround you. Each bungalow has two comfortable sun loungers and beach towels overlooking the beach and are perfect for relaxing on in the shady heat.
The staff were really helpful and would arrange taxis for us and assist wherever they could. On a couple of occasions, the air conditioning didn’t work properly although the owners did come and rectify it as soon as possible.
- Jai (8/5): - It's a sea/beach-facing small property with almond trees and an in-house dining/restaurant available. The staff was really helpful and the service was great. You get a beautiful view of the sunset and the sea overlooking beds. The food was decent, a few items (i.e veg pakoras, masala papad, etc) were great. Overall a very pleasant experience with friends and kids.
- Rahul (10/5): Best Property In Agonda - Superb experience. Great cottages. Front area with beach beds covered with greenery was excellent and makes this property better than anything else in Agonda. Felt like a private beach. Their own restaurant ensured that all we were doing for 2 days was Swim, Drink, Eat, Rest & Repeat
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Absolutely beautiful. Right next to the beach. Great food and great staff. One of the best ones at Agonda
- Paul (8/5): - Bungalow had a sea facing veranda with chairs & table, which led down to an area with own sun beams, which in tern went onto the beach. Bathroom was open air which was an enjoyable experience. Air-conditioning and fan both worked extremely well (despite occasional power cuts). Phot is an accurate representation of the room. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Naresh.
- Jeffrey (10/5): Spacious and private villas. - Great location of villas directly facing the beach but tucked behind palms for shade and privacy, rare find on Agonda beach. The food and tandoori was consistently amazing and the service was very helpful and attentive when needed. Highly recommend Mariposa.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Highly Recommended - Absolutely loved this place. Agonda is great, very relaxing. Mariposa is right on the beach yet set back slightly to perfection. Rooms are comfortable and you'll soon drop into the relaxation life. Restaurant is excellent and staff couldn't be more friendly. Would highly recommend.
- Danielle (10/5): Total Bliss - 2 of us stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning December. It was absolute bliss. If you want a few days peace & quiet away from the hussle & bustle then the Mariposa Beach Grove is well worth a visit. The rooms were large, cleans & the beds were extremely comfortable with really mattresses (something quite hard to find in Goa). The outside bathroom was a treat! The air conditioning wasn’t working in the first room we were given but we moved to a working room no problem. Welcome drink on arrival, the food was lovely & the service great. Was nice to sunbathe on the beach all alone with NO SELLERS! Would definitely stay again & would recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME experience.
Starting from Check-in to Check-out every thing was seamless and professional. The Villa Concierge was too good and always at your service to ensure a pleasant and safe experience. Our Concierge Bibek went out of his way to please us. Will visit again. A MUST GO.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Maripose is one of the best properties at Agonda beach, spacious hut with open court bathroom that has small private garden. The property is very well kept. Hotel staff is very helpful.
Especial thanks to Mr. Nitu that made our stay very pleasant. Nitu was serving our hut and very supportive.
Mariposa also has yoga and massage centre that led by Mr. Vipin.
- Verified traveler (8/5): A fine place (prepare for power outages) - Stayed there for a week and enjoyed the staff and area. Government power outages made it hard to sleep through the night (no fan or air con) and connect in a consistent way via WiFi. Restaurant staff was very kind and helpful.
- Vineet (10/5): Amazing sea view luxury huts - We had the most amazing time at this place. We really felt it was the best sea view beach accommodation in Agonda. The room was spacious with a fan. AC, lovely open air bathroom and a big comfortable bed. Agonda is fantastic beach which is quiet with lovely sunsets and a great choice of dining options. It is easy to explore the area including a trip to Cola beach, Palolem and Patnem on a scooter. The staff at the Mariposa were amazing. All our requests were dealt with politely and with efficiency. One of the staff, Ashok, looked after us including taxis, scooter hire, advice about the area and food service. The food is great as it is in neighbouring restaurants. We have no reservations about highly recommending the Mariposa as a place to stay.
- Nikolaos (8/5): highly recommended - Had amazing time with family during our stay at mariposa. Very helpful and friendly staff. the huts are at the beachfront surrounded by beautiful garden. The bath/shower area with its open ceiling was awesome under the night sky light. highly recommended.
